Love the fireplace and living room windows, not crazy about the raised kitchen island. It needs a walk-in pantry. Once you’ve had one, it’s hard to be without!
This is a good looking home! That fireplace makes me wonder how it would look dressed up for Christmas? Got to admit, I don’t care for windows in a closet.
I'd turn the upstairs into half storage and then half game room area. Wish you opened up that fridge and freezer to show how big it is on the inside too. I'd get rid of the wire rack above the washer and dryer and make it wood to fit the accents of the house. Bottom cabinets in utility room would also be removed so I can fit baskets underneath to separate clothes as well. Absolutely love the layout though and it's a dream for sure
With homes this nice they really should put the vents in the celling. I'm not a fan of cabinet colors at all. Yeah that laundry room I'd do without the "Folding" area. Id opt to leave it open for a freezer, however I'd also make a fold down table that fits snug to the wall when not in use then folds down so I have a place to fold clothes. LOVE the master closet! Only thing I would change about it is when you round that corner by the bench I'd put a full wall of shelves. We have more folding clothes than hanging so that space is needed. The master bath I'd put a row or two of tiles all along that tub space so if the water does splash or overflow (It shouldn't but precautions) then it wont affect the wall. The attic space is WONDERFUL! So many options to do whatever you need it to do. --- I had a heart attack at the price. I knew it would be 100k or over but my goodness. Beautiful home though if you can afford to do it then man it would be the dream.
Aww...Chance, you didn't open up that huge, different refrigerator. ☹️ I like those color cabinets, too. They have a real wood color to them. Nice house. Thanks Chance.
I like everything about the kitchen except the island. I love the huge closets in all the bedrooms. The master closet is dreamy, that vanity desk is wonderful! 😍Beautiful tub and shower! Only flaw is the toilet should be in a room by itself.
Chance?? These Modular Homes are getting more and more fancier!! You can't believe the room and the space 🌌🚀 that you get!! The Kitchen is open and versatile!! The Bedrooms and Bathrooms are great, the layout is stunning!! And all the other rooms, including The Laundry Room are very well -built!! The only thing it needs is a patio, but other than that?? It's very simple and very nice!! Keep sharing these kinds of houses 🏘️🏡 with us, they are worth the money and time!!😊😊😊
Very nice home----outside and inside! I really like the layout. Only changes I would make is: no carpet and use the vinyl flooring throughout. I really don't care for the flooring they've used here----it's too busy. I really like that they've got the vents in the floor. God bless you and your family, Chance. It's so refreshing to see a young man that loves the Lord! You did a great job with the tour----as you always do.
Love layout. Nice closets in secondary bedrooms.Love the primary closet! Very well built shelving. Nice shower. Beautiful home. Thank you for the tour!!
I'm about 10 minutes in and I know this home reminds of a another but I can't think of it. Best I can come up with is a cross of the Pinehurst 2506 from KIT homes and the Paladin by Schult Homes.
LOVE the master bedroom closet! Loved the shelving by the big shower too. No pantry, but that fridge was great! This is a wonderful home and I enjoyed the tour!
This is definitely my favorite house you have shown since I have been watching! Definitely one I would like to have. Can't say enough how beautiful it is!❤
Amen! You are 100% correct about walking into Walmart and expecting to come out spending about $20.00 on those three items. These days I exit about $50.00 poorer. I swear they are same items I've bought for years.
