It’s genuinely compelling too. I 3/4ths believe it may be true given the meta direction the series is going and his big speech about being “tired of fighting this war of light and dark for so long”. It might be real lol.
I think the master has a form since he himself is supposed to trap a Darkness inside him. I also think Luxu is important since he holds the memories of the master that is needed to time travel. If that's the means he used to get to the current time.
What if he’s “Light?” If Darkness was revealed to be an actual entity, why not Light? When he tells Xehanort his name in ReMind, it goes silent and a bright light shines… That’s my theory.
Do not be deceived tho, in Christianity the villain is Lucifer/Satan, which in KH would be Pride, and Satan/Lucifer is considered the Light bringer. Being light doesn’t equal being good, and being darkness doesn’t equal bad either. In KH3’s fight Xehanort extracts Soras light, and Sora turns into a darkness creature (Anti/Rage Form) but Sora still attacked Xehanort with his darkness. While Xehanort used Soras light to attack Sora.
@@danielduvall22 anyway, I think the MOM is basically God. And luxu is probably a king of hell named Asmodeus related with lust, and we could also see KH4 being about Luxu/Asmodeus trying to bring back all the kings of hell which includes Satan/Wrath, Lucifer/pride and all them others to make 7 darknesses and by the checkerboard in Kh3 theres 13 lights this time if I’m not wrong
You are saying a lot of things I've been saying for at least a year now. MOM is likely a Willful Light similar to the Willful Darkness. If MOM isn't a Willful Light, I could easily see him as an species since he faded from reality like Sora did. And thank you for pointing out that MOM has clearly lied about some things.
Could the Master be Light? Darkness is arrogant, knows a lot, and is evil, but polite, for an evil entity The master is manipulate, eccentric, knows a lot and tries to put feelings aside, for a "good" entity, notice how the screens in the room go off, but the "light" of the lamp stays on a while longer, and is the first thing to come back on before the monitors. And whe he puts his hand in a Heart shaped figure, in Quadadrum. Even if its just to reference the Kingdom Heart apparance, he could be playfully mimicking the worlds Light of Quadadrum. And when he tells YX his name, the screen "lights up"
The Master of Masters is a prophet and a warrior, not the embodiment of light itself. The Hearts of all Worlds, Kingdom Hearts, is the embodiment of light itself.
I have no doubt he’s his own separate person. Now whether his intentions are truly good in the long run or not that’s a whole different can of worms. Something tells me not to trust a single word he utters.
Some of this dips a bit into philosophy. In KH 1 Riku made a good point "Darkness is half of everything." How right he was. It's like Yin & Yang. Darkness & Light are both natural, they are forces in both friction and compliment to one another. It is not the same as good and evil which are perceptual. Where ever there is a heart you will have both light and dark within it. As long as there is life and existence that will always remain a constant. As far as forms go. These eternal forces play a game, its never over and they likely take on what ever forms fit the moment for what is just another battle match in a forever cycle.
Nope. Walt Disney is a God of the world of Kingdom Hearts since he created the Walt Disney Company. The Master of Masters is a creation of Nomura, and a creation of a man cannot be another man who existed before the man who created the creation.
I think he’s light and he has a darkness in him so he’s able to traverse darkness. As for his physical appearance I think he’s gonna be someone that looks familiar to someone we’ve seen or another character altogether as MoM is old
I’m hoping that the Master’s failsafe plan for the Foretellers not losing their lives deals with Vanitas being able to be given form. Such as, I’m wanting to figure out how many willful darknesses are still alive and then from there they get their own forms. That would allow them as a group to be a more focused villain. I see the Master using Sora and/or others for taking them out. We know that Vanitas’s soul returned to the time whence it came which means that he still rests in Ven’s heart at the current time period. So it allows Vanitas to come back and give history about Darkness.
Regarding the possibility that he himself is formless, wasn't it implied that part of his plan was for him to house one of the Darknesses in his heart? I doubt it would very well be possible to defeat the Darkness if they still lacked a form even fused. The only thing that really came to mind as to "what" MoM could be with the explanation you gave is him being a Lufenian (Stranger of Paradise). But there are some holes in that argument, I'm sure. And we've seen villains warp from one spot to another in a couple frames (Xemnas, Young Xehanort, Riku in KHII), so him teleporting here might not be anything new.
I think The Master is "Light" as an entity much like Darkness is an entity, and I think Narratively speaking the story is moving in a way for Sora to be Xehanort's "successor" of sorts in a finish what he started or succeed where he failed kind of way. Xehanort wanted balance between Light and Darkness and was willing to go to extreme lengths to do so. What if Light and Darkness are equal parts evil and threatening in the grand scheme of things (kind of like how Galeem and Darkhon in Smash Ultimates World of Light Story are Light and Darkness itself and equally threatening and the only way to get a "good" ending is to defeat both of them) and Sora is the one to "bring balance to the force" and defeat them both. That would narratively line up with how Xehanort was "bequeathing" the X-Blade to Sora at the end of KH3.
