My wife of 62 years and danced to this beautiful love song once a week for 39 years. She now dances in heaven. I’ll be with you soon my precious one, and we’ll dance again.
Hey! I would like to introduce you to a person who transformed me and gave me meaning in life: Jesus. He is the way, the truth and the life. With Him, all things make sense. The death that scared me so much, today doesn't scares me anymore, because I know that His sacrifice on the cross paid the price for all my sins, giving me eternal life. Eternal life is not just for me, it is for everyone who believes in Him, for He died for everyone, including you. This love wants to give a wonderful meaning to your life too. Jesus is our source of peace. I invite you to go to Him, it will be the best decision of your life. Read the Bible and you will find light to your life.❤️ “I have told you these things, so that in me you may have peace. In this world you will have trouble. But take heart! I have overcome the world.” John 16:33 He is with you.💓
Neil Young is major figure in the rock world. He is responsible for keeping Crosby Stills and Nash from breaking up, and the spearhead of driving CSN&Y to top of the Rock world. Musician (guitar, banjo, mandolin, piano and harmonica) song writing (scores of great compositions) and singer. To all contributors, YES, he is bigger than life. Like Joni Mitchell, not just the best, but the only.
It's funny, life. My wife never cared for Neil Young, but she was a dancer. I lost her 10/04/2020 after being married for 33 years. I do; I want to see her dance again. For the longest time, I couldn't hear this song for the longest time time and not cry. If I think about her too much I still do. Cheryl, I miss you, baby
Jerry sorry my message got messed up. I just wanted to say. I'm sorry for the loss of your wife and I pray you find happiness. May God bless you in your life. I'm a believer in God's goodness and he brings me piece and lots of love and blessings every day. I'm still by myself and happy and I believe God sent me a little kitten to find on a very cold cold night and helping her for the last eleven years has been a true blessing. I think about the young soldier I new and walked away from and pray all the time he survived and has lived a wonderful life never knowing how I felt about him. I never regretted what I did it was for the best. It's been many years ago and I truly hope he doing happiness. So Jerry I hope you find piece and happiness again you deserve it and with God's love you truly will. He has been my piece even though I have gone through a awful lot of sadness. I'm still happy. So please take care of yourself and know you are always loved.Always . God Bless. Rose 🌹❤ 5:04
I'm 65, not 15, and a school teacher. I, too, listen to this song almost every morning before school to set the tone for the day! Hang in there, ginny3491! There are teachers who care
It's nit just teachers. I listened to this and the neil unplugged while trying to save 50 jobs from a wrong headed and wrong hearted soul. It didn't work but I'll never forget those people who were let down.
I understand you. I lost my wife of 35 years suddenly 4 months ago...heart attack..I can't listen to any of the music we liked because I just crash in a heap...
Yes it is an extremely heart felt song and by playing this song would no doubt bring you floods of emotions. She is with you whenever you call her name...right over your shoulder, watching and guiding.
My 103-year-old mom just died yesterday. I spent a lot of time with her at her residence over the last two years and one of things we really enjoyed was playing this song and singing along together. She loved it. Yesterday, just hours before she passed, my sister and I played it once last time for her. Even in her semi-conscious agitated state, this song brought a smile to her lips and she was moving her arms in time to the beat. Thank-you Neil .. your beautiful song brought my mom so much joy many many times over the years.
@JoeS. what a beautiful thing to do with such a beautiful song. Here is one from my late Favourite singer of all time, to help you with your feelings. Another beautiful lovesong. 😊😊🌹🌹 th-cam.com/video/5Go6I2_PpBU/w-d-xo.html
My wife died from a brain tumour a week ago, in the age of 45, the last year she lost her mobility, she said to me " i am not afraid to die, but i am very sad because i will not be able to dance again. I lift her and we dance with this song, now she is up there! I just wanted to share this with you!! Thank you for traveling on this planet together!
I'm so sorry for your loss. I can't imagine what this song must mean to you both. Your memories live on forever. Keep your head up high my friend. All the best.....
September 17th 2024. Who's watching our beautiful harvest moon with me tonight.? It's my favorite of them all. Autumn is right around the corner. Blessed new beginnings. May peace and love surround us all. Hugs to my hubby in heaven. This is our song. He now has the best view., ever. .✨️✨️
Well September 19th here in Australia and saw the Harvest Moon on my drive to work at 6am. It was actually the biggest moon I have seen in my 54 years on this planet. Totally surreal. It was like a movie coming over the hill crest......and of course the Neil Young song popped into my head.
