Ngl nearly made me cry. Me and a friend used to play mineplex when we were younger, we didn't know what discord was so we used our home telephones to talk to each other while playing. When we came to each other's houses, we would do challenges in which one of us would use the keyboard and the other would use the mouse. We never won any games, and it wasn't that we were good. We had fun playing it and that was all that mattered.
I remember when I got banned from Hypixel for stupid advertising, when i was like 10, and I had only Mineplex to play. I played Mineplex all the time, and there was so many people playing. Fast-forward 2 years, and the computer is now broken. I got a new PC like a year ago, AND MINEPLEX IS DEAD. It's kinda crazy how quick Mineplex died.
I was banned because my account got scammed when i was 7 and the person advertised their scam website. I i got banned forever. i had to play the hive and then i made a new account down the line to play hypixel
the same thing happend to me i got a new comp 2 days ago and i went on mineplex and was like "where is everyone.... wheres the toxic chat.... why is it taking so long to get in a game of SUPER SMASH MOBS" :(
i got banned when i was younger after clicking on a free cape site, so i went to mineplex and played there for years, finally my appeal was accepted after YEARS like a month ago, mineplex is dead now, im committed to hypixel yet i still get on mineplex and have fun
I was banned when I was around 10 too because in a game of cakewars there was a cheater on my team and one of the enemies reported not him, but the entire team and got me banned for a month. Luckily I knew another couple servers to play on, but they weren't as good as mineplex.
This video is very much correct. Another problem I'd cite is the inability to process criticism. The current feedback processing team is great with general ideas and QoL, but when a massive thread citing hundreds of things Mineplex did wrong and how they can improve (with happens like every other week), nothing ever comes from it. there's never and admin+ response and it's clear that the thread never makes it to a Leadership Team meeting. Also, I'd say that the general Mineplex leadership team is poorly run. After the previous Project Manager left, the current owner took up that job and is clearly not cut out to be a Project Manager. Also, the previous dev manager (he left a week ago) released absolutely atrocious game modes (Area 51) that got so much criticism that they had to make like 5 hotfixes. Then, you have devs not giving QA enough time to test updates before releasing them which leads to blatant bugs. Not to mention bedrock being in a laughable state (it is genuinely unplayable). The only reason it survives is because 5-year-olds with half a brain cell play and couldn't care less about whether the games are good quality or not. It's clear the leadership team doesn't know the state of bedrock (because they don't actually play the games they own and are probably fed false information). Recently, the Quality Assurance Manager of bedrock was demoted after sharing DMs with him and the owner and it's clear that they don't know what's good for Bedrock. (Also the former QAM was literally the face of the bedrock community when it came to trying to get feedback processed for bedrock and well as events and what not). Just to throw a few other problems - they don't actually spend any development time on QoL and community ideas as well as not updating any games making community feedback and the Game Insights committee demotivated because nothing ever comes form their hard work and feedback. Lastly, the lack of awareness and interaction from the Leadership team contributes to this greatly. At hypixel you see Simon and the other admins somewhat active on the forums and twitter so you know that one way or another any important feedback will be heard by them. On Mineplex (unless you're lucky with a support ticket) it's impossible to actually get feedback up to them or explain some of the problems they are unaware of. At the end of the day, the only way to get Mineplex back on top is to completely rip apart their management team (and get people who actually know how to be Project Managers and Dev Managers), hire like 5 new developers, and start with updating core problems like the party system and then work through updating each game and then creating some kind of banger that will get everyone playing again. Until this happens, I don't think Mineplex will see the growth they need.
I really appreciate and agree with this video. As someone who grew up on Mineplex, watching this video filled me with nostalgia and it was packed with good points. Congrats on the new subscriber :)
I'm late to the party but as somebody who was extensively involved with Mineplex during its golden era up until 2016 (former staff member and community group leader), I really appreciate you being able to aptly paint a broader picture of the Mineplex journey. This video grants many insights that people may not consider in the larger circumstances. Thanks for your time, Intel.
Hypixel’s staff has the ability to adapt and (unlike Mineplex) create original games not featured on other servers so (though it is possible) I doubt Hypixel will crash. I think that Minecraft will die if/before Hypixel does.
If anything, minecraft will probably die before hypixel will, but lets be honest: thats probably not going to happen for a looooong time. The biggest fall of minecraft was 2017-2018/19. Then in december of 2019 it sprung right back up, as if nothing even happened. So if it even does die, it will probably get some big intriguing update like the so called cave update or maybe something we didnt even know we wanted, like an end update or maybe bring back old things like the sky biome.
You never focused on much of their rise. U emphasized their fall way more. You somehow forgot to mention the Christmas exclusive and Halloween exclusive games. Those were so amazing to me and are still better than hypixel's holidays exclusive games in my opinion. You mentioned captainsparklez but forgot danTDM. Their cosmetics were so beautiful. Like those villager towerz xd. But I have to admit hypixel is amazing for their star systems in skywars, titles in duels and star in bedwars. I'm almost gold prestige in bedwars. I'm almost 15 star in skywars. And I'm almost UHC legend in duels. Like that system absolutely made me love hypixel.
Yeah, I recognize that I missed a lot going into their rise. I originally had much more in the script that could have made an entire documentary video about the history of Mineplex, but it would have been much more time consuming and the thing I wanted to focus on the most was their decline. Thanks for the feedback though
imo Mineplex actually has a pretty long history that would've been impossible to cover in one vid. He never mentioned Competetive League for any gamemodes, but seeing how it was only a small community of Mineplex who were into the competitive scene, I see why.
