@@stubbornlylazyproductions I was watching a couple of videos with TH-cam makers take spoons and turn them into broadheads and your video was the first and only one that removed the extra steel before filing. There was even one video where the maker used a file to shape the head and it looked like it would take forever. So your idea of using the vice fit Nicely between using only hand tools and using power tools. So that way any can still use no power tools only hand tools without taking forever to file down the spoon to shape. So nice job

U can make spearhead with larger spoons and much more u can use them as mini shovels too I find the thick spoons more effective as mini shovels tho the skinny looking ones probably tend to bent over and not be an effective shovel tool

you can make effective big game arrowheads out of GREEN hardwood. fire harden the wood after you finish shaping the head. Leave a 1/4" wide chisel point. Make the edges concave, when viewed from the side of head. Scallop and serraite those edges, so that they will cut blood vessels. You'lll need a 50 lb bow and sub 50 ft ranges and avoid the ribs in order to get adequte penetration on rear 1/4 angle shots. Shots from above, in a tree blind, work well to 10m or less range.