-MoM is a fusion of Sora and Demyx from the future who was sent so far back in time he became the first thing to exist and the foundation of everything- What if he’s not a keyblade wielder, but The X-blade wielder, like, created as the “body” of all worlds as how Kingdom Hearts is the “heart” of all worlds?
I think the Master is a puppet under the cloak. Specifically a Sora puppet. This could be something that happens to Sora later on, not entirely sure. I also think a woman is rather speaking with ventriloquy through him with a stolen voice, the way Ursula stole Ariel’s voice and how Sora’s voice was beyond reach in KH MoM. This also matches how MoM has ALL of Sora’s body language. Ursula also emphasizes this point in “Poor Unfortunate Souls”. Most peculiar is his behavior towards Gula, saying “Way to steal my thunder, showoff!” By render, Gula is a simulacrum of Sora. Both of them strike the same exact pose in their renders. Gula also has an association with the “Gluttony” story of Hercules- the hero who took on too much to handle til Hades broke his will. As we know, Sora was removed from reality for abusing the heroic power of waking, taking on too much burden. To address the “stolen thunder” line, this shows us a certain jealousy of Sora. Sora is a very popular video game character. This is actually the line used to describe the Candy King in Wreck-it Ralph. Turbo left his video game because a much more successful one got plugged in and put his game out of business. Felix explains Turbo was mad because Sugar Rush “stole his thunder”. It’s clear Turbo represents the MoM. Now, claiming that MoM is a woman manipulating the puppet, my prime suspect is Elrena/Larxene. When analyzed under this lens, it’s scary how many details neatly fall into place. For instance, when Xehanort asks MoM’s true name, his eyes widen in shock. This would be a reasonable response if the MoM told him a name that clearly belonged to a woman. It also certainly explains the level of flamboyance in MoM’s tone while still using Sora’s body language. It explains the MoM conjuration of No Name using electricity. However, at the end of the day I’m still uncertain if this puppet is being operated by just her alone. Lauriam appears thankful to Sora, but Demyx and Luxord also may play a role in this scheme.
I'm stupid excited to see how Sora will react when MoM yanks Sora's keyblade out of his hands. Give him KH1 PTSD; and in an unfamiliar reality all on his own where that's his last main line of defense.
Sora is the Master of Masters. Him saying he didn't have a master could be referring to Yen Sid, who failed him, and that version of Sora resents him for doing so and all keyblade masters.
It's been said a few times that the true kingdom hearts is sleeping in the darkness. Sleeping. With the after world Sora is in now and the fact that Riku seems to be there too, and with death and sleep being incredibly close in the real world and KH,... I wouldn't be surprised if he isn't fully kingdom hearts, MoM might at least be a part of it. Plus Gula also said if he summoned Kingdom Hearts, the Master would HAVE the return. All just makin me think. (Adding this cuz i just remembered) If he is related to kingdom hearts, then his relationship with Sora is also clearer in the simple designed choice of Sora literally representing KH. He wears a crown necklace, the crown placed directly above his heart. Cool design honestly. Took me waaaay to long to notice tho.
I think it’s going to be Nomura in some way shape or form. Maybe they don’t call him by name and take a note from TWEWY and allude to him as the “Director”. Maybe they don’t have him literally be a photo real Nomura but a fictional stand in (maybe an alternate Nomura from another World-line)- who can say? I am, however, mostly convinced that this whole “real world” angle and the introduction of VersusXIII elements is an excuse for him to self insert himself into the series: 1. Imagine MoM as the “director” of the KH universe. He’s had his hands in directing the actions of every antagonist and protagonist the series has had to date. As the creative lead of KH, Nomura has directed these characters to telll his story. 2. Imagine the Book of Prophecies as a metaphor for Nomura’s creative process. The book is an imperfect window into the future that is limited by what the eye can see. Nomura has stated in interviews that he only thinks a game or two ahead when conceptualizing a KH story, offering him a similarly imperfect window into the series future. MoM’s explanation for how the book’s future sight works is fairly close to the concept of “discovery writing.” Where an author might begin writing a novel without having a specific plan in mind. You just start typing and let the story take you where it will. A discovery writer might have a vague idea of the direction events will unfold, but there’s room to change direction and the writer themselves may not know how it will end until they have written it. Stephen King is famous for this style. His Dark Tower series is also very meta. 3. The MoM, to paraphrase, is “tired of fighting this war between light and dark for so long and is looking for a way to end it.” Sounds a lot like Nomura in reference to the 20+ year old series. 4. Sora is literally walking around in a photoreal world that contains the Square-Enix building where a fictionalized Nomura might work. 5. Speculation: Verum Rex is a video game created by Quadratum Nomura published by Quadratum Square-Enix. How he’s doubling as the hooded leader of the Foretellers, idk. Maybe KH is yet another game by Quad Nomura who’s keeping his weird fiction powers secret? 5.a Keep in mind Yozora doesn’t really look like Yozora. It seems likely that the guy we fight at the end of Limit Cut is someone else who happens to look like the protagonist of the video game Verum Rex. It’s literally a battle between Nomura’s two favorite OC’s, Sora and Noctis. I don’t know what that means but it’s weird and rooted in real world Nomura lore. 5b. Not sure how this relates to the commercial we see in Toy Box but the split nature of that world might have created a weird connection to Quad or something idk. 6. Will you honestly gasp in shock if it’s anyone but Nomura? How many other characters justify being hooded if it’s intended to be a surprise with the exception of maybe Sora?” Demyx feels lame and unearned and if it’s a new character, I question the point of having him hooded to begin with. 7. More speculation: The plot of the Lost Masters Arc will be Sora and friends, fighting against Nomura himself. His evil plan is to put a stop to the ongoing war against darkness by ending the real world Kingdom Hearts Franchise once and for all.
