That looks so pretty as well as functional. It's good to know that they help locals as well as expats. I just read about Neill James, what a wonderful woman!

My last visit was just before covid. I hope to be back later this year and can't wait to see the changes! Thanks for this video!

Thank you for the great video, I'll be sharing with someone who is considering moving here and for potential real estate clients. Great channel. :)

Well done and very timely! Now I know where to visit an ATM and check out the grounds.

I love your channel and I'm very interested in moving out of the country for my retirement.
I also love to fish. And understand the lake itself is very polluted. Can you give us a commentary on the quality of the lake and its water?

We are not qualified to make any assessment on the lake's water quality. While most people don't eat the fish from the lake, some locals do. Rumor has it there is a high mineral content in the water, but I would suggest researching government data on that. The lake is also very shallow.
There are MANY lakes in this general area you can fish in though.

Great content, informative and well put together!!! Just too long and too much info to digest in one long video.

Great video guys. It certainly seems more spacious when all the tequila venders aren’t there. :)
They’ve definitely done a nice job on the cafe. It was so much smaller on my last visit.
