Other players should not play with him out of respect for the community itself. How do we know if he is or is not cheating still? We don't. That alone is enough. And the fact that 343i haven't said a thing just proves how disconnected they are from their own comp community...
It is tough. Well hypothetical situation, what if like random drug testing. What if 343 was allowed to check what's on the PC at random .( it would never happen but what if) would that be okay?
Couple things, he’s banned from competing, and they already do PC checks. At events they DEFINITELY check PCs. What we need is an invasive anti cheat similar to Valorant
I'm always down for a redemption arc. However, with a game like Infinite where there is no real anti-cheat, believing someone is being sincere is putting a whole lot of faith in them.
The issue you raised up is "can we trust him". I don't think that we should even think about that. I think that cheating, like he did during online competition should lead to a life ban. No matter if you continue or not, everything has a consequence and I don't think we should allow cheaters to compete. I also think it's morally concerning that the rest of the BH3 players had teamed up with him when Sunriz left. I know they had to find someone quick, but thinking it's normal to team up with a past cheater is mind blowing to me
Yeah, I know Baxtur has voiced his opinions online about this already and I agree it is a little upsetting thats the first person they turn to. Here's a hypothetical situation. (This would never happen) but like random drug tests what if 343 were allowed to do random PC checks? Would that allow him to come back?
Honestly I don’t think a life long ban is something that should be put as people can change, but maybe have some checks in place before known “former” cheaters return maybe after a few years of banned from paid tournaments
@B-SybrZaku-ThendHaloAirsofting I know what you're saying, and I agree. To play devils advocate, I saw a previous comment talking about how we shouldn't waste HCS resources/money on stuff like this. Ban them and move on. Which I also think is a fair statement

No. Pros should not have to play with somebody who's cheated in the past and have to deal with the mental aspect of wondering if they are competing in an unfair situation.
It is quite suspicious with how fast Shaady was able to rescope to his opponents in those clips provided. IMO cheaters should get perma-banned; they can never be trusted again and there needs to be a hard punishment to prevent people from trying in the first place. Slaps on the wrist just aren't enough of a preventative measure. Don't cheat or never play again will make people stop and think: "is it fun enough as-is, or do I need to cheat to even play?"
With a player base as low as Infinite's is, it's like the vast majority of active players are running cheat suites. Nobody is playing that game casually anymore, so everyone left would be incentivized either for comps or content creation clips.
So you're saying he was never proven to have cheats? Guilty until proven innocent in the Halo community, I guess. None of those clips of him looked like cheating at all.

Thank you!!! yeah i know, mines ass. I spoke to a friend and he suggested a phone mic is a good temp mic. thats defo gonna be the first investment i make though. thanks for the heads up
I'm confused. If he's using LT to aim with hold enable then it will automatically rescope. Is there proof that he doesn't use LT to aim? As far as him not getting descoped at all in theater mode, if that's not a visual bug then wouldn't that be 100% definitive evidence of him cheating, like, it wouldn't even be up for debate?
The video from Kadaddle/BKap explains how the descope cheat works but did it prove that Shaady was using this cheat? The non-response to allegations is definitely not a good look for clearing your name though. If 343 haven't taken any action there's technically nothing stopping him from coming back aside from finding teammates willing to play with him right? He could qualify for a LAN and prove himself...
yeah, there was also a clip of someone using LT to scope in as fast as they could and it looked nothing like the cheat. He can and has come back for tournaments here and there but like u said it depends if the community will allow him to
Haha, when I was writing the script I had to force myself to not sneak some pun in there. I agree, he was such a joy to watch and didn't need those cheats
Is hard to trust in ranks and stuff now at days tbh, i was playing yesterday Halo Infinite casual on btb and some "heroes" on the enemy team have a aim that did consecutive headshots with shock rifle but not like delayed, literally consecutive And for what history told his, everyone can cheat even someone that have a really high rank in any game, even reputation
Landing consecutive shots with the shock rifle is not that hard. I do it all the time in btb for multi kills so unless you have theatre proof that guy is botting, he’s just cracked. Keep in mind being hero ranked means he has thousands of hours of practice and playtime. Would be a different story if he was doing 180s and 90 turns and instantly locking on for another shot tho
I sadly dont know enough about other games so for now i'll stick to Halo but i'll keep these kinda videos coming! thank you for your kind words though!