This is my parent's song. Mom is currently on hospice & dad plays it on his phone & sings it to her. 55 years of marriage, 57 years together. My whole life this song has meant my folks dancing in the kitchen, snuggling at a bonfire or dancing to it at a family wedding. Thank you Neil for this gem.
Doubt this will be read, but I’d like to share it. I’m 13 years old and this summer, as I was walking back from the beach to my beach house, my father was playing this song. It was only him and I, and we had a really nice conversation. Hearing Neil Young sing was like something I’ve never heard before. As we arrived to the house, I asked my dad the song name. I then discovered, “Harvest Moon.” I listen to this song every other day. It takes me back to the conversation, back to the summer, and most importantly, back to when times were easy. 8th grade has been a hard year so far. Listening to this song is the only thing keeping me sane. Thank you Neil Young for this song.
Buried my husband one year ago. This is the last song played at his funeral. I visit his graveside, and play this on my speakers for him very often. Thanks Neil Young!
I'm going through the worst depression of my life. I'm completely frozen in time as everyone around me moves on with their lives (work, partners, etc.). I struggle to find myself present in time, but this song brings me to a place, more like a feeling, that I've never been to before. Thank you, Neil Young.
Im so sorry you are going through that my friend. Ive been through similar lonely situations before as well. I hope you feel ease and a little lighter to keep going with life soon. It is okay to take a break and feel all your feelings! You are loved!! ❤
give yourself time to recover from whatever your going through, it's hard to look ahead, but please talk it over with your closest friends, your worth it , do not give up.
Not sure if any one’s gonna read this, but I’m 15 and started highschool recently and I have terrible anxiety. I listen to this song almost everynight before school and it calms me down so much. It’s like a routine now I always look forward to listening to this. Thanks neil young for this song 🧡 Edit: hey guys, I’m 16 now getting ready to be a sophomore. I have hope for this year wish me luck 🧡🧡
In the hallway between classes, stand off to the side for a moment or two. Look for someone with their head down, avoiding eye contact and just putting one foot in front of the other. See if you can find them after that class. Approach quietly and say to them "Hello, my name is Ginny. I feel the same way." See what happens. I have found that if I can connect/help someone else, my own anxiety quiets down a bit. Peace.
One evening my husband and I were at the local hole in the wall when someone played this on the old juke box. He started dancing with me and told me this was us - this is our song. Years later when we saw the video we couldn't believe it. This really was us. The kind of places we went, looked like a bunch of our friends all out on a Saturday night. Baby I miss you so much. He always said dancing with me wasn't easy - He was 6'5" and I'm 5'3" - it was always special when we did. Just want one more dance with you sweetheart, darling, love of my life. Shouldn't have to wait too much longer for me I hope. I love you Jim.
@valarianne2284 , if you are a real person talking in this this Neil Young comment section. You just made my nite, I'm 37 years old and I hope one day I find the love you had for your husband. I feels like it's only getting harder these days to find a true person ❤
I listened to this song last night during the Harvest Moon. Now, I’m playing it incessantly. Over and over. It makes my heart so happy. One of my sweet mommas all time favorite artist. My husband found 8 vinyl records of him and/with Crosby, Stills, and Nash At Good Will in Miami. Perfect condition. I’m 48 Lost my aunt 10 days ago. Celebrated my other aunts 2 year deathversary yesterday. This song has helped me instrumentally. God Bless You, Neil Young. Much love.
I danced to this song in my kitchen with my granddaughter tonight. She laughed her head off while I twirled her around. Hopefully she will look back at a wonderful memory once I leave this earth.
Oh that's not something she will soon forget, you made a solid connection with her to this song. Long after you have moved on, when she hears this song it will be like a warp speed trip right back to that moment in time.
@@glauciolaffitte5504 Thank you very much! I found this song just a few weeks ago. There is an answer to your question but I guess you wouldn't like it... Best wishes from Germany, my friend!
This "IS" MY Absolute Favorite of Song ❤ From the time My beautiful Baby Girl was born I would hold Her in the crock of My arms, ever so gently as I swaddled Her, I have Always Loved ❤ this performance and Still continue as now My Baby Girl is a very great fan and Young Women nows WE continue to dance Together. She will smile as This is "OUR SONG" as She continues to share Her Love and continues to Swag and offers to dance with Me although I "have to Chair Dance" 💜 I've become somewhat physically disabled* Passion as He delivers the lyrics ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤

