It's great to see you again. The fiber festival looked like a great experience. I love all of your acquisitions! Your cowl and infinity scarf are both fabulous! And your new mock neck looks stunning.❤🧶
I enjoyed your recap of Lambtown. I got to go this year for the first time. I thought it was interesting to hear of your comparison to Flock. I also had my hubby at Lambtown and he really enjoyed it. All the vendors were so friendly and informative. I’d definitely go back next year! 🤗
Oh my gosh - I was at Lambtown. It's an hour drive for me and it was my very first ever fiber festival. It was so, so fun. I was really worried about the heat, but each "hall" was air conditioned. I had so much more fun that I expected. And yes, I purchased more yarn than I needed - but just loved the environment. I feel thankful that I live close enough to drive - so yes, next year, I'll be there!
Fun fun podcast! Love your FO’s, cast ons and oh my gosh…your yarn!!!! What incredibly delightful fun…the talent of dyers never ceases to amaze me! I’m working on the Brume Sweater by Andrea Mowry and socks by Summer Lee, her October Cuff Club. Just fun! Have a great two weeks ❤
Hello, Found online Nancy Finn from Willits, Ca is "Chasing Rainbows yarn" I've never purchased her yarn but saw online at etsy and ebay. FYI Im male knitter from Sacrameno, grew up in Michigans Upper Peninsula. Found your video today. Thanks Ahymsa Martin
Thanks for the report on Lambtown. I was aware of it, but not very motivated to attend. I agree with you about Flock. I was there this year (and I saw you!) but I have no intention of going again in the foreseeable future. I really love your new yarn hauls.
Hey I am about an hour (coincidently near Loomis / The Tin Thimble) from Lambtown and went for the first time, too. I brought a friend who I’m trying to recruit into my crazy yarny club haha. We had such a fun time! Your tonight top is beautiful. I have it in my queue and kinda bumped it to next spring, but I think you convinced me to cast it on as my portable project.
Hi Bonnie. That tonight top fits so nicely! One of my favorite parts of knitting is realizing when my experience has culminated in increased knitting expertise😊. I just finished a long sleeved Tolsta Tee, I have The Nebula on the needles in Oh Dang DK and a Hitchhiker in Bamboo pop. I would love any advice you might have for a dk weight yarn for lighter sweaters. I was looking at knitting for olive cotton merino and perhaps holding it double. Have you used this yarn? Is there another cooler blend that you like? Thanks for a great video. BTW. I have never met a lazy bc! 😂
The jewel tone oslo sweater already looks stunning! The depth of color is 👌 😍

You should pick up a drop spindle and some pencil roving for your husband! If he starts spinning, you have another source of yarn. 😉
Ooo lamtown seems so fun! Did you notice fiber for spinning while you were there?
