had to rewatch this video multiple times to truly understand how to do product research Thank You FOP
I just sent out my first shipment last week made my first 2 sales yesterday and I’m almost ready to ship another box out, thanks for the content you’ve helped me out a lot I appreciate it🤝🏼
THIS IS THE VIDEO I WAS LOOKING FOR. I spent months doing retail arbitrage (which I hate). I could never find out how to do online arbitrage. I spent days on end but unable to get a good deal. This video helped me understand how to filter by variation which I didn't know how to do. Thank you, I feel like I owe you money haha! I am subscribed to seller AMP atleast :D I do have one question though which I combed the internet for without getting a clear answer. When I want to ungate a brand, I usually buy ten items and submit an application. I don't have a problem getting ungated. My problem is sometimes I get approval as "Branded" and sometimes it comes back as approved "Catalogue authorization". What is the difference? I believe when its catalogue authorization, it means I can only sell that one product but not the entire brand, correct? If so, how can I get branded as opposed to catalogue authorization??
Glad it was useful! I'm not sure I've ever noticed the difference there, it could be down to different people in ungating using a slightly different template to respond to you tbh. I wouldn't worry about it unless it's keeping you from selling branded items you should theoretically be able to sell
This is your very best sourcing video brother. You are great!
Great content. Our biggest issue is getting ungated to thse brands.
Totally agree
Broke all that down in this video for ya: th-cam.com/video/sn8hijzS1XE/w-d-xo.html
@@ccochran2nike and adidas are the easiest brand to ungate these days
Big fan of the channel. I've scaled up to 7k/month..following alot of your advice. Two questions - how come u don't consider the shipping products to Amazon as part of the ROI calculation? And what % ROI do you generally look for?
I do include shipping, it's already baked in to my fees on SellerAmp that I showed in the video. 30% ROI is good, 40% in higher return categories
I am in the same spot man !! Getting better step by step!! I am a big fan of this channel as well, they help a lot !! Where are you located ?
@@matheuszelada3073 I'm in Chicago
@@FieldsofProfit Ah gotcha.. I must've missed it! Thanks and keep inspiring us!!
Thank you! Can you tell us something about return rate? What are you doing with the shoes that come back?
Great podcasts. I’m a book reseller looking to get into retail arbitrage. Do you have any podcasts for retail arbitrage newbies looking to start with lower priced items? Thanks
Thanks, was helpful and kind of put some wind back in my sails!
I cannot find the variation tool from my Seller Amp. How can I get it ?
Might need to turn it on in your settings, the panels are all configurable
Setting an alert for profitable itens being on stock is 🔥 Thanks 👍
Thank you so much for your content, we have seen alot of different videos and really like your style - so thank you for all you give back to new sellers. We have been turned away from finding products that are only on sale as we have been advised that this is not proper replens or sustainable. I can see what they mean, you get to a point where you cannot buy the product again and sit with listings you cannot refill. BUT we really struggle to find profitable products without the sales & coupons. My question is then, do you only source sales or do you find "proper" replens too. We find that Amazon matches most of the prices on sites like Target, Walmart, Walgreens etc etc. Would love to hear your thoughts on this!
Dunno who gave you that advice but it's not good advice haha. If an item is at retail price profitably, there is no alpha to keep it profitable. You have to buy stuff that's at a discount to actually beat competition. Over time you will have replenishables by restocking the same items when the same sales come back around
What have a question I already send my product to the Amazon warehouse but it’s saying on FC transfer ? What is this mean
Great! Can you make a video please about finding VA‘s? Where to find them. Thank you very much
I made a video about this a while back! th-cam.com/video/cQT02-6xerA/w-d-xo.html
You don't account for shipping when purchasing from the website and shipping to Amz or FBM?
It's already baked in to my SellerAmp!
I’m 3 weeks in and already 5k sales doing FBM and RA only. I’m hesitant to start OA with Nike for example bc i live in CA, so tax and shipping won’t make it profitable i believe
Congrats, do you mind saying whats ur margin?
Chad Manual Sourcing
You can still get the Buy Box with Amazon selling the majority of those items?
Amazon wasn't selling any of them, all 3p competition
Thank you!
Warner, can you do this same exact video… but while on your phone?

🔥🔥🔥🔥 best info
Glad it was helpful!

I talked to a prep center yesterday, but I'm used to creating my listings in inventory lab. Do you create your listings in seller central before it arrives at prep?
Hey can you suggest a lead list to buy? I have a budget, so I was looking for a good list, do you have any suggestions?
Wouldn't have one I can recomend as they will all tank, get a random cheap one and use it to learn the sales & reverse source off them, don't buy the leads
you know there is no free lunch ? And all the free listing you see on the internet will tank super hard since lazy people like you all buy and end up losing money :))