My husband and I just danced to this song, the 1st time since he has recovered from cancer for the 2nd time. I hope we have many more healthy years dancing together.
Absolutely. Have it set as one of my 'favorites' on the car radio; when it plays on Sirius I can tune to it immediately. Wish it went on for another three to five minutes; I never tire of it.
Somehow, somewhere, I hope Neil Young reads these comments and understands how this song has touched and continues to touch so many. Thank you to everyone who shares their story. ❤
@@bluesyjazzer1156 Well Bluesy, If your that dude, than I bin listenin to your Goldrush music since the the 70's. C,S,NnY were cool, Nashies Military Magic catchy. There were Paul an my idol John. But anyone who could compose and sing "Empty Chairs," as Don did for his Mom, "Leader of the Band" as the Incredible Dan did for his Dad and then this "All Time Classic" that you did for your Lady.. What else can I say. Only the Very Best reach these heights. Wish you an Dan Fogelberg had of got together. That would have been insane. 😊😊
In addition to this beautiful song, reading all of these heartwarming comments help remind me that there are still a lot of good souls in this world. Wish I could hug all of you!
There are soooo many N Young songs that outstanding… Give a listen to Ordinary People and Ramada Inn. Long songs but the long guitar riffs that he takes off on, are awesome! Def cruising tunes
This is dedicated to my beautiful Dad who passed of cancer last October. We played Harvest moon as he was laid to rest. It's harvest moon tonight, this is for you Dad. I love you.
A pretty special person dedicated this song to me some time ago, sadly we never danced under the moon but sometimes, when i listen to this song, i can see us dancing. we may never talk again, nor see each other grow but I'll always thank him for this gift, the treasure of experiencing real love, even in its briefness. So long, river boy, truth is we'll love again but I'll always remember how this felt.
I lost my wife 20 years ago to cancer, the kids were still very young and without them I couldnt of made it.I was then and still so so in love with my wife but I had a job to do here and Im still not done.Want to see my daughters get married and my 3 grandbabies graduate. Then it will be my time to be with my love. Ive told them to play this song at my funeral and to look to the heavens and know Im dancing with my love again and finally at peace.
At 53 years of age and 32 years of marriage, I almost died of Covid in 2021. Calling my family to say goodbye before going on the vent was heartbreaking. After I recovered, I lived in this cocoon of gratitude and love. My husband and I took a trip to our favorite place, Maui, and sat on a boat together watching the sun set and listening to this song. This song guts me every time I hear it now - so in love.
In love for 55 years. This was his favorite song. He closed his eyes and made his transition to his “ next great adventure “ as this song played. Cancer sucks!!😢❤
I recently got diagnosed with lungcancer stage 4 Being a Neil Young fan for over 50 years I do feel what you are talking about. This is one song always brings a tear AND a smile to my face. Wish you all the best Josh from the great City of Amsterdam!!!❤
This was John's & my favourite song to dance too, and how he loved to dance! Never Sat this particular song out. I lost him physically 5 years ago in 2 weeks, but he will always be here in my heart and soul. He would have loved the beautiful full Harvest Moon tonight, and would likely be playing the song & dancing to it on the deck, just like my son has done since he passed. Love you forever, John! ❤️
Reading these comments and seeing how special this song is to so many people made me cry. My dad and I would listen to this in our old black van going camping. We listened to it one last time together sitting in the dark in the hospital room before he passed. Neil was our guy.
My family and I camped for years over the Fourth of July weekend with a group of friends. Over time, the kids grew up, and the friends lost interest or moved away. But I’ll never forget our beautiful daughter pointing at the big, bright moon and saying “see the moon, mommy, see the moon!?” But she died of brain cancer at age five in 1998. And now my wife is also gone. Life does have a way of passing us by.
My favorite song of Neil's. My hubby plays it for me and it always makes me cry. we used to dance when we first dated, and he was in his band. now I can't dance anymore, but we have so many great memories. This song brings them all back and tears to my eyes. what I would give to dance one more night away with my guy. Still in love with him after 39 yrs.- Dianne
That is so awesome Diane! I hope that the two of you have many more wonderful years together, I'm sure you will. This is a GREAT SONG !!! Always loved Neil!
Logans Doon, I was a caregiver for people with Dementia and I loved how they always recognized music, especially what was special to them. One Lady could even play the piano 🎹
This song reminds me that love still exists and persists even when i cant see it at the moment. Sometimes i just have to come here and read the comments and listen and have a good cry
This song reminds us of the good, bad, and sad in our lives. Bob Marley put it best when he said music is the only thing that doesn't hurt when it hits you.
Thank you for having my youngest child on your film....she's a natural actor. I really enjoyed and she makes me happy and always a joy to visit her at AIAI....THANK YOU EVERYONE.
I went to a wedding yesterday of two twenty-something young people. They danced their first dance to this song, which is one of my favorites. Made my 72 year old heart smile.
Me also had to many family deaths close helps me to smile listening to it all time we all hav to look forward not past !! U go Neil Young!!! Love you all the time!!
It's been eight years since my wife Laura, the love of my life, passed away. We were together for 32 years and I miss holding her in my arms and dancing with her in the light of the moon. This song gives voice to the hope that we will be reunited in the next life and we will dance together once again.