Here's my personal theory. The Master of Masters said his Keyblade No Name has his eye on it. If you take that literally, that means he removed his eye and put it on the Keyblade. Notice the eye is blue and black. Now look at Yozora. He has one blue eye and one red eye. He could have taken one of his blue eyes off, put it on the Keyblade, and somehow got a new red eye. So I think the Master of Masters is possibly Yozora.
Honestly I think it is very possible that MoM isn't completely human. However I also think the same about Riku and Ventus. I even think that Sora might be being "forged" into not being completely human. I honestly really like the idea. I just also know there isn't enough evidence yet for it. So this is more an idea that I like and am keep in the back of my head rather then something I believe.
I think the master of masters name is superbia the Latin word for pride because the rest to the lost masters are named after one of the seven deadly sins
I’m convinced he’s Sora, but split in between 2 different forms. 1 being the darkness that envelops everything and 1 being pure light. Potentially sent back to save his own world but had to start from the beginning of all of creation in order to set plans in motion and have certain things happen to exact specifications for 1 particular moment in the future…. Super wild guess though
Well Sora was the only ketblade weilder that did not have a Master and learned how to use it himself, but if sora did have a master i think it is "The Voice" that talks with us everytime a new KH heart game starts the voice that teaches us the player character how to use the Keyblade in the "Tutorials" well at least this is my own theory on who or what the MoM is.
What if the master IS the chessboard. Being omnipotent means he is aware of all the moves on the board as he could be the progenitor and axillary at the same time. Like being your own father. A paradox.
I still believe Demyx is the MoM. Demyx is the MoMs nobody (who doesn't age), and his heart is in the box. When the time is right, the box is opened, and they'll become one again. Hence, the parallels between mannerisms and personality. Not only that, but the symbolism in water as an element; life, death, time. How it's connected to everyone and everything through the series. Not only that, Demyx and Xigbar's "friendship"
I hope it's Sora and he went back in time to change the past. like a bootstrap paradox. Also In my opinion the MoM has to be someone we know because his identity has been hidden for 6 years now. pretty pointless if it's just someone new.
Yeah it must be someone we know, 'cause what the point to hide his face and name? And Sora is the perfect candidate. There is a lot of similarities and coincidences between these two guys that we can't deny (past about the keyblade war, no master, no master'title, manierisms, symbolism, play with fate...etc) and some persons seem to know more about Sora than himself (like Luxu, Luxord, Yozora, Xehanort..) Even the name of the next arc "The Lost Master" can specify the two of them. If it is the case I will not be surprise. I mean It could be very interesting and exiting to know how he became this crazy cool guy more than the revelation itself.
If the cloaked figure on the tower forming a heart with his hands at the moon is the Master of masters, we see his chin a little sooo maybe he has a form??
1. Yin Sid is sometimes gone form his castle and never explains why 2. Understands that Sora's enate abilities require objects to bring them out 3. His power is purely light based 4. Knows where sora is but doesn't give his location out
The masters true identity makes sense to be a future version of Sora who lost everything to the darkness! The Sora we play as now is the Sora who has yet to lose what he loves most! Yozora says I will save you! And Yozora also says your Sora!? Maybe he is tasked with saving Sora from his fate by his future self!
Or a "past Sora" who seeks to prepare Sora to undo his mistakes. The MoM basicaly said no oher master count other than me, no way Sora even at his worst would say that, it can only mean the MoM was the wielder of the OG keyblade and everyone else had copies.