Hello Chance!! Good video. I'm not that fond of wide-open floorplans, but that built-in island (not sure what's it's called,) does kinda/sorta break things up a tad. So that helps. #1) I like that there is a Coat Closet in the foyer, and that bench is nice too. In the Living Room, I love that there's a Wood-burning Fireplace!! But those cabinet/shelves on one side, probably the right side closest to the windows, would have to be removed so we could put a good-sized, nice looking, wood box there. The TV would go above the fireplace, so the shelves on the left side of fireplace would be where the DVD player and as many DVD's as we could get in that area, would be put. We'd have carpet in the Living Room. #2) In the Dining Room there seems to be plenty of room for me to put Grandma's China Cabinet on the wall - as this is a Must & a deal breaker if there's not a place, this is great! I'd put a 4-6 person table & chairs there as well. We'd build a deck, enclosed, outside those sliding doors. In the Kitchen, if possible, I'd have the raised portion of the island leveled to match the rest (we wouldn't use that sitting area unless we had company, which is rare). The Microwave is in the perfect spot!! I'd want a Gas Cook Stove. Too bad there's no pantry! That's the only thing missing in the kitchen, except for windows. #3) In the Utility Room I would remove the cabinets and countertop where you were taking about a folding table (which I admit would be nice to have), but I would rather use that spot for a good Upright Freezer!! Of course, we'd build a Garage outside that back door with a Storage area in it and a BIG Pantry area and probably a Pet Shower/Tub area as well. #4) Bedroom 2 on the floorplan plus both the Closets, would be turned into my Library with a small sitting area, with carpet in this small area. And 3/4's of Bedroom 3 would be turned into my Music/Studio Room, soundproofed; the other 1/4 would be turned into my Office area with carpet. The Guest Bathroom would be left as it is. #5) The Master Bedroom is a good size, carpet in here. I love that the Closet is in the bedroom and Not the bathroom! But I don't need that vanity area in the closet - I'd never use it. So just use that area as part of that Big beautiful Closet!! I'd probably put a wider bench, padded, under that window as that's probably where I'd get dressed every day. The Bathroom...the Commode area is Not wide enough!! I'd hit the walls when I sat down on it, as it is built for a "normal" small-sized person, which I'm not!! Not only am I fat, but I'm also handicapped. I don't expect them to build a regular home for handicapped people, but it looks like they would take into account that everyone is Not the same size and build the area a little bit wider at least!! [Oh well. This is always a problem for someone not a "Regular" size, be it real short, real tall, real fat, or real skinny!]. Anyway the only way I see to fix the Commode area, is to remove the wall and take the shelf area, then move the commode over so there's plenty of room on both sides!! That would probably not leave room for any shelving. So, if not, we could use the vanity area in the closet, put shelves in there, enclosed as a closet, and use it for the Linen Closet. The Tub would need to be changed to a Handicapped Tub for me. The Shower needs a door (we both hate showers with no doors!), and a bench. #6) I don't think we'd have a basement, so we'd use that space as a Storage Closet. I'm not sure we'd even have an upstairs. If we did, we'd have to have an Elevator installed as I can't climb stairs. I'm not sure where they'd put an elevator either. I also think if you have an elevator you must also have stairs for emergencies (in case of power failures or fires and such). So for us, it would be cheaper to not have either an upstairs or downstairs. #7) On the whole, there's more I like about this place than things I'd change. And most of the things I'd change are minor, Not All of them, but most. Again, Chance, a good video. Thanks for showing this to us. God bless you guys!!
I like that these are real cabinets and not the ones with the wood divider between the doors. You can never get large items into the latter with gymnastics.
…at least 10 extra items that weren’t on the list. I’m a witness 😂😂😂. Great home by the way. Love the makeup vanity off master closet. I do prefer the white cabinets though.
The perfect floorplan love it!! I also love the color of the cabinets, I would rather for them to be darker, but that particular color is not bad. I would just change out the pull handles/knobs. I do not need the upper level....
Beautiful home , only thing I would change is the windows over the tub , I would just put small windows up high . Love the cabinets because I love wood grain . I prefer the registers in the floor, much easier to clean . Grew up with them in the ceiling and they were a pain to clean.
The house is very nice. I love the closet in the master and the other closets are nice and spacious. There is one downside. I didn't care for the kitchen. Not enough cabinets and no pantry.😢 The porch was really nice. The outside was also very pleasing.
Master bedroom has a nice size closet with vanity aeea. The bathroom is nice too except do not like the door going into the water closet I do not know why they keep on installing them where they open towards the toilet?🤔
You open every other fridge but not this giant subzero style one?!? 😂 So disappointed. I'll never be able to own a fridge that big and sexy, I wanna see what it looks like!!!