My mum passed away 10 years ago today. She loved Neil Youg and this is her favourite song. We played it as we scattered her ashes in the Highlands of Perthshire, Scotland ❤️
My mom pass way 3 years ago but we still feel their their presence in our hearts and in our souls so so sorry for your l lost I know it's been 10 years but it feels like it was like yesterday our favorite singer was Neil Young to my mom liked his songs and me to her favorite song was harvest Moon we were always dance to that song your friend Antonio Martinez from San Antonio Texas God bless you always
The comments moved me so much, and I realized how little time we have on this beautiful green earth and we should cherish every moment with our loved ones, bless your sweet hearts
Time passes, but it doesn't pass by Neil Young. He's like an old house you never stop loving. His melodies invoke cabins and mountain towns. Love stays around like a heritage oak with a forty foot crown. The roots are deep enough for the tree to weather dry years.
Mim Hann 58years old but damn still great music that brings back SOOO many great memories what great times Really miss those days 14 years old turned on to CSNY luv em
I remembered my late fiance playing & singing this song for me. I love you & miss you every day, all day. Kevin I love you & miss you all day, every day. God bring him back, take me
losses are always hard to do, but if you liked him he was a great gent. So, God does to and he is in a good place. Take care as your Uncle would have wanted. EAP
you can tell a song is good by reading the comments .. this song meant so much to so many people .. what a great thing to leave behind when you are gone.
In 2000 my wife and I were at a rooftop dinner party in Brooklyn over looking the Twin Towers. The sun was setting and we danced to this song. The most romantic experience of my life.
The most romantic beautiful song . My all time favorite. Loving someone this passionately is beautiful. With this harvest moon it's such a desire to feel all this love and happiness. Most don't find later in life
Dang, this captures the spirit of what can make us wonderful. It's loving, it's gentle, it's giving, it's art. It makes me love people all over again. We need that today.
such a beautiful song. danced to this with my 92 year old mom on the last harvest moon, 10/16/16. i wanted to see her dance again AND I'm still in love with her.
This has just been on repeat all week due to the Harvest Moon. The song is just perfect for what we’ve witnessed in the skies this week. Go Neil Young, now a fan and will be listening to more of his songs.
Well, May 1st 2024, this was one of my and my husband of 33 years favorite songs. I play it now in rememberable of him. Richard went to heaven Feb. 25th 2021, I miss him so very very much. He loved all of Neil's music as do I. When he liked artists and their songs he embraced them with his whole being. RIP my darling.
This song reminds me of my wife. It was her favorite song before she lost the battle with cancer, I wish I could change the hands of time, I miss her smiles, she was always there for me and our lovely daughter, life could be so unfair most times but sometimes I wonder why bad things always happen to good people. She’s always in our hearts..
My heart pours out for you. He'll never really be gone if you always remember him. May the Lord take good care of his soul, and your precious memories.
The love of my life passed away this morning. This was our song. We danced under the full moon every month we could, especially the September Harvest Moon as it was also my birthday. I was hoping to have just one more…
I’m 23 now, soon to be 24. I discovered this song working in a gas station listening on the radio when I was 17 and ever since, I’ve never been sick of this song for one minute. Reading these comments shows I’m not the only one who finds peace listening to this. My favourite song bar none. Thank you Neil Young.
@@tidathery9787 trust me I’d love to see him and the band live. Living in Ireland makes it a lot more difficult but I hope I see him before it’s too late
So glad I found this song again. Makes me think a lot about the man I love. Thank you Mr Young. Discovered the song on the radio this morning Heart of Gold. What a song. I guess this is meant to be a good day. Peace and love everywhere.
I loved him from afar and as lovers 2yrs. Life went on he left me for drugs and a hottie. Now 35yrs later when he has been deserted he wants me to dump my life and come back. Too late, yes I still love him, I have for 40yrs.
@@delainegray2666 I'm so sorry to hear your story and hope you're able to be kind to yourself. I hope this hasn't caused you too much pain. Thinking of you. xx
just lost my mom two days ago. we used to dance together in the kitchen to this song while she did dishes. If I close my eyes and listen hard enough, somewhere between the baseline and the melody, I can still hear the rushing of water and the clattering of silverware and just maybe her laugh, too.
College student here. Graduating soon, and I’m not really sure what I’m going to do. This song reminds me that there are more lasting feelings in life than worry, slight nerves, and a little panic-love and groove keep us grounded. I hope everyone reading this is taking this moment, with this song, to chill out, and take time to just sit with the heart. Much love to all☮️❤️🌼
I have just recently turned 18, and i wish for my life to be as peaceful and as lovely as this song. I also want to share it with someone special. Will forever love this song.