I do like this theory. Since it makes a lot of sense with the MoM actions and relationships with darkness in general. Here's my sort of idea on it: After Sora and everyone dies in the reality where Xehanort wins. Sora duee but his body remains and the remaining light took control over his body and went back in time and became the master of masters. So kinda incorporating multiple theories together here. We've darkness possess someone bit not light, and it would be odd of the story to ignore the other reality where everyone died, the one Sora discards to save his friends. The light could have knowledge of Sora's memories in order to replicate the world's and the chiritityies. Though also with Luxu's help in the master writing the book of prophecies. I did also hear of a theory of what could be in the black box, basically Maleficent's theory that it's a book of prophecies, but more like a continuation of the original. Talking about the reality Sora with Kairi's help, created as well stuff about Quardratum and going forward. I mean Sora had been known to use light/darkness and has similarities to Ventus/Vanitias. Venture as pure light and Vanitias pure darkness, possibly hinting at something there. So maybe the MoM has Sora's body but he isn't Sora, but light possessing Sora's body that was left behind after their failure at the keyblade war. Though that's an idea that I thought of based on the theories I've seen so far. I think it's crazy and confusing enough to possible, but I still say it's 50/50, not gonna say it's likely.
I think that the Master of Masters is someone that most fans wouldn’t expect. He’s not Walt or Nomura. He isn’t Light or Sora. Instead, I think that he is one of the first people to exist in the world of Daybreak Town and to encounter Darkness and Evil. The Master of Masters is a fictional equivalent to a mythical prophet from real life eschatological religions. He is either Daybreak Town’s version of one of the Old Testament heroes of the Judeo-Christian Bible or he is the Kingdom Hearts equivalent of one of the prophets of other eschatological religions that have the war against evil as a central theme. He is a warrior prophet, and Darkness describes him as an “old friend”. He is not one of the Gods of the world of Kingdom Hearts, but a mere prophet and an archetypal religious zealot who wars against all of existence itself in order to create a world purged of all darkness. He may be a deconstruction of that religious and mythical archetype.
I think he may *once* have been human, the real question to me and this ties into needing Luxu; is he human right now? Meaning he may have cast aside his body for quite some time. I don't think he's a different species altogether given his concern for humanity/those with hearts. So it seems more like becoming Light might be an alternative to Luxu's method.
The master is future Sora that get stuck at the quadradrum and do everything he can to come back time and not leaving Sora that just arrive at the quadradrum here to get back with Kairi !! Wooooooooooooooo mind blowing
The Master is either… Sora, light, Walt Disney or Papa Nomura. I would assume he’s one of these. Whoever he is though, we will be in for a surprise! Much more even then that phenomenal Xigbar/Luxu reveal
@@mndfst9433 The book is called "La Légende Kingdom Hearts - Tome 3: Partie 2 : Univers & Décryptage" by Georges Grouard.
That would fit in with the theme of Light against darkness, and a fall from grace. The Master of Masters could be a rebel against the natural world order of his universe. He may be an archetype of a fallen angel or false prophet.
As I have said forever, and have been right since the beginning. And all shall soon learn the truth. The Master of Masters is Noctis Lucis Caelum of the Final Fantasy Versus XIII -- seriously, no joke. Ans this will soon be revealed how in the lore. Unreality (which is actually just the Fantasy based on Reality world of Versus), the MoM also has the ability to travel through time and space, control monsters, and even manipulate memories (all of which are the powers of Goddess Etro, the goddess of Death) It IS Noctis Lucid Caelum of the World that Never Was (which is Insomnia from VSXIII). Stella's Nobody and Yozora, his Nobody, will also soon be explained. Why do you think Yozora woke up in Insomnia in the secret ending? Fucking Somnus played in the secret ending for God sakes. Nomura is not throwing fans a bone, he's throwing them the full blown script for the return of The VERSUS Epic through KH. Zeal has spoken.
I'm pretty sure he's either Darkness or the Light's equivalent, and is the progenitor of the keyblades of light or all of them. Maybe a manifestation of the original Kingdom Hearts or X-Blade itself. Or perhaps he's a vessel or avatar of one of the Realms
I noticed yozora is night meaning someone might be named Hikaru=Light Maybe nameless star is named light there was text saying you are not the true key bearer and there is concept work of Hikaru utada with light and dark kingdom keys and she does look like nameless star don't tell Nomura made Hikaru utada the mc of kh like gackt is genesis
I always find the obsession with who or what he is interesting. Given that he himself has made it very clear that stuff like that really don't matter, all that matters is what he does. Personally, I think that the fact that the keyblade with his eye in it is nameless says a lot about him. The fact that he is chaotic neutral, he has acted good and bad, kind and harsh, funny and stoic. He is chaotic and enigmatic. What I would ask is, does it matter who or what he is? More so what his actions mean.