I played Mineplex when I was in Kindergarten and 1st through 2nd grade (I am 13 now) and I had no friends at that time, Minecraft was all I had, and Mineplex was the most fun server. I made a lot of friends through the server (who I can never get back because I lost the account) and it's really sad to see the server die like this.
Respect for this. You actually brought up facts unlike every other person that kept screaming shit anticheat, wd's better (both are equally bad Imo). But Mineplex has shit ton of bugs so you should've mentioned that maybe. Overall, great video!
Toupan Mineplex has less hackers, only because there’s no reason to hack. It’s an arcade server with easy ways to get gems. What else do you need? B-hop? Safe walk? There’s just no reason.
@@ghost_cities Hey stupid, I said the anti-cheat was better, not that there were less hackers. Although both are true Over the years I've made friends with many people who play minecraft, some of those friends picked up hacking. I know first hand that they can't use the same settings on mineplex as they do on hypixel without getting banned.
love how you included samito, king of champions haha. i remember watching him in 4th grade before he even had 1k subs, he was truly a part of my childhood. liked and subbed, keep up the good work!
I wanna say that dominate is my favourite game mode all of time which makes me still play on mineplex. I find that it combines unique skills and pure pvp really well. People who are good or meh at pvp and enjoy this game. The pros can combine these aspects together and become a force to be reckoned with, the not so good can focus on the real objective of the game which is to capture points and probably win lol. I still have hopes for mineplex and wish it can rise again.
I tried playing dominate once... I ended up getting spawn killed forever and left because all of the kits are confusing and, I mean when you're getting spawn killed forever there really isn't much skill learning going on. .-.
Although everyone is hopping on the trend of making in depth videos to why Mineplex kicked the bucket, I think your video is the most accurate out of all of them. First, to clarify, I was a very active player on Mineplex, my first login dates back to mid 2014 and I achieved my goal of becoming a Trainee during September of 2015. A lot of these videos forget to mention a huge contributing factor to mineplex’s decline; as someone who was sort of well known in the community and experienced many other well known players constantly leaving for the same reason, I wish other TH-camr's would apply more research to what I think killed the server. The Staff team and the Community. During such an important era where the server claimed the world record of most players online at a single time (43K), the staff team and community were extremely toxic. I had a firsthand experience with the staff team, and quickly resigned after witnessing all the corruption and favoritism that was included with the staff rank. It was essentially expected for lower staff ranks to idolize and worship Admins and Sr Mods in a way, anytime a player complained about the infamous anti cheat or provided valid arguments they were immediately shot down by forum ninjas. In fact they would quickly dismiss any argument or criticism made by reminding the players to be grateful towards the ‘hardworking staff team’. A majority of the staff members weren’t corrupt and some did care about their duties, however most (if not all) of the ‘popular’ ones were excessively rude to other players because of the power behind their rank. If you weren’t friends with a certain staff member or known by the popular donors then no one cared enough to include you. It’s crazy to look back and think about how I suddenly became more interesting and desirable to play with as soon as I received Trainee. This is one of the many things I noticed with my time on Mineplex and it really sucks! So many memories with online friends who are now long gone, memories with IRL friends, and 6-7 hour daily skype calls just thrown away. I was debating on making my own video about this topic and hop on the bandwagon considering I have firsthand experience. I tried to keep this message short, but in no way did I even scrape the surface of the many problems that no one bothered to address about the server's decline. Mini-games definitely played a huge part in it, but there is so much more than meets the eye.
I started reading this and hit the read more button because I was like "yeah not much to go surely" Bro... it blinded me with words lol. Freaking I'm not about to read the terms and conditions to Mineplex's downfall! Lol anyway great comment not hating just though I'd share!
In arcade there are only few things you can buy with coins compared to other games in the network. Also, you can't convert them to all games, for ex. bedwars and duels.
The history and information in this video is well planned and simply and entertainingly explained. Rip Mineplex, gratz to Hypixel. I wonder if we'll ever see a bigger server other than Hypixel... (Prob not is my guess)
LOL I forgot type wars omg that game was funny. Also Heroes of Gwen really wasn't that bad of a game. But it was just that like you said, NOBODY was asking for a MOBA game in minecraft so people weren't interested in it and the sweats/tryhards on mineplex (me lol) would always have a team of players instead of going in solo so new players joining the game for the first time would ALWAYS get destroyed then just leave immediately. I have so many good memories on that game though it was so fun, I wish people liked it more but it makes a lot of sense why it wasn't a success. Some other games they released during that time I think were BBB / BawkBawkBattles which was a good game in concept but probably had the most bugs and glitches out of any minecraft game in existence. It was semi popular though but just never ever got fixed and it lagged the server i think so they fully deleted it (not just removed it and put it into MPS like other games, it's 100% gone from the server) Another game was Gem Hunters. Again, it had a really cool concept and could actually be incredibly fun. It was an open world continuous pvp game where players would try and collect rare loot, defeat mob bosses, climb leaderboards, and even be able to get some of the cosmetic chests in game. you would collect as many gems and chests as possible and then "cash out" with them. It was a lot of fun but since it was such a HUGE map, whenever someone thought they were gonna lose a fight, they'd just literally run for 10 minutes until they got to a safe room. They needed to add things to counteract people running every time. Also I think the mob bosses really messed up the maps. I forgot a lot about that game but it was a lot of fun as well when played properly. Also released Castle Assault which was an interesting team game with kits that HEAVILY relied on pvp. In my opinion it was mineplexs best game they released but I think it was released after the time that hypixel already blew up in popularity? and newer players would die so easily to experienced players because I think you could rank up your kits. If the game was released on Badlion in 2015 I think it would've been a huge hit. ANOTHER one was MCL / Minecraft Competitive League which was another team pvp game. I forget if this one had kits but it was a lot different than Castle Assault. I don't remember a lot about this game but it was also quite fun to me but wasn't the most popular. ALL of these games got removed which sucks a lot because they're some of my favourite games and some had really unique cosmetics and achievements and things to grind. I think newer / noobier players attitudes toward pvp games are that they like pvp in games, but it can't be just normal pvp. It has to be over a void or changed in some way that bad players can still get lucky and win. Which is unfortunate because most popular games don't have good/fair pvp then I have so many memories on Mineplex and it will forever be my favourite server. I have ideas on how they can regrow it but I doubt mineplex cares anymore. since they have most popular bedrock server i think