Idc how well known he was. You cheat, then stay away from the community. Period! Especially if it involved playing for money. I hope hes never allowed in the competitive scene for the rest of his life. For any games competitive scene.
Lifetime ban for known/proven cheating is the standard in multiple much larger and more successful leagues/esports. There are former Pro CS 1.6/CS:S and CS:GO players who were banned for cheating and they aren't allowed to play CS2 competitively in official tournaments. And why would we allow or even want cheaters to play alongside people who don't cheat? Despite popular opinion, stricter punishments can solve the problem because the ones who are willing to break the social norms are punished permanently versus temporarily/put in timeout.
I think he should be allowed to come back tbh. Cheating shouldn't of course be tolerated whatsoever but banning a young player from competing for life because he made a mistake isn't the way. Everyone deserves a second chance imo
I get that statement, I meant it as no disrespect to Lqgend but I will say this. At the end of Halo 5 (which was on console so he couldn't have cheated) he was absolutely incredible
@LooneyEU He was good at H5 and it is a bummer that he allegedly cheated. Best of luck to his endeavors and many blessings. By the way I liked how you broke down the video!
@@LooneyEU When was chronus and Xim etc. launched, though? He could have used something like that on console, undetected so he still could have been cheating.
I dont trust Halo Infinite Theater. As an editor, I have seen so many wonky things with that tool that there is no way it is a credible enough of a option to condemn someone who has performed well in live tournaments. IMO
I think he should he allowed to come back but with restrictions so he cant cheat again. For instance monitor cam set up and a camera that has clear view of where hes sitting, all his monitors and anything else around him. Then all that footage has to be streamed, the vod saved, and viewed by admin. Hes gone away for enough time where it has blown over and its fair for people to be able to redeem themselves. He also did the right thing by stepping away from competing wasnt any bs from him about it. However a perma ban from competing online would also be understandable. Hard to say whats best to be done with cheaters especially since he did cheat during tournaments and potentially took money that someone else deserved to earn.
this is the comment I agree with the most. Royal 2 although didnt cheat like this but he did break the rules and he got punished and now he came back. He needs to have been offically banned then be allowed to return imo
@@LooneyEU I'm more concerned about blatant, deliberate cheating. If it's something that isn't debatable then the punishment should be incredibly harsh. I'd be ok with lesser punishment for things that are more on the debate table.
The era of integrity skill and passion inside gaming died with streaming its sad but nothing can be trusted . If ur cheating and streaming should be no questions asked bans with proof of course. Especially if ur taking subs and donations thats a fraudulent scam but people just cant resist the fantasized delusion of "i wanna be a streamer content creator " well sadly not everyone is able to but stop at nothing to be infamous but then all of sudden they have sponsors and a following and it creates ego etc cheating is accepted these days and its shameless .
@@LooneyEU You could always make a video about EuropaHalo shutting down, talk about the lack of support from 343/HCS for European Halo, that'll rally people together and get some views ;)

No worries! So in Halo when you take damage while you are scoped in you get what is called descoped which the game FORCES you out of scope. This makes it significantly more difficult to shoot the Sniper or any long range weapon from a distance. He had a mod which made it so he didn't get descoped which is a big advantage as it doesn't handy cap you
@raulhernandez2010 so when you get descoped it's 1) im very unnatural to rescope in that fast and not practical in a gun fight 2) its actually not possible to rescope in like that as people have tried to replicate that action. Apologies if I wasn't clear in the video. People have brought the same argument as you up, I should have been more clear

Great video, dropped a sub 😁 Think one easy improvement you could make if you're planning on doing more of these would be a decent mic and pop filter, but well put together nonetheless
Thank you!!! yeah i know, mines ass. I spoke to a friend and he suggested a phone mic is a good temp mic. thats defo gonna be the first investment i make though. thanks for the heads up
It’s about time someone made a video about shaady, especially when he tried coming back with le hazi
yeah, thats kinda what inspired me ngl
I'm confused. If he's using LT to aim with hold enable then it will automatically rescope. Is there proof that he doesn't use LT to aim? As far as him not getting descoped at all in theater mode, if that's not a visual bug then wouldn't that be 100% definitive evidence of him cheating, like, it wouldn't even be up for debate?