This beautiful song brought my mom so much comfort in her final days and hours. We lost her the day after Mother's Day and 1 day before her 64th Wedding Anniversary. She's been gone almost 4 months and I have my 87 year old dad dealing with Lung Cancer. Cherish every moment couldn't be more accurate or important. God Bless those who we are about to lose, those we have lost, those who remain and the many who will sadly follow in our paths. ❤
Come a little bit closer Hear what I have to say Just like children sleepin' We could dream this night away But there's a full moon risin' Let's go dancin' in the light We know where the music's playin' Let's go out and feel the night Because I'm still in love with you I want to see you dance again Because I'm still in love with you On this harvest moon When we were strangers I watched you from afar When we were lovers I loved you with all my heart But now it's gettin' late And the moon is climbin' high I want to celebrate See it shinin' in your eye Because I'm still in love with you I want to see you dance again Because I'm still in love with you On this harvest moon Because I'm still in love with you I want to see you dance again Because I'm still in love with you On this harvest moon
This was my friend’s wedding song over 30 years ago and it takes me back to a different time and life before ache and pains and aging. Before the passing of parents, relatives, and friends…. A much simpler happier time of sunny days and a sense of peace and normalcy.. a wonderful tune and I’m not even a fan of Neil young
I held my moms hand listening to this song with her as she passed away it was unexpected, situations that kept getting worse. Every day since this song comes up on my TH-cam feed. She passed away two months ago. She was young and absolutely beautiful inside and out ,in her 50’s. I love you mom!!!! I can’t even start I’m currently looking at bags of her clothes I’m supposed to go through her smell fills my room! This is her song and I play it for you my beautiful mom! Miss your smile I miss our talks I miss holding your hand, hearing your thoughts, and laughing with you!
I'm really sorry to hear this, I hope you're doing alright. I don't know you but just know people care about you. I'm sure your mother is looking down on you right now proud of how tough you are.
My mom died in 2016, I still myself about to call her for her opinion or her approval. I'm sorry for your loss. Years ago I lost someone very dear. A song came to mind then and still rings terribly true even now. Evergreen, what's to painful to remember...we simply choose to forget. You'll never forget but maybe just maybe... I don't know, it helped me. My condolences
To all the folks whom are reminded of their loved ones through this song, I feel you. Just swim in those beautiful memories...and know that you went through a beautiful chapter with them.
I am praying for you. I am so sorry for your heartache. I have been with my husband for 40 years and I am still on love with him .Now, he is in ill health. Waiting on some diagonoist test. I hope God will bring you His peace that passes all understanding.
This is such a beautiful song. So simple, and filled with love. I was learning to play this on guitar, and wanted so much to play it for my brother and his fiancé as she too was dying of cancer. She passed on to the next great adventure before I could share it with them. You are energy and spirit in a physical body. The body may cease to function, but you will move on to another adventure. At least that is what many believe will happen. I pray you will experience peaceful serenity moving forward.
I play this song most nights for my 1 y/o daughter. She's been obsessed with it since she was a tiny baby. She stops whatever she's doing to listen intently. Soon after, she closes her eyes & falls asleep. Some nights we play it over & over until she's finally ready to roll over & shut her eyes ❤❤
Hey 15 year old. I’m 68, and when I was a teenager, I was struggling badly, and barely made it. But your message struck a cord because what sustained me was also Neil Young. I played his album, After the Gold Rush every day, again & again & again- probably a million times. Yes, thank you, Neil. And love to you my teen friend- it will get better. 🌸
Imagine a Café with people of different religions dancing together to this wonderful song. It would make them forget about their woes and make them find peace and love. Best from Rome.
I recently lost my husband, the love of my life, to Covid-19. This song came on today. I closed my eyes and I pictured him with his arms around me dancing the way we used to do. And all I wanted was to feel his arms around me just one more time. I cried.
I truthly LOVE to read all of the comments. I’m just a regular 30 years old guy from Baja Sur, Mexico. I feel really disconnected with the society in very deep way, I love my friends and family, but I don’t have anyone to share this kind of music that I love and make feel so happy, and so existential at the same time. So I try to come with frequency to read all the new and old comments cause that make me feel in connection with all of you, it doesn’t matter where (and when) we are. Love to see the support the all of you give to unknown people, just because all of us knows that if you are here, you deserve to be heard and feel sheltered, but sometimes life is rude outside. I really hope you all to have peace and to have love on your life, to see the once again that friend, son/daughter, mom or day, doggie, cat… that leaves you time ago. I really hope I’ll find true love someday, and sit in front the beach to see the moonlight hearing this song, remembering all the nights that we looked at the same moon hoping to find a heart of gold, to find us… Sorry if I have any mistake, I try to write this by my own without traductor. And folks, keep giving love to everyone, we never know how many lives we can light up with a smile. Jonathan.

