Roblox Untitled Boxing Game is a new upcoming fighting game on roblox with 8 different fighting styles that include Ippo, Hitman, Counter, Long Guard, Basic, corkscrew, Smash, and Trickster. I use each of these fighting styles!

What is Roblox? ROBLOX is an online virtual playground and workshop, where kids of all ages can safely interact, create, have fun, and learn. I love how drowning is trying to KILL passive play but keeps failing and instead hurts the game in the crossfire.

This entire nerfing backwards movement is just not it
It just makes people unable to get out of danger after attacking when they have no stamina
Which in turns encourages people to not attack at all to avoid that situation

@@AbilinFrederick then also add a ref to deduct cash so they have to fight or lowering the chance for good awards after the fight hell make it so their disqaulified if they take 30s to run
I think the solution to this is either:
1. Give feinting a cooldown
2. Make feinting use up more stamina
3. Make feinting easier to notice
If they make the feinting easier to notice then the adding feint will be pointless so definitely not the 3rd one.
If they put a cool down it will be easier to know if the player will feint or not. I mean if you use feint, then the opponent will know you can't use feint for a certain time ( passive players will have countermeasures for that).
So making feints use more stamina is the best option in my opinion.

I only said it's the best option not the solution, im also thinking of other way to avoid abusing of feinting.

Hope they add round timers THAT would change the game. At least 3-5 mins each round, and whoever has the most hits or gets a knockdown takes that round. That would completely eliminate passive players and long drawn out matches. Especially vs the people with nothing better to do who will just stand there and look at you waiting on a punch.
People can probably take advantage of that system by slow m1 tapping. This wastes time and they can just back up to regain stamina and repeat.
Honestly, if this timer system was added, plus maybe some cooldown for when you can dodge or walk backwards after an attack, it could solve a lot of problems, or at the very least make the current problems less of an issue.
the thing about feinting is it seems like most or all buffs they would give it would probably just make fighting people a contest of who can feint more, while most or all nerfs would just make it not that big of a deal to passive players. ive said this before, but i think the game will need to go through drastic changes if it truly wants to weaken passive play as much as possible without negatively effecting other stuff. drowning has gone so far as to add a new fighting mechanic that all styles can use just to counter it, and yet it still has its issues, so, it seems like even more drastic measures need to take place. i dont really like ubg mainly because of the passive players, the issues with lag even post rollback, and the lack of things to really do, but its not like i want it to be bad or anything, i still enjoy watching people play/talk about it and want people to have their game that they enjoy, so its kind of saddening to watch the game slowly kill itself. i personally dont know what they would need to do to solve this issue, but i hope they come up with something quickly.

@@ediquiogonzalez9069 Because it’s the most annoying type of people the fight. The matches are drawn out for 10-15 minutes average and it makes people not want to play anymore. It’s just frustrating to fight.

I feel like this mechanic will be a great buff for styles that have slow/notable m2s (trickster, smash, slugger, etc) but that m2 to m1 confirm is a bit concerning.

I'm mixed about this. On one hand, I'm happy that there's some sort of nerf to get rid of passive players, but on the other hand, this will make styles like hawk and ippo suffer, as they are extremely effective when you can dodge attacks and counter
Ngl feints sound like a good idea on paper, but from how it so far looks it will change the game meta and playstyles so much many will leave ( so styles will suffer from feints *EHHEM shotgun EHEM*) If they balance it well it will prb be good but ye lets be real here it wont be great

Ngl i think that they might make it so you can punch right after blocking, it means you require much faster reaction time and also it's a little more realistic with the addition of feinting, i feel like feinting should have a specific title like counter or stamina broken like " FEINT " and it should either apply a debuff or do a little more damage, but if that's the case then feinting should have a cooldown but not too long to the point where it just becomes an ability, the feint cooldown should just be 2-4 seconds depending on style e.g fast styles less feint cooldown, slow styles more feint cooldown

Yeah...this is going to be a nightmare for me. With my animation lag, I can't make a difference already between a left and right, and now you can do feints ?
I get cooked by basic stuff, and I can't control when the game allows me to dodge, and now I have an additional thing on top of it to worry about ?
The only reason I put up with UBG unlike other PvP games is that it didn't have those freaking animation cancel, which is pretty much what a feint is. You can't abuse the toolset you have to just ignore core components of the game. And it's obviously not as bad as I make it sound, but I know for a fact it will make my sessions more tedious than fun.
Not sure if a cooldown would fix it. I could however see it for a fighting style like the Magician.