I know this is part of the decor, but hate the vinyl planking...not that it's vynil but the colors. Hate carpeting. House is beautiful. I just with the designers were a bit less edgy. Oh and I wanted to see inside that fridge!! Why do they cheap out on the main bathroom showerhead?? Kick in another $75 and get one that has a handheld showerhead. Sorry not feeling well, cranky today 😳
Put upper cabinets above the washer and dryer and a door on the linen shelves in the master bathroom. The master closet didn't appear to have a door either but I'd want a door for the closet entrance. Not sure I like the ladies make up counter visible to the bedroom, some tend to be rather messy and I don't want to see it.
I don’t like the wide open floor plan for the living room and kitchen. It would be better if the living room was closed in a bit to where you have more walls.
I'm in my 70's, and I've never lived in a house this nice, not my entire life!
GOD BLESS YOU, if you can afford to live like this!!!!!
I love to go there and tour the homes. Nice to see you’re in my neck of the woods, Chance❤
Wassup Chance?! All this home needs is a pantry, and definitely a basement, especially if there is strong storms, so I can have a place to go to.
Love the fireplace and living room windows, not crazy about the raised kitchen island. It needs a walk-in pantry. Once you’ve had one, it’s hard to be without!
Totally agree!
This is a good looking home! That fireplace makes me wonder how it would look dressed up for Christmas?
Got to admit, I don’t care for windows in a closet.
I don’t like the windows in the closet either.
Nice to have plenty of open room in the kitchen so you're not bumping into one another when more than one person is cooking.
I'd turn the upstairs into half storage and then half game room area. Wish you opened up that fridge and freezer to show how big it is on the inside too. I'd get rid of the wire rack above the washer and dryer and make it wood to fit the accents of the house. 15:26 Come... puewtter... LOL Nice showing my guy Chance!
Good to see you. Have a great day and be safe and careful.😊👍🙏
You always get a thumbs up it's the first thing I do
Nice slider in dining room and would put a deck across the back for more outdoor space, seating and a bbq.👍
Yes kitchen has a great layout.😊

I love the entry!
I like everything about the kitchen except the island. I love the huge closets in all the bedrooms. The master closet is dreamy, that vanity desk is wonderful! 😍Beautiful tub and shower! Only flaw is the toilet should be in a room by itself.
Gotta have a water closet. Pay all that money and not have a water closet. The house is beautiful though
I really like this house problemly my favorite 😊😊

😊 yay more tours. Keep them coming Chance.
The cabinet Brown stain has Depth to it allowing the grain and knot's to show.
Chance, I believe the cabinet color is called cherry.
I enjoy watching your tours Chance.
Another of move around space. Great home.
I absolutely really love the layout of this place. I love everything about it.
Like i mentioned on your instagram page i love this home and the openness of it.
Love layout. Nice closets in secondary bedrooms.Love the primary closet! Very well built shelving. Nice shower. Beautiful home. Thank you for the tour!!
Hey, Chase! WV girl here! ❤
Nice home, thanks for the tour, Chance ! 👍
Thank you for sharing Chance!❤🎉
Beautiful home. Thanks for the tour. Blessings.
That is a really nice home with a great layout.👍
Nice house. I think I would get rid of the extra cabinets in the utility room and put a freezer there.
Nice home, spacious and well designed. Thank you for bringing this video to us. Great job.
Love it!
I'm about 10 minutes in and I know this home reminds of a another but I can't think of it. Best I can come up with is a cross of the Pinehurst 2506 from KIT homes and the Paladin by Schult Homes.
I love this home the closet in the master room is a bonus.
LOVE the master bedroom closet! Loved the shelving by the big shower too. No pantry, but that fridge was great! This is a wonderful home and I enjoyed the tour!
My dream closet ❤
This is definitely my favorite house you have shown since I have been watching! Definitely one I would like to have. Can't say enough how beautiful it is!❤
Be safe and careful.😊👍🙏
Absolutely gorgeous home ❤
Great entryway, very spacious and I love that master closet! Just lose the carpet and this home would be perfect!
Very beautiful
How’s it going? Chance love senior shows just checking in seeing how things are going. Keep up with the good work videos. They are awesome.
I liked the maple cabinets and floor plan!