I’m trying out that melody of memory today I hope it’s good I’m recording it btw love your kh content I subscribed I thought I subscribed before but keep up the good work my man much love!!!
Here is my theory: Before the beginning of time, there was a Heart in a void of darkness. Light came out of the heart. Since then, darkness and light have been in a everlasting chess match. No matter how many pieces are lost in the game, it is a never ending game that gains more pieces. MoM was there witnessing the first war between light and darkness. He probably seen some true death that would want to make any person take action to prevent it. I seen MoM statements that if Darkness does not take form, is the most powerful deity in existence, but loses his mind and becomes a mindless animal. Darkness needs to take form by possessing people with strong will hearts to achieve higher intelligence. By darkness taking Form, is an opportunity to kill him off for good. MoM plan is to have the seven of them contain a piece of Darkness making him weak in that form with 13 Darkness forming. Sora would need to kill all 7 of them to end Darkness once and for all. But in the process Sora will die. Sora will be the last light and the 7 of them will be Darkness. Once both sides are dead, there will be no more war between Light and Darkness ever again. Ending the war forever.
Still think Demyx is MoM...since there was that whole scene in kh3 where he has that "ancient" past and his attitude and demeanour are similar to MoM. He wasn't a keyblade wielder during Ux era (I think; haven't watched dark roads yet so he might be in there?) Either way, I think it is interesting that he was part of org13, but kept running from conflict and only fought the gang like once. Then in kh3, he was benched and on the sidelines but was still part of major background event. In the movie, he steps away from the foretellers and just overlooks them; as their boss and later he goes away entirely; only leaving his eyeball. They both are part of major events but barely interact; as if they are keeping the events straight. its just my theory tho
I SYNC THE MASTER OF MASTERS IS ACTUALLY EIGHT DARKNESS LIKE VANITAS THEN FOR SOME REASON HAS HAD A CHANGE OF HEART OR SO TO SPEAK METAPHORICALLY AND THAT HE JUST WANTS A CEASEFIRE AFTER PRETENDING TO BE A KEYBLADE REALTOR FOR THE LIGHT AND PRETENDED TO BE GOOD I THINK THAT ALL AFFECTED IN THE GRAND SCHEME OF THINGS AND THEN HE'S SOMEHOW IS A DARKNESS THAT JUST WANTS PEACE AKA A CEASEFIRE.
I still think the Master is Light and Light and Darkness have been fighting forever. Maybe he’s the last “Light” individual being. I think too, when he went to Unreality he went to a place where there was no Light or Darkness but one can’t exist without the other. So when he showed up as Light, Darkness came too. The series has been about balancing Light and Darkness too through Riku and even Baldr kinda. He got depressed cause his sister died and they left him alone and it got outta control.
Xemnas too, he’s titled a nobody and he said all the time we shouldn’t exist we have no emotions but really that’s depression/darkness. They all had emotions maybe not a heart at first but it grew back as they became their own person.
I think that he's somebody that either lost his original body or has a new immortal vessel or something. I think it's Sora in all honesty I think that KH3 re-mind was a hint at how it's him but I've always thought it was. I think young Xehanort knows it and hinted at it in the toy box remember the MoM told him his name . I feel like Sora makes the most sense because of his mannerisms and speech patterns are extremely similar and Sora used the power of awakening to essentially time travel
Could the second trailer for KH 4 be imminent on April 10th? The first anniversary of the first trailer of the first trailer was released on that date last year.
MoM is Light. Darkness is split into multiple entities. So I theorize that the Master is the opposite. A being of pure light. There was only one piece placed by Eraqus when he went to show Xehanort the new game he learned.
It's literally Sora , Yozora sais to Sora that he didn't look like the Sora he knows, which the MOM. You see the MOM in the quadriam with Riku, sora and yozora. The MOM had to give yozora his task and told him to save sora , his past self. MOM is the sora who failed to save his friends in kh3.
So the play on light being called lux and luxu etc can’t be ignored especially with the whole Latin names and 7 sins I can totally see the mom being Lucifer lux or some similiar entities to do with bearing light , hence why he is so angry about the so called false light that is currently in power and would explain his scene with young xehanort where his name was inaudible but u saw stars light up (Lucifer the morning star)
Luxu is short for the Latin ancestral word of the modern day words Luxurious and Luxury. The Latin root word basically means “lust” instead of “light”. It ties into the theme of the seven deadly sins. All of the Foretellers except the Master of Masters are named for the Seven Deadly Sins.
