    Lyndon is 6' 4'' and one of the best riders in the World. you don't have to be this guy to enjoy this ride. you can be a foot shorter with no race experience necessary. I recommend this bike to the average motorcyclist seeking adventure. it is a great bike in my opinion.

    Sounded like a corporate report for shareholders. Does the bike need additional/alternative crash protection? (bars, bashplate, levers, pegs, gear selector) Does it come with a dongle in the standard purchase price? What's it like to carry out an oil/filter change? What's it like to pick up off the ground especially shorter riders? I guess we'll all have to wait for these informations.

    Best review I've found so far (in English) from the press junket. Excited about the 901. Looking for a replacement Adv bike for my aging GS1200. Find the Tenere a little too underpowered and have been wanting something in between. I would need to put a bag over the head of the 890's they are so ugly. Love the look of the Norden and it appears to check all the boxes (except the BS with ABS shutoff)

    i really wish it came with or at least was an option for the upgrade 'R' model Explorer suspension and the magura hydro clutch that all the other KTM's ive owned had
    i hope the suspension isnt a step down from my 1090r ? probably nothing a re-spring & re-valve cant remedy ....... flying blind i put my deposit down for the first one coming to my local dealer

    As much as I would like one, I will wait for the 2023 to see the issues with it. Support for this brand is limited where I live (Canada) so if it is not reliable I can’t risk it.

    Seems like Husqvarna is going for an third supplier solution for the luggage. Those mounting brackets for the Touratec boxes look rough and lessen the style of this bike quite a bit in my opinion!
    The KTM solution with fixed brackets and their easy to slide on and off system looks way better.
    Hopefully they’ll up the ante and put the 1290 engine in a similar good looking bike and I’ll trade in my Super Adventure within a blink of an eye!

    "Nine zero one Norden" klingt bissl gezwungen, in etwa wie "eintausendzweihundertneunzig Adventure". "Nine o one" würde im Review deutlich harmonischer und stimmiger wirken.

    Peccato che gli unici pneumatici riportati a libretto abbiano codice di velocità V (240 km/h) e non siano previsti pneumatici alternativi ... (difficile trovare qualcosa di meno stradale con codice superiore a Q o al massimo H). Husquarna (ktm) ha commesso lo stesso errore che fece la Honda con l'Africa twin appena uscita (a cui ha posto rimedio con il nulla osta prima ...per chi ha voglia di litigare con le MTC e con l’aggiornamento del libretto poi). Informazioni queste che non dà quasi mai nessuno è che scopri solo dopo aver comprato la moto

    It feels and sounds like such a biased "review". All the reporters, who were invited to review those bikes never ever said anything negative about any part of this bike. Unfortunately and probably because of the fear of not being invited to those events in the future, those reporters just said, well, what the company (Husqvarna) told them to say. Such a great bike and blah blah blah....

    Looks like a let down, I’ll stick with my 1190 adventure R even though i have a shorter inseam the lower seat height, quick shifter, tft screen and cruise control are not enough to change.

    • @1000ps
      @1000ps 3 ปีที่แล้ว

    Consider recording im english. Voiceover, especially sooo long, is just boring.

    • @julew7003
      @julew7003 3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I think it's fine. Just the voice over could be a little more enthusiastic. It sounds as if it's read from a script (which it probably was). 😉

    So its a KTM copy with too much weight. Its another flop in the middle class. We know KTM is not as reliable as the Japanese completion so why should we buy this rubbish. I didn't mind the look of the proto type but even the dash is KTM. The guy speaking gave us no reason to take this bike serious.

  • @Lawman-196

    So disappointing to hear they are made in China......now I see why everything leaks oil and and falls apart when taking it offroad. HARD PASS, give me a good old BMW or Yamaha!

      All Norden 901 are manufactured in Austria not China

    • @crazyosva

      They are made in Austria, while BMW 750/850 are made in China :)