Amen! You are 100% correct about walking into Walmart and expecting to come out spending about $20.00 on those three items. These days I exit about $50.00 poorer. I swear they are same items I've bought for years.
I love that closet in the master
Chance you are so funny!
I love the house very nice with room! ❤
Nice fireplace in the living room.

The door going into water closet needs to open out or a slider door built in.👍
I like that these are real cabinets and not the ones with the wood divider between the doors. You can never get large items into the latter with gymnastics.
Loveit.very.nice inside❤😂
This is a head turner! Great foyer. Love the layout and cabinets. What a spacious master closet! Wise choice, Chance
Love this home. The only thing I would change is the mantle and bathroom shelves to match the cabinets.
…at least 10 extra items that weren’t on the list. I’m a witness 😂😂😂. Great home by the way. Love the makeup vanity off master closet. I do prefer the white cabinets though.

You are my sunshine now bring me my moonshine while i am getting my shoes shined..
Front porch is nice but needs to be extended across the front to the end and big enough to have some chairs, tables, and a porch swing.😊
Yes you can I go out come back with a lot of stuff
I would take those over the really dark brown. I would have a lighter countertop though
Beautiful home , only thing I would change is the windows over the tub , I would just put small windows up high . Love the cabinets because I love wood grain . I prefer the registers in the floor, much easier to clean . Grew up with them in the ceiling and they were a pain to clean.
I like your jokes Chance
Really like this one but wish it had a pantry
I think I would put a sliding door on the master bath...that's a cluster...
I can't say it enough.......WHY put floor vents into a BIG home? It just destorys it for me.
I prefer the old baseboard vents myself.
It’s a modular home that is what I think
I dont mind baseboard vents or wall vents, I just hate floor vents.@@3totoone
I stop watching the tours when I see those floor vents!
Heat rises. If the home has a basement the furnace is in the basement.
The house is very nice. I love the closet in the master and the other closets are nice and spacious. There is one downside. I didn't care for the kitchen. Not enough cabinets and no pantry.😢
The porch was really nice. The outside was also very pleasing.
How are you and the family doing? 😊🙏 Still sending prayers.
Do you show homes in South Texas??
Was there a bench seat in the master shower?
I wanted you to open the fridge. Just how many subzero have you seen?
Now if this was Vanderbilt upstairs would have a room over the master closet and entry
Master bedroom has a nice size closet with vanity aeea. The bathroom is nice too except do not like the door going into the water closet I do not know why they keep on installing them where they open towards the toilet?🤔
🏠🤩
You open every other fridge but not this giant subzero style one?!? 😂 So disappointed. I'll never be able to own a fridge that big and sexy, I wanna see what it looks like!!!
I would swap out the cabinet in the utility room for a pantry. What is it with windows in closets? That seems stupid to me. Hug your kiddos for me. 😊
Does it have a pantry?
I know this is part of the decor, but hate the vinyl planking...not that it's vynil but the colors. Hate carpeting. House is beautiful. I just with the designers were a bit less edgy. Oh and I wanted to see inside that fridge!! Why do they cheap out on the main bathroom showerhead?? Kick in another $75 and get one that has a handheld showerhead. Sorry not feeling well, cranky today 😳
I have no use for a huge tub with no jets . What's the point ?
No pantry , put the furnace in the basement and make that a pantry😊
Mannn i like this but they can put those small high windows in the closet and use that space too...
Did you get a bug in your eye from leaving that back door open?😂
And here hangs Joseph's coat of many colors 😂(its a bible refrence yall)
Ucan buy equal or better installed with electric & utilities even in CA for $300k
Love house but where is my pantry?
how much it cost?
The 2 bedrooms downstairs have plenty of room.
WITNESS
I do not like these cabinets at all chance! Lol but I would definitely ask for white all throughout if I bought this home
Whatever the camera is pointed at is "in front" of it. The person filming is "behind" it.
I don’t like the wide open floor plan for the living room and kitchen. It would be better if the living room was closed in a bit to where you have more walls.
The master closet would be my office.
Decorating needs improvement.
Laundry room is a nice size but no pantry.☹️
Can I have it as a gift please I would be thankful
No pantry??? And change the bar counters