【Sunglasses Pirates】Cheats, why he should be trusted again and what does he do to to deserve the returned respect & trust?
there's absolutely no way you can say someone is a good player if they were cheating. period.
yo, extremely good video man! keep up the content 🔥🔥
ayy stress my guy
Entertaining Video, great job 👏 Still can't believe I was casting that last match before he got "exiled"
Yeah, that match u casted should be saved. Thats history right there
there should be a 0 tolerance on cheating he should be banned and disbarred from entering tournaments
death, taxes, and shady halo kids
LOL True!
He can and has come back for tournaments here and there but like u said it depends if the community will allow him to
I miss the BR starts
Not a fan of the Bandit?
Cheating in video games because you suck is one thing, but cheating at a pro level? Come on bro, he should not be allowed to compete anymore
true, I can totally see where youre coming from
Shaady give us Halo Players and the Halo Community a bad name 💯.
He's a great player & has good legitimate placements, but I think there's a reason why he chooses the moniker "Shady"..
Haha, when I was writing the script I had to force myself to not sneak some pun in there. I agree, he was such a joy to watch and didn't need those cheats
Do we know for sure this isn't a theatre bug
lol.
sadly yes, there have been people trying to recreate the same rescope with LT to zoom and it just doesnt look the same
Very good video thanks for keeping it to the point and your editing and voice over was good. Music wasn’t too loud or nothing
thank you so much for your kind words! it means a lot
I like your channel this video got recommended on my home page 👍
Is hard to trust in ranks and stuff now at days tbh, i was playing yesterday Halo Infinite casual on btb and some "heroes" on the enemy team have a aim that did consecutive headshots with shock rifle but not like delayed, literally consecutive
And for what history told his, everyone can cheat even someone that have a really high rank in any game, even reputation
Im sorry u had to experience that :/ that SUCKS
@@haydenchu58 is not like time to time consecutive, it was literally he kill one and the milisecond he got another one
This video was great please do more like this even if it is for different games
Despite popular opinion, stricter punishments can solve the problem because the ones who are willing to break the social norms are punished permanently versus temporarily/put in timeout.
i agree, but think about this, no one who cheats googles the punishment first. they do it with the thought of never getting caught
I think he should be allowed to come back tbh. Cheating shouldn't of course be tolerated whatsoever but banning a young player from competing for life because he made a mistake isn't the way. Everyone deserves a second chance imo
yeah im defo not against him coming back but id like a stament from the devs atleast to kinda have some acknowldgement that they are watching him
Its insanely ironic how his name is shady
If he had to cheat he's not Leggend 2.0.
@JoseTorres-kg9ou thank you man, your kind words actually mean SOOO much to me!
IMO
I get you, but there is MULTIPLE clips of the same thing that looks exactly like kaddadles vid. I sadly think there is no other way to look at it
"Raw talent in Halo 5" like having raw talent at cutting pizzas.
TRUEEEE, what Halo takes the most skill in ur opinion?
@@LooneyEU toss up between 2/3 I guess. Could argue that 2 has a higher skill ceiling because of button combos.
Sick video. Definitely like this type of content. What about shyway next?