Hm, how very interesting, I think you might have the right idea, it will be interesting to what MoM’s next move will be, Until then, I will look forward to you Next Video.
i dont think he is light but i do believe light at one point chose him as its champion then when he succeeded it stabbed him in the back an killed all his friends which coincidentally is what one of the many darkness' calls him their "friend" which i think will be very significant to his origin back story and i think that the reason he told Luxu there were no "masters" in his childhood was because there actually wasn't and that the keyblade was just something completely common in his world a power that was gifted to everyone whose hearts accepted them and then used them as tools to banish the darkness but one thing he mentions is that darkness has many forms and that in his life they used to look like people because maybe just maybe people who will filled with impure thoughts an obsessions transformed into the ugly darkness which keyblade wielders of the light were then tasked with disposing of an perhaps one or more of the people he fought were people he cherished but overtime he began to question if what they were doing was really the right thing to do? and i think he may have earned the title of "master" due to his proficiency in fighting the darkness and using keyblades.
i think his line to young xehanort also may have been genuine that he was surprised to see someone who would use a tool of light the keyblade to manipulate darkness then goes on to say that Xehanort wouldnt need his silly old coat to resist darkness cause he'd be in control instead. which suggests then that the master is not really afraid to take off his cloak like he made it sound lol but that he already knew darkness could be controlled and contained so he factored that into his grand scheme. he also revealed to us he was tired of the fighting between light and dark and expresses interest to see it come to a close so i think he is a master manipulator and is playing both sides probably has a vendetta against both of those things lol and by throwing things into chaos i think he hopes to bring out the true end boss which is probably going to end up being the creator of kingdom hearts an the architect of the raging war between darkness and light.
Did y'all not see when darkness and the MoM were talking in the clip and darkness said to MoM "what do you plan on doing with this world, this time" Wtf did MoM do last time lol
Bro can I say this, sooo when young eraqus and the end of kh3 said I know a new game and puts the 1v7 pieces together, 5 of them are foretellers, one is a goatlike dragon thing which I think is luxu, then the FINAL PIECE heart wing spike, so first weird thing is it looks EERILY SIMILAR to nobody sigil and ıt looks like a REVERSE SITAR THE ONE THAT DEMYX USES can somebody look at that and tell me I'm wrong pleaseee, I didn't know where else to write this hope you see it would love a video about it
Maybe he’s a god well, we do have like Hercules, but maybe the master of masters there’s some kind of a deity no, this is just an idea I pulled out of thin air Bud, it could be possible that he’s a god
I want to remind y'all that the theory that MoM is Tetsuya Nomura himself still exists.
It’s genuinely compelling too. I 3/4ths believe it may be true given the meta direction the series is going and his big speech about being “tired of fighting this war of light and dark for so long”. It might be real lol.
I’d prefer this to Demyx

Thats the worst possible outcome...
MoM is Sora's mother. At the end you will see it was all an elaborate plan to get Sora to eat his dinner.
Nah the Master is actually Jesus except named “God” and is Sora’s father probably
real
@@Z-A-C What? XD I certainly hope not.
Imagine the final boss be held at Square Enix headquarters.
Everglow’s timeline for union cross, as well as dark road, was truly incredible I thought! I loved every minute of it.

I've always thought the same thing.
That was a pretty popular theory back when the cutscene was first released but iv since grown less fond of it. I don't think that's what he is
Do not be deceived tho, in Christianity the villain is Lucifer/Satan, which in KH would be Pride, and Satan/Lucifer is considered the Light bringer.
@@okat32 Ok 👌🏼
Or he is the χ-blade master which would make him a cut above the rest in every way.
when you look in the eye of the No Name key blade, you can see shape of a yellow/golden heart on it
Could the Master be Light?
Darkness is arrogant, knows a lot, and is evil, but polite, for an evil entity
The master is manipulate, eccentric, knows a lot and tries to put feelings aside, for a "good" entity, notice how the screens in the room go off, but the "light" of the lamp stays on a while longer, and is the first thing to come back on before the monitors. And whe he puts his hand in a Heart shaped figure, in Quadadrum. Even if its just to reference the Kingdom Heart apparance, he could be playfully mimicking the worlds Light of Quadadrum. And when he tells YX his name, the screen "lights up"
I think his name is Light too. Damo really explained it well.
Sol
The Master of Masters is a prophet and a warrior, not the embodiment of light itself. The Hearts of all Worlds, Kingdom Hearts, is the embodiment of light itself.
MoM could be KH avatar. A being of "Light". Being that MoM can "create" keyblades which are derived from the X-blade which is itself derived from KH.
I have no doubt he’s his own separate person. Now whether his intentions are truly good in the long run or not that’s a whole different can of worms. Something tells me not to trust a single word he utters.
The never ending list of theories.
Pretty much lmao
@@ProdigyxCD true!
He's got a doppleganger in Stranger of Paradise (another thing Nomura helped make) in the Lufenians' benefactor.