This video touched my heart cause I used to main mineplex a few years ago, and when I found out that it was starting to decline, I refused to quit mineplex and join hypixel because I knew I would have to start off new once again like I used to be. But after quitting Minecraft for a year, I came back and saw hypixel constantly growing while mineplex hasn’t grown at all, I’ve finally decided to start grinding hypixel and abandon all my accomplishments on mineplex. And I have to say that it’s been pretty well and I’m finally able to adapt to hypixel
Here's a proper reply. I defiantly agree with everything you said. At 11:25 you show my thread and I basically say Mineplex games needs longevity because its what they lack. I love Mineplex, I've played it since 2014 and till now I'm still involved in the community. It's so sad that they haven't done a lot adapt even though they've had 3+ years to do so. Mineplex players such as myself has tried so much to help make the server better but from what I've seen, the owners do not care. Recenty a Bedrock staff member was demoted for what it seems, no reason. The QA Member brought up problems to Strutt20 and was slapped with a "you're disconnected from everything". The server LT needs a refresher because while it's good for an Owner to see the server as "perfect" you should at least acknowledge the problem the server has and fix it. The attitude the higherups have will not get them very far. Mineplex used to see 4k-5k players in April, it's June and they're either barely getting 3k or below 3k. The ignorance higherups have are killing this server. Mineplex could defiantly rise up back, LT just needs to show us they're willing to take risks to better the server. As of right now I'm network banned from Mineplex because I did something dumb, but I still have faith in this server and if I do get unbanned I will try my hardest to help make this server a better place. Mineplex has potential, it'll just take them a while.
As a Mineplex Moderator on the bedrock (MCPE) platform, I completely understand. This was the same case for the bedrock platform too. One servers like The Hive and Cubecraft came onto bedrock, it meant more "competition" and "newer things", so players left and joined the other server(s), which happened on java. Thank you for making this video and being respectful about everything and showing valid and factual points instead of completely bashing the server.
Mineplex was the first multiplayer server I ever played back around 2012, and I remember playing on the server every single day. I didn’t start playing Hypixel until around 2014 since Mineplex was the only server I ever really needed. Micro battle, block hunt, turf wars, castle siege, etc were all games that I always played. I honestly started to drift from Mineplex and move to Hypixel later on because at some point I felt like the games on Mineplex were really repetitive. The day Mineplex removed castle siege was the day I completely moved to Hypixel. I came back around last year to play Christmas Chaos and while some aspects were really similar, it wasn’t as fun as I and a lot of others remembered. This video was really well made and you really covered everything really well. Before watching this, I never really realized how much Mineplex meant to me.
how to win hypixel skywars: step 1: get charged creeper kit step 2: camp in base (underground) step 3 when the last or 2nd to last person comes to get you, spam spawn eggs, and run. step 4: profit
Honestly wish Mineplex would have continued to be competitive with hypixel. Not only would it be a nice change of pace when you get tired of hypixel for a while, but the results of a competitive field are almost always an increased rate of innovation, which we could really use after the meta for Minecraft multiplayer has been the same for around 5 years at this point. I had the highest rank available on Mineplex at the time, and I had worked for that when I was younger and I look back and it feels like a waste. I can't just get on and hop into some survival games with my brother anymore.... I miss that.
I loved Mineplex and didn't know what hypixel was. I played all my games on there and had the fun of my life... until Minepolex got an obscure update which I hated and I drifted toward this strange hypixel server until I started playing more and more and got a rank. by then I had forgotten about mineplex and loved hypixel, I still play it sometimes. Edit: I felt that hypixel was getting better, not mineplex getting worse except for the game update which made it more in-accessible
Despite Mineplex faults, it will always hold a special place in our hearts, I remember spending hours and hours grinding hide and seek and super smash mobs when I was younger, I came home from school and it was all I did for a couple years before moving on from mineplex and Minecraft as a whole. Even though I miss it I think it was time for mineplex to go Edit: Grammer
Hypixel is what success looks like in the real world. In a business, you need to make sure the customers are satisfied. If the customers are clearly wanting something new and you don't change anything to their standards, they are going to move onto something that does fit their standards. Hypixel did a pro gamer move, which would make millions in the real world.
Yeah because he acknowledges how superior Hypixel is to Mineplex and how it was able to adapt and create games that hadn’t been on thousands of other servers.
@@TheSnapback exactly. Look at skyblock: people were starting to get bored, so they gave hints of dungeons towards the beginning of skyblock. Now look, its almost here and the hypixel playerbase is at a new time high. If people get bored of a game that youre focussing on, you should start making it better, instead of doing what mineplex did and just make new even more boring gamemodes.
ah, so many teenager memories... i was always bad at pvp so i'd usually play minigames, draw my thing and build battle. feels weird to have lived through all this.