i thought faints were bad but i learned their gimick, i thought you had to faint right as you throw a m2, which means they dodge the m1 anyway, BUT you can faint any time during the wind up of your attack. so if you have a slow m2 like hit man you can change the timing of the faint from right away, in the middle, or when it's cocked all the way back ready to fly. the idea if a play is refusing to throw a punch you can faint bait, or when you are spamming m1 and you know they are going to react to your guard damage m2 you can faint it and make them dodge
It is a good mechanic, due to the fact that currently those with better reacting time have some advantage, I agree with it, the game shall become more complex in a good way

I know the game is really buggy but I think there is a good way to nerf dashes in general. He should add a new feature called "sway" but instead of full on dodging you only tilt your body. He should make this sway feature have no perfect dodging, and take less stamina, but take more damage if hit while doing so. On top of this there should be a long cooldown and more endlag to dashing so you cant just backdash and spam m1.
We cooked against freedom, hitman and slugger
i tried feinting. it really only works on people if theyre already used to you not feinting, so you kinda need to throw the first round or 2 for it work out, especially with the amount of hawk users in game. because unless they dont expect you to they can often dodge, especially with hawk because of its insane backdash, almost every time i feint i somehow get countered or perf dodged
Idea: give feinting charges like 3 and it takes a long while for it to recharge and I think adding the same thing for perfect dodging is also nice so if you run out of feints you can use up perfects.
Playing ubg is going to be more hard when they add fainting and especially fighting against ppl who fight with counter playstyle

The nerf to ghost is not kinda of nerf its a rework since you need m1 to get your ability in the other hand this make ghost players to think when they should use it instead of using it everytime its off cooldown just like the jett nerf from valorant
They also added new sound effects for SLUGGER'S ULTIMATE
If this was added this would make wolf even stronger because you can apply EVEN more pressure other styles that can pressure can also be more stronger
The fact that this was a BANNABLE OFFENSE and now its a mechanic is crazy…

@@Pedditz there used to be an exploit I dont know if its still around it was called feinting basically a person would attack at the same time their guard was up the punch did nothing therefore the exploit was called a feint.

About everybody hates the Ghost style that it got nerfed again. It's pretty much well deserved because regardless if the perfect dodge is on a cool down or not, imagine your opponent managing to avoid all your attacks that they can tell what attack you're using.

I'm pretty sure you can forward dash the feint because of the invincible frames it has, at least for some styles
Edit: I'm pretty sure there's new sfx for some styles ult, I noticed that slugger ult and hands low ult had different sfx, also they can probably fix feints by making the jab slugger speed or just something very slow so it can be reactable
The funny thing is, i like to play ghost half-agressive so when im all up in my opponents face m1 comboing left and right, i get my ability back FASTER than before this update.
I might be wrong but i think Wolf is glitched, when u cancel an m2 with the feints, the m2 hits and the m1 hits too, its a like a worse whitefang
I think feinting adds an unnessecary aspect of guessing that contradicts the style of gameplay that was reliant on reacting to punches in time

Feinting would be pretty cool if added since it is used so much in irl boxing, and counter styles could maybe get a lower cooldown since counter punchers feint often?

ngl based off the comments i have read, i think this should be a style with this gimmick than allowing every style in the game to have the ability to do so. of course we all hate passive players would like to get rid of them, but honestly by adding this doesnt seem to help much and would just force players to use a certain style realistically
They need to give feinting a HUGE cooldown like 30s minimum
i love how this doesn't even achieve what it sets out to do, for example the first video on the test patch note it shows off someone spam dodging m1's and this is an m2 mechanic, there's a reason dee jay is hated in street fighter 6. this should be a styles mechanic, not across the board

A solution to this is to add a cool down bar under the stamina bar so a player and see.
I already had a streak of 1 year using the ghost but now because of so many nerfs they gave it I switched to slugger before the ghost was better now it is a simple movement that seems one of the rare or uncommon ones :sad:
I believe there is counter play for feinting, although the counter play has a skill cap. If you have game sense or any type of skills in prediction, you will be able to realize when your opponent would m2. You would need to identify when the opponent would have to m2 or just read your opponents habits. As a counter main this idea of predicting really helps (me especially because of my sub-par reaction time). I understand this method also has its flaws, but its pretty good and has worked out for me

So far playing with counter feinting is really good you can get some insane counters even good players can be set up for a heavy counter

If Bullet feint, Can bullet jabs active when feint? Well if it does Bullet will be the style that can catch any style that try to dodge Cuz it's Better than other since you Just need to feint with bullet jabs and Ur opponent will totally Cooked since it's very hard to dodge and it's has the speed of Ghost jabs.
Probably the best idea to counter faint attacks would be blocking but they nerf the block so we are so screw.