Ohhh that would be freaking awesome!... :D
whaaaaat
Oh that would...make way too much sense.
My personal opinion is MoM is the living embodiment of Kingdom Hearts. Like he legit is Kingdom Hearts but living.
I can’t wait to see what Nomura has been planning
I know it's probably not possible but imagine of MoM was Walt Disney. Originally Nomura wanted Yen Sid to be Walt but Disney wouldn't allow it.
As for his physical appearance I think he’s gonna be someone that looks familiar to someone we’ve seen or another character altogether as MoM is old
The Master of Masters is actually Taylor Swift and no one can convince me otherwise. I feel pretty confident in this theory.
-MoM is a fusion of Sora and Demyx from the future who was sent so far back in time he became the first thing to exist and the foundation of everything-
What if he’s not a keyblade wielder, but The X-blade wielder, like, created as the “body” of all worlds as how Kingdom Hearts is the “heart” of all worlds?
THANK you! You actually spot on my thoughts exactly. I see him more of a dead person, but he is more of "alive replica" to me.
man I feel like there could be yet another prequel based on the Master's youth
I think the Master is a puppet under the cloak. Specifically a Sora puppet. This could be something that happens to Sora later on, not entirely sure. I also think a woman is rather speaking with ventriloquy through him with a stolen voice, the way Ursula stole Ariel’s voice and how Sora’s voice was beyond reach in KH MoM. This also matches how MoM has ALL of Sora’s body language. Ursula also emphasizes this point in “Poor Unfortunate Souls”. Most peculiar is his behavior towards Gula, saying “Way to steal my thunder, showoff!”
By render, Gula is a simulacrum of Sora.
Some time ago, in a comment on 1 of Damo's vids, I theorised that The Master of Masters is one of the original 7 Lights.
Maybe he's Sora in the future or has adopted his appearance? I wouldn't put it past Nomura to paint him that way since the Master is very wily.
(Adding this cuz i just remembered)
If he is related to kingdom hearts, then his relationship with Sora is also clearer in the simple designed choice of Sora literally representing KH.
I am, however, mostly convinced that this whole “real world” angle and the introduction of VersusXIII elements is an excuse for him to self insert himself into the series:
This is interesting fr. Can't wait for the podcast bro
Its coming!! (Sorry about the wait for it, still finishing up Graphics for it)
@@ProdigyxCD all good, no rush bro. We understand and appreciate effort
I saw the thumbnail and I knew right off the bat, the Master of Masters is Sans.😂😂😂
Sans would make a good Keyblade Wielder
Honestly I think it is very possible that MoM isn't completely human. However I also think the same about Riku and Ventus. I even think that Sora might be being "forged" into not being completely human. I honestly really like the idea. I just also know there isn't enough evidence yet for it.
So this is more an idea that I like and am keep in the back of my head rather then something I believe.
Take good care of yourself man. Life is all over the place these days, but we'll make it. Love right back at you from here in Seattle.
Tldr:: He is a core character, who might not be human.
His name must be really important
What if the master IS the chessboard. Being omnipotent means he is aware of all the moves on the board as he could be the progenitor and axillary at the same time. Like being your own father. A paradox.
First and this is something I want answered in Kingdom Hearts 4

Awesome Video :) Makes Me Have New Thoughts/Theories On MoM :) Always A Pleasure To Watch Your Videos :)
Thank You!!
@@ProdigyxCD Your Welcome :)
There is a lot of similarities and coincidences between these two guys that we can't deny (past about the keyblade war, no master, no master'title, manierisms, symbolism, play with fate...etc) and some persons seem to know more about Sora than himself (like Luxu, Luxord, Yozora, Xehanort..)
Even the name of the next arc "The Lost Master" can specify the two of them.
It is so plain to see that the master of masters is Yen Cid, he is the only one without a keyblade that trains masters.
1. Yin Sid is sometimes gone form his castle and never explains why
2. Understands that Sora's enate abilities require objects to bring them out
3. His power is purely light based
4. Knows where sora is but doesn't give his location out
Quick question: the chosen one that everyone talks about, does this chosen one have the ability to change history, or just defeat evil?
He's Sora in the future Sora as an adult.
Here's my sort of idea on it:
After Sora and everyone dies in the reality where Xehanort wins.
Calling it now, the Master of Masters is Mortimer Mouse
There was a French KH book that confirmed his name is Superbia.
Link? Reference?
@@mndfst9433 The book is called "La Légende Kingdom Hearts - Tome 3: Partie 2 : Univers & Décryptage" by Georges Grouard.
Here is a few passages:
capitaux, l’orgueil. Une opinion trop avantageuse/exagérée de soi-même ;
ce qui induit systématiquement un mépris de l’autre, jugé inférieur. Et ainsi,
une certaine arrogance.
