RRB JE is not good. If you have a stable job which pays well in ur hometown.

Nehi good guard mai kuch pressure nehi hai, bahot accha hai, JE mai bahot pressure hai, good guard ka salary JE se kafi jada hai
@@subratamalakar7868 Money is ok if you are not married after you get married and have family it really gets difficult to move frequently and it can't be compensated with salary. Grade pay of RRB JE is higher than Goods gaurd and once you know about your work you can manage the work pressure you get decent salary which may be lesser than goods guard but you can live with your family. Just my opinion. If someone wants only money goods gaurd is better option.
JE gets promoted to SSE GP of 4600 after 3-5 years on the other hand chances of promotion in goods gaurd is not as good as it is in RRB JE
Partially correct, if you get Sealdah division, you will be promoted to MEMU guard in 2-3 years , you very well know the work of memu guard, you have to perform maximum 8 hour duty, and the main thing which attract me Zero pressure job with high salary, also you will be posted in high class city like Sealdah. In JE most of the cases , main headache you have to work with technician, group d, and they generally don't coperate maximum time, everything you have to manage even their leave also. In Train Manager, there is no such headache, even for personal leave, no need to talk to anyone, just apply leave in CMS and go home, maximum cases it will be approved, In JE. you have a big trouble to take your own leave, lots of manages required..

@@ManiKumar-f2c you will attend instructions from your officers and your will distribute the work to your technicians on phone/whatsapp. If anything goes wrong then the technician will call you. You will call back and give a solution. You'll keep tracking the work through call/whatsapp. And if something is so urgent then you'll go office midnight of required. In a month atleast 3-4 times I go to the station because something has gone wrong. My duty starts at 8am but my officer calls me 6.30 and I start getting position of the failed equipment. And thus many days I don't get time even to eat anything.