On this Harvest Moon 2022, I am thankful and appreciative of all those that remain a part of my life. The recent loss of my dear dad has been gut-wrenching, and I couldn't have made it these last weeks without the support of my loved ones.

Dolores, I send my deepest condolences with empathy, heart and soul. Cancer took my first husband of 29 years and then 14 harvest moons after that, my late husband Derek. Yet I always find this song comforting. Wishes sent your way for peace and healing.
My big sister, Sandra, passed away a month ago today and this was the song played at the crematorium before I said goodbye. Can't express in words how this song makes me feel, but I'm sure wherever she is now she's raising a glass and singing along.
My wife of 62 years and danced to this beautiful love song once a week for 39 years. She now dances in heaven. I’ll be with you soon my precious one, and we’ll dance again.
Sweet story! You will, indeed, see each other again and dance on the clouds.❤️

OH! DONT MAKE ME CRY AGAIN!!!
It's funny, life. My wife never cared for Neil Young, but she was a dancer. I lost her 10/04/2020 after being married for 33 years. I do; I want to see her dance again. For the longest time, I couldn't hear this song for the longest time time and not cry. If I think about her too much I still do. Cheryl, I miss you, baby
im so sorry for your loss, Jerry... im sure your wife is dancing in the heaven now and misses you too. sending you a lot of love!
Sending you lots of love Jerry, she's still alive in you, in this song, and all around you. Still with you.
Love to you Jerry from me and always and most definitely from the LORD ❤

