The egg coat looks a bit decent here so I assume you would, but unless you coat it slightly with a brush or quickly dipping them and cook, then you shouldn’t have to taste so much egg. Try it with one and if you taste the egg, than you don’t have to eat it with the egg at all! Just as the triangles are already cooked with out the egg, it should be delicious. I hope this helps

These are Japanese Onigiri - a tradition Japanese food. They are not Triangle Gimbap. Gimbap is a copy of Japanese Futomaki, another traditional food. Nori, the seaweed paper, was invented in Japan in 1750 and was used to wrap rice in Onigiri and makizushi.

When I was a little kid, there was a TV show for children called The Gumby Show. This video looks a lot like that show, doesn't it? (I'm in my 60s, by the way, but Gumby is still familiar to a lot of Americans much younger than I am.) I came to this video after watching the one where he makes a "sandwich" out of a seaweed wrap, egg, cheese, rice and SPAM. Really interesting, and I'm going to try it. People in other countries (outside of the U.S.) do all kinds of creative things with Spam. Those seaweed wrap sandwiches, though, looked great for breakfast or lunch. I enjoyed the silliness of this video (the egg boys), as well as how clearly everything is presented. So, I just subscribed.
Whoever this is definitely plays with their food even when the cameras arent rolling. I know. Thats years of playing with your food experience right there. Well done.

(Luckily, there are videos like that too) But this one was very funny and I laughed a lot, so I didn't mind the "aggressive cooking". You are really very talented.

Can you taste the egg? I don't like that taste but if it's just like making a Schnitzel (coating) I could live with that