Hello 😂
You can also see me at 0:30 getting shit on@@modest1989
Halo is dead, so who cares
Let the guy play the controversy might bring people in to watch
Anything on PC will be ruined with cheaters
I think he should he allowed to come back but with restrictions so he cant cheat again. For instance monitor cam set up and a camera that has clear view of where hes sitting, all his monitors and anything else around him. Then all that footage has to be streamed, the vod saved, and viewed by admin. Hes gone away for enough time where it has blown over and its fair for people to be able to redeem themselves. He also did the right thing by stepping away from competing wasnt any bs from him about it. However a perma ban from competing online would also be understandable. Hard to say whats best to be done with cheaters especially since he did cheat during tournaments and potentially took money that someone else deserved to earn.
yeah i get you, im not opposed to him coming back but id like a stament from 343 imo. it would go a LONG way
Ahh it all makes since he came from halo 5. Where scumbags would team in free for all for rank 1 because they were so bad
LOL true, i mean in his defence he was a 4v4 player
He should be formally banned for a time, then I wouldnt mind him returning. Do the time
this is the comment I agree with the most. Royal 2 although didnt cheat like this but he did break the rules and he got punished and now he came back. He needs to have been offically banned then be allowed to return imo
@@LooneyEU it's only right if he wants to begin earning any trust back
I think he should be banned forever from ALL eSports. There's no excuse and we have to stop cheaters they are ruining gaming
I hear that, do you think any sort of cheating should be banned? like the Royal 2 situation in year 1 or should spartan be allowed back sooner?
@@LooneyEU I'm more concerned about blatant, deliberate cheating. If it's something that isn't debatable then the punishment should be incredibly harsh. I'd be ok with lesser punishment for things that are more on the debate table.
@@gearhead1302 I hear that, do you think anyone who competes now who have cheated in the past deserves a BAN aside from shady?
Being a halo infinite pro is its own punishment lmao
Knowone gives a foooook about halo after halo 3
NOOOOOOO
@@LooneyEU I'm sry I've been let down too much 😔
@@PadreZaneBlanco I get you, have u played Infinite recently? if u havent u should give it another go!
I really like this type of video. sure why not let him come back
Just why would you throw everything away?Guy was a monster on Lan,had fun watching him even tho i stopped playing infinite.
You’re Mockit Looney right used to play with warlord and co?
Yes sir!
Finally someone I know doing Halo content
im trying here nade, but original content ideas are hard man
@@LooneyEU You could always make a video about EuropaHalo shutting down, talk about the lack of support from 343/HCS for European Halo, that'll rally people together and get some views ;)
Not a bad idea, ill add it to the list
Maybe because i dont play this game, but i dont understand at all what the cheat he is using is? when they showed the cheater POV, and you said thats how it looks like when the cheater is shot, i dont get how we know thats what he saw? Bro im confused 😭
No worries! So in Halo when you take damage while you are scoped in you get what is called descoped which the game FORCES you out of scope. This makes it significantly more difficult to shoot the Sniper or any long range weapon from a distance. He had a mod which made it so he didn't get descoped which is a big advantage as it doesn't handy cap you
@@LooneyEU I understood that part, what i dont understand is how we know we had the mod? Thanks for the reply
@raulhernandez2010 so when you get descoped it's 1) im very unnatural to rescope in that fast and not practical in a gun fight 2) its actually not possible to rescope in like that as people have tried to replicate that action. Apologies if I wasn't clear in the video. People have brought the same argument as you up, I should have been more clear
better than most keep the vids coming brother
I like the content! Keep it up man!
I'll defo try to!! thank you
wow 414 subs? By the quality of this video I thought you would have a lot more! well make it 415 now tho
wow thank you for your kind words
Should he be allowed back, no.
Once a cheater, always a cheater.
He just ruined his chance
its so sad to actually practice and get good only to use a something as stupid as a descope hack
I know, what a waste of talent...
i say let him come back but we keep an eye on him, if he does cheat then he gets the boot.
Love the content bruv! Cheaters gonna cheat kick em to the streets.
Amen to that Loco!!
Nah … he needs to stay of the game with his cheating self. End of story
Really well done video. I'm on the fence about shaady
same, im also on the fence. its such a shame he did that