I understand you. I lost my wife of 35 years suddenly 4 months ago...heart attack..I can't listen to any of the music we liked because I just crash in a heap...

Rest in peace ❤

Well September 19th here in Australia and saw the Harvest Moon on my drive to work at 6am. It was actually the biggest moon I have seen in my 54 years on this planet. Totally surreal. It was like a movie coming over the hill crest......and of course the Neil Young song popped into my head.

Yeah it's the great anthem to mature love. So many songs are about falling in love, this one celebrates love that has lasted.
It’ll get easier brother 💪💪
Send you good thoughts and hugs! Life can be tough sometimes but it can also be beautiful

Peace.

Read the Bible and you will find light to your life.❤

I'm literally jealous!! I love that!!
I got bad news for you buddy. I dont know if you watched the news at all in 2001 but there was this plane...
@@mitchaelhollingsworth1698Wtf bro😂
The most romantic beautiful song . My all time favorite. Loving someone this passionately is beautiful. With this harvest moon it's such a desire to feel all this love and happiness. Most don't find later in life
This was my husband and my song at our wedding. We were married on the harvest moon as an ode to the farm I grew up on.
How beautiful ❤
Dang, this captures the spirit of what can make us wonderful. It's loving, it's gentle, it's giving, it's art. It makes me love people all over again. We need that today.
You're right.
Perfect
Amen
❤😮😅
Semplice..
such a beautiful song. danced to this with my 92 year old mom on the last harvest moon, 10/16/16. i wanted to see her dance again AND I'm still in love with her.
Wow! That is beautiful! ...Wish I still had my mom...
my mother would be 92 in two weeks, bless her heart, she is in heaven now.One year ago today.
my mom passed away just over 2 years ago. someday I will dance with her .........
bless you
Beautiful. This makes my heart smile.
Prayers and love
So sorry for your loss
I was hoping to have just one more…
Feeling your heart ache❤️
We are forever connected in Spirit with those we love on this level.
Feel for you, God rest your Love 💖
I'm so very sorry. 💕
I'm so sorry. Peace and love...
Beautiful song and memories to keep close to your heart 💖
I’m 23 now, soon to be 24. I discovered this song working in a gas station listening on the radio when I was 17 and ever since, I’ve never been sick of this song for one minute. Reading these comments shows I’m not the only one who finds peace listening to this. My favourite song bar none. Thank you Neil Young.
It is really a great hit in malls, stores, appliance stores... ext, a classic.

Hurry go to Neil's Concert. Don't miss your chance. I live in Northern California and have seen Neil many times at the Bridge.

