Other than Gul Dukat, Khan was the only preening villain that worked with Star Trek. The Next Generation managed to avoid such a thing until they did it for... Every. TNG. Movie. And that is why only one of those films works. When you use the same plot lattice (oh...I can elaborate) four times, it's bound to land at least once I guess. I like this video and subbed.