That would fit in with the theme of Light against darkness, and a fall from grace. The Master of Masters could be a rebel against the natural world order of his universe. He may be an archetype of a fallen angel or false prophet.
I got it, he is a Tomberry whom lost his lanturn-light
I love Tonberries 😄
The master is a moogle that left its shop & learned the way of the keyblade long ago
I still think the master will say dance water dance
for me, the MoM is the forger of the keyblades
As I have said forever, and have been right since the beginning. And all shall soon learn the truth.
The Master of Masters is Noctis Lucis Caelum of the Final Fantasy Versus XIII -- seriously, no joke. Ans this will soon be revealed how in the lore.
Unreality (which is actually just the Fantasy based on Reality world of Versus), the MoM also has the ability to travel through time and space, control monsters, and even manipulate memories (all of which are the powers of Goddess Etro, the goddess of Death)
It IS Noctis Lucid Caelum of the World that Never Was (which is Insomnia from VSXIII).
Or maybe he's "The WoL" From The 1st Final Fantasy game!...XDDDDDDD
I noticed yozora is night meaning someone might be named Hikaru=Light Maybe nameless star is named light there was text saying you are not the true key bearer and there is concept work of Hikaru utada with light and dark kingdom keys and she does look like nameless star don't tell Nomura made Hikaru utada the mc of kh like gackt is genesis
Guys, MoM is obviously Mortimer 😱

MOM is either the x-blade itself or is Kingdom hearts itself

What if MoM is the true sora cuz yazora said he did look like sora so what if sora just a small part of MoM
The same eye on Mom Keyblade is the same in Rikus . Why does no one talk about it
Hm, how very interesting, I think you might have the right idea, it will be interesting to what MoM’s next move will be,
Until then, I will look forward to you Next Video.
i dont think he is light but i do believe light at one point chose him as its champion then when he succeeded it stabbed him in the back an killed all his friends which coincidentally is what one of the many darkness' calls him their "friend" which i think will be very significant to his origin back story and i think that the reason he told Luxu there were no "masters" in his childhood was because there actually wasn't and that the keyblade was just something completely common in his world a power that was gifted to everyone whose hearts accepted them and then used them as tools to banish the darkness but one thing he mentions is that darkness has many forms and that in his life they used to look like people because maybe just maybe people who will filled with impure thoughts an obsessions transformed into the ugly darkness which keyblade wielders of the light were then tasked with disposing of an perhaps one or more of the people he fought were people he cherished but overtime he began to question if what they were doing was really the right thing to do?
and i think he may have earned the title of "master" due to his proficiency in fighting the darkness and using keyblades.
i think his line to young xehanort also may have been genuine that he was surprised to see someone who would use a tool of light the keyblade to manipulate darkness then goes on to say that Xehanort wouldnt need his silly old coat to resist darkness cause he'd be in control instead.
which suggests then that the master is not really afraid to take off his cloak like he made it sound lol but that he already knew darkness could be controlled and contained so he factored that into his grand scheme.
he also revealed to us he was tired of the fighting between light and dark and expresses interest to see it come to a close so i think he is a master manipulator and is playing both sides probably has a vendetta against both of those things lol and by throwing things into chaos i think he hopes to bring out the true end boss which is probably going to end up being the creator of kingdom hearts an the architect of the raging war between darkness and light.
Did y'all not see when darkness and the MoM were talking in the clip and darkness said to MoM "what do you plan on doing with this world, this time"
Wtf did MoM do last time lol
I think nameless star is named light and might be masters vessel why Hikaru means light Hikaru Utada=Lights Song
What if the MoM is just kingdom hearts given body
As muscle man said, "My MoM!!!!"
Bro can I say this, sooo when young eraqus and the end of kh3 said I know a new game and puts the 1v7 pieces together, 5 of them are foretellers, one is a goatlike dragon thing which I think is luxu, then the FINAL PIECE heart wing spike, so first weird thing is it looks EERILY SIMILAR to nobody sigil and ıt looks like a REVERSE SITAR THE ONE THAT DEMYX USES can somebody look at that and tell me I'm wrong pleaseee, I didn't know where else to write this hope you see it would love a video about it
It's Donald. MoM is Donald
MoM is Jar Jar Binks
He could've been human, but resides in-between both and he is not
Do you think that the master might be an alien of some sort
if this goes well an i mean to a point where where this what where going to see a LUKE and darth vader witch mean I AM YOUR FATHER SPOILER?
What if the master is kingdom hearts itself
Maybe he’s a god well, we do have like Hercules, but maybe the master of masters there’s some kind of a deity no, this is just an idea I pulled out of thin air Bud, it could be possible that he’s a god
Me when I saw M.O.M chin, showing he has a psychical body: 😱
