Someone commented on the first iteration of this video (before I realized I messed up the edit) asking how to make more securement units. It's a memetic to unlock additional units. In the Memetics menu under logistics under the 03 Asendance section, the first memetic is called Securement Unit Expansion I and raises the max to 10 units and the second raises the max to 20 units.
I haven't seen him spawn to confirm it myself, but my friend found Flame Essence in the bottom of the building where the mystical crate is located. The brown building part with the tracks/conveyer belts that run through it.
@AQuinn1e I couldnt find it there either, even after ppl in chat helped point me to it. But i logged off near the one in the video and did end up getting it when i logged back on

No matter how many times I check that location, it is never there.
Have you tried the Hearst Industries location as well? You can also try swapping world instances to improve your odds of it being spawned.