Love this song it's so beautiful ❤️
Because m still in love with u ..because m still in love with u ..on this Harvest Moooooon....
'When we were strangers, I watched you from afar, when we were lovers, I loved you with all my heart'.. what an all time great lyric.
It's really romantic, isn't it? Reminds me of my mid - teens and my first deep love . . .
Reminds me
Of
Lost love ❤️❤️❤️
Yep, that says it all.
Thats a beautiful memory.
Awwwww……so sweet.
that's so lovely.... I'm really sorry for your loss
I am happy to have shared the same life span with you Mr Young, your music/lyrics will out-live us both.
Much love to all☮️❤️🌼
i’m graduating soon too! i hope you get where you want to be wherever it is in the future :)
Good luck in the future! Know you're loved
Good luck, Harrison!🌼
Wishing you all the best in your life, something tells me you're going to be all right kid, liking this song is a good start. 👍
Nobody sings like Neil Young!!
I have just recently turned 18, and i wish for my life to be as peaceful and as lovely as this song. I also want to share it with someone special. Will forever love this song.
Keep listening to and sharing this song and you will ...
Be careful who you pick. Watch their actions, not just their words!
It wont he brother. Trust in God
I wish I could enter a cool bar and hear Neil Young sing this masterpiece.
Yeah just imagine walking into a bar and seeing Neil Young playing in stage, then at the same time you turn around and see him dancing with his girl
Yes, please! XOXOXO
The bar reminds me of Bellefleur's, from true blood. I kept expecting a vampire to come in and rip some hearts out!
Under the harvest moon of course.
Nearest I ever came was seeing Buffalo Springfield in 1967 at "The New Place" in Algonquin, IL. The original five were there, RIP Bruce and Dewy.....
Quite a dream - I have fallen in love with this song all over again
This beautiful song brought my mom so much comfort in her final days and hours. We lost her the day after Mother's Day and 1 day before her 64th Wedding Anniversary. She's been gone almost 4 months and I have my 87 year old dad dealing with Lung Cancer. Cherish every moment couldn't be more accurate or important. God Bless those who we are about to lose, those we have lost, those who remain and the many who will sadly follow in our paths. ❤
Someone on here made the statement that when we pass, we are just moving on to our next great adventure. I like the sound of that !!!
I played this for my daddy on my cassette player..he’s been gone for ten years but I know he’s here every time I play this
RIP🌹 27 🌹

Very sorry for your loss. Even after a decade, I know it still hurts.

We were mortal enemies during ww2...now best of friends....luv ya brother
Come a little bit closer
Hear what I have to say
Just like children sleepin'
We could dream this night away
But there's a full moon risin'
Let's go dancin' in the light
We know where the music's playin'
Let's go out and feel the night
Because I'm still in love with you
I want to see you dance again
Because I'm still in love with you
On this harvest moon
When we were strangers
I watched you from afar
When we were lovers
I loved you with all my heart
But now it's gettin' late
And the moon is climbin' high
I want to celebrate
See it shinin' in your eye
Because I'm still in love with you
I want to see you dance again
Because I'm still in love with you
On this harvest moon
Because I'm still in love with you
I want to see you dance again
Because I'm still in love with you
On this harvest moon
Muchos Gracias.
Thank you she was so amazing. Forever Grateful for your words

My mum died few year ago still hurts but the music yous listened to will keep yous together forever
To all the folks whom are reminded of their loved ones through this song, I feel you. Just swim in those beautiful memories...and know that you went through a beautiful chapter with them.

I'm dying of cancer I want this song played in my funeral
Never give up on the fight brother. You got this. Tomorrow is a better day, only one way to find out, Be There.
Don't forget, death is not the end ❤
You can be recover if you drink sea water half a liter every day
Trust me
Don’t give up we are praying for you..much love ❤️
Precious message you be sending 🌺
Totally agree ❤

Absolutely agree! High school was the pits. At 70 I can look back and say it WILL get better! Hang in there, teens. You’re a light to us old folks.

those pretty women backup singers, not to shabby harmony and lookers too !!
I cried.
My heart goes out to you. Nothing hurts like lost love. May your beautiful memories bring you comfort
Sorry for your loss

I’m so sorry for your loss~ sending you warm hugs from Florida.
I'm so sorry, I lost my wife 1 yr 3 days ago, still cry when I hear this song. It doesn't get easier but bearable, best of luck...
I truthly LOVE to read all of the comments. I’m just a regular 30 years old guy from Baja Sur, Mexico. I feel really disconnected with the society in very deep way,
I love my friends and family, but I don’t have anyone to share this kind of music that I love and make feel so happy, and so existential at the same time.
I really hope I’ll find true love someday, and sit in front the beach to see the moonlight hearing this song, remembering all the nights that we looked at the same moon hoping to find a heart of gold, to find us…
Sorry if I have any mistake, I try to write this by my own without traductor. And folks, keep giving love to everyone, we never know how many lives we can light up with a smile.
Jonathan.
Thank you for the kind and sweet words and always remember theirs someone special out there for everyone 🙏🙏🙏💗
I really hear you and feel your emotion.....would love to meet someone who connect to this music
