Due to the Forza COC (Code of conduct) I've had to replace my video thumbnail. What was supposed to be a showcase of talent from the Forza community has resulted in that specific livery being removed from Forza Horizon 5 ( 3:04 ) It's an obvious shame and I'm gutted that others won't be able to see the detail and skill that was displayed In-Game. Don.
For me the Ken Block Livery is perfect for car guys.

For me, it has to be the Pixelated Subaru 22B. Simple idea but perfectly created :)
Probably my favorite is the team yellow on FD Toyota Supra actually because looks so sick

It crazy to think of the amount of things that can come from the editor. My personal favorite has to go for the Horizon Tribute Demon, just looks awesome, can't go wrong with it. Glad to see you back at it Don, can't wait for what's next.

Remember to be proud of your own liveries too, I made my own Civic/NSX liveries back in FH4 and I update them from time to time so they improve overtime, I also have some that I use but I'm not as proud.
Plus if you don't try it yourself you'll never have the perfect livery

Glad to see you back. I missed the videos. I will go look at that specific livery and add to this later. OHHH, yeah that might be a real person and he didn't have permission. Or it's the cleavage! I used about 12 of these.
I'm sure that not all the designs were created by myself, but that Forza Painter was also involved, because you only have 3000 layers to choose from.
Not a single design featured used the Forza painter tool. Every artist here have been around in the Forza Painting scene for years (Even a decade+)
Most of them are friends and all of them are people I trust. The Forza painter tool is scummy and I'll never feature any work that's been created using it.
@@DonJoewonSongyou can say whatever you want, but those photo realistic images + more designs on top of that, def hit the 3000 limit if they use the image designer.
@@TrIpMo1981 - They 100% hit the 3000 layer limit for each side of the car but they never used an outside tool. These designs are even featured in Older Horizon games (3 & 4) where the tool wasn't even around and couldn't be used.
@@TrIpMo1981 - I've also made the same styled video for the past 5 years covering most Horizon games.. All the designs are to the same standard and there wasn't any tools available back then.
@@DonJoewonSong OK then I take that back, but some of them look very suspicious, especially the pictures of the people when you only have 3000 layers available. And I have to agree with you 100 percent that Forza Painter is bad.

Absolutely.. Some of these can take weeks to create. Always good to shine light on what the community creates :)
@donjoewonsong if they do it out of love and affection and you always have to support ☺️ them, I also make liverys in a phone game.
i never understood why Forza still has not added more aftermarket and manufacturer logos to the game, because they clearly can use them (as seen on some pretuned cars, like the Formula Drift cars), so why not just add them for players to use? I admire the effort and talent of those that can recreate them, but it would save so much time and sanity to just have them available to use.

Imagine if Forza Motorsport had this kinda music for the garage/autoshow. Heck, FH also. Their Forza stream has a kickin’ beat before it starts “Rumble in the Jungle 1 by Jan Chmelar”
I've always said they need to ramp-up the music selection more. Nothing beats FH1 for In-Game music style/taste.

Forza horizon liveries are on another LEVEL. not like in Crew Motorfest.
I'll admit the level of designs in the Crew 2/Motorfest isn't very good. You do get the odd creator who shines above, but honestly it's rare. (It doesn't help that the vinyl editor in the Crew is harder to use)

Beautiful choice, great job! But I have a maybe stupid question for you... some time ago you could read a lot of reports about players who got banned for using body paints containing even slight nudity (e.g. cleavage in anime and blowing kisses), or, for example, the painting of the Supra from 3:11 threatens to get banned? and secondly, is it safe to use third-party logos in FH in terms of getting banned (copyright etc.)?
So the Code of Conduct has greatly changed since FH4. I've only come to learn about this now as the design in my thumbnail has just been banned :/
Nudity on that scale is now not allowed (But was in previous games) third-party logos are all okay as long as it's not political