to this day i am more of an arcade player, i never really got into pvp all that much. i remember coming home from school all excited to play dragon escape for hours. now i log on and there’s maybe 25 people in a lobby, compared to when i used to play and servers were close to full. it’s crazy how i always wanted a rank and all the cool cosmetics, and now after 6 years i go on to the server, open up 40 old crates and unlock a bunch of rare cosmetics that mean absolutely nothing to me. it’s kind of sad watching how this big part of my childhood died :(
My opinion. Mineplex was a great server and now is still at least decent. I think if the staff and the company listened to the community and get in touch with updating and making the server a better place I think more people would join. I enjoyed playing Mineplex especially the arcade games but it became clear that Hypixel was becoming better and taking over Mineplex. I still remember all the TH-camrs that were playing on the server like EvanTube that played on the server frequently. I think the downfall was during like 2017 since half the team was working on the java edition server and the other half on bedrock they had to think of ideas and develop both at the same time. In my opinion I think that on bedrock Mineplex is still able to pull many players ( Around 8k if lucky ) and is still pulling it’s weight but Hypixel impacted more on the Minecraft scene in the later stages.
@@Bob13454 its hypothetical. But seriously. Who would win. A noob that has full protection4 diamond armor with a god sword, or a pvp legend that has absolutely no gear. Who would win.
@@l1skic If the noob had ender pearls and healing and decent enough gamesense to use them then the pro can't really do anything, but if the noob doesn't have pearls or is REALLY bad the pro can just camp near the void until refill, then get a enough gear to have a fighting chance and make up for the rest with combos.
I don't normally comment on videos but this really caught my interest. I'm a moderator on Mineplex but I didn't play the server until the end of 2017 when it was on a decline of players. I've always heard stories of Minepelx when they had a lot more players and was the biggest Minecraft server out there and this video really helped me know a lot of the history of it all.
I miss 2015-2017 Mineplex so much. I’ve made so many friends there that I still talk to this day and I have long quit the game. Crazy to think that I was in 8th grade then and I’m a college freshman now.
MinePlex was the go to server of my childhood, it’s what I wanted to play before I bought minecraft and even after I did, but it’s gotten close to unplayable over the years and now all I have left is my memories of it as well as the TH-cam community’s old videos.
As someone who came from the Mineplex community I am so happy that you made this video. It showed a lot of the aspects of why they declined and probably one of the most accurate videos (out of other ones that I have watched). It is sad to see them fall but ig it is a lesson to others servers that they need to appeal to a large audience. Overall, loved the video and keep of the great work can't wait for you to hit 30k!
Very good video. I'm an active level 100 on mineplex and yeah I agree with why they fell. Speed Builders is another current popular game that is pretty fun to play as well.
I really loved mineplex, I still do. My favorite kind of games are the fast paced casual arcade games and I’m sad that Minecraft servers are so competitive nowadays, and I’m sad that mineplex died.
Great video. I have to say; the fact that they had less attractive features such as different currencies, leaderboard systems, and other things that make players want to keep playing, I have had so many more great memories on that server. That probably isn't the case for most people, but I feel like there were so many things on that server that were just super fun to play, whether you win or loose. I feel like Hypixel has developed fun games too, but they are much more on the competitive side for me, like I have a much harder time being happy or having fun loosing a game of bedwars than I did have fun loosing a game like turf-wars, or dragons. This might just be because I was a littler kid back then but idk. I think the main problem is finding ways to keep the multiplayer community attracted to their games. I really wish they did that better :(
Mineplex Champions was like my childhood..I remember sitting on my crappy laptop years ago talking on skype with some friends that I had made via mineplex and playing Champions Domination. They tried to introduce something with Achievement kits, but it was just the one unlockable thing, and once you had that- that was it. I'm one of those players now who have an abundance of gems and shards, and it's sad how the server's declined. Over the years my friends would start to go onto different servers, and a lot of times if I asked them to play mineplex, they'd be on a different server and be busy. I miss those early times
This legit almost made me cry, when i was younger I used to always play Minecraft by myself but soon enough my friends started playing and we would play every Friday when our parents let us we would confiscate the home telephones for the night and just play mineplex we weren’t good but we had fun. I started to get older and got my PS4 which lead to me playing fortnite that I got bored of and I got back to Minecraft realizing so much had changed I checked mineplex realizing it was so small I got my friends back on it had changed tho.
This video was really good and well made, though i do think you left out a few key parts. ex: their idea for the christmas games "saving santa" etc. nice job though.
I can't really ever see hypixel losing its popularity as much as mineplex did. Even though their watchdog sometimes sucks and they haven't updated a few games for a while, games like bedwars, duels, bridges, are games that people dont really get bored of as quickly as survival games because theirs always something to work towards. Especially with the tournaments, leaderboards, and kits and perks to unlock and ranks
Mineplex was my childhood server, and when you mention captainsparklez cause that just triggered something in me that made me cry T_T i always watched him played SG on mineplex. Even tho the server is not as famous as it used to be it will forever be in everyone's memories.
I was a mineplex player in 2014, but then I quit for a long time But then I saw minecraft bursting back up in 2019 and started again I was so surprised to see mineplex frickin shrinked lmao
As a main player on Mineplex, I can undoubtedly agree with your points. I mainly think its the leadership team that has crumbled and the left overs not caring about the server anymore. This was a great video and hope you do more like these in the future
I'll always be a die-hard Mineplex player to the end, as I have over 3 months logged onto Mineplex alone. Hypixel seems rather confusing to me, with all the unlockables and currencies.
Mineplex should serve as a reminder that you need to adapt. you can't do the same thing over and over again and expect it to work in an evolving community.

Damn that was deep. ;-;
They say insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results
But mineplex did adapt, they got into bedrock, unlike hypixel. Spliting up the Dev team. Which was Mineplex's downfall
My friend went on mineplex and said in chat "Is this hypixel?" and he got muted for a month 😂
Lol
yeah also why most quit is cause the staff are fucking retarded on mineplex
Vurzoh and that’s why they should have never been #1.
Same
Omg...

"The Rise and Fall of Hypixel: An Untold Story"
But the hypixel team is way more flexible. Perhaps in 2030 it will be the fall of minecraft in general
@@Faust4541 true
Hypixel’s staff has the ability to adapt and (unlike Mineplex) create original games not featured on other servers so (though it is possible) I doubt Hypixel will crash. I think that Minecraft will die if/before Hypixel does.
If anything, minecraft will probably die before hypixel will, but lets be honest: thats probably not going to happen for a looooong time. The biggest fall of minecraft was 2017-2018/19. Then in december of 2019 it sprung right back up, as if nothing even happened. So if it even does die, it will probably get some big intriguing update like the so called cave update or maybe something we didnt even know we wanted, like an end update or maybe bring back old things like the sky biome.

the undertale music, the fast pace editing, the pacing of the story, and an interesting story. its all pristine. what a perfect video

I made a lot of friends through the server (who I can never get back because I lost the account) and it's really sad to see the server die like this.

mineplex's anticheat is way better than hypixels lmao
Both hypixel and mineplexes anticheat are absolute shit lmao
Toupan Mineplex has less hackers, only because there’s no reason to hack. It’s an arcade server with easy ways to get gems. What else do you need? B-hop? Safe walk? There’s just no reason.
@@ghost_cities Hey stupid, I said the anti-cheat was better, not that there were less hackers. Although both are true
Over the years I've made friends with many people who play minecraft, some of those friends picked up hacking. I know first hand that they can't use the same settings on mineplex as they do on hypixel without getting banned.
Toupan I have a friend who got banned on both and a friend who got away with both.

DOM is easily my favorite game

Please make a video 😂

fun fact: u can convert Hypixel arcade coins to any gamemode u want.
In arcade there are only few things you can buy with coins compared to other games in the network. Also, you can't convert them to all games, for ex. bedwars and duels.

Wait, frazerr? hes famous?
One of the most high quality videos I have seen from a small ytber. You joe have an extra sub.
It was semi popular though but just never ever got fixed and it lagged the server i think so they fully deleted it (not just removed it and put it into MPS like other games, it's 100% gone from the server)
Another game was Gem Hunters.
Which is unfortunate because most popular games don't have good/fair pvp then
I have so many memories on Mineplex and it will forever be my favourite server. I have ideas on how they can regrow it but I doubt mineplex cares anymore. since they have most popular bedrock server i think
Gem Hunters is a game I liked. And I was the runner but still often died. My goal always was to find exclusive cosmetics.

Before watching this, I never really realized how much Mineplex meant to me.
how to win hypixel skywars:
step 1: get charged creeper kit
step 2: camp in base (underground)
step 3 when the last or 2nd to last person comes to get you, spam spawn eggs, and run.
step 4: profit
This story is very sad tbh, Mineplex can still rise if their staff adds stuff
Despite Mineplex faults, it will always hold a special place in our hearts, I remember spending hours and hours grinding hide and seek and super smash mobs when I was younger, I came home from school and it was all I did for a couple years before moving on from mineplex and Minecraft as a whole. Even though I miss it I think it was time for mineplex to go

"just what the community longed for... a fast-paced, low effort pvp gamemode"

By far the best video explaining the reasoning behind the player loss.

The Editing on this video is off the charts.... Nice.

But then I saw minecraft bursting back up in 2019 and started again
I was so surprised to see mineplex frickin shrinked lmao
