That first-floor courtyard is not well thought out. Other than that the house is superb. Bedrooms are very well designed and furnished. Huge and well lit basement.

The flow of the house is not very practical, especially multiple steps and hidden design. Too many colors and designs have been used for finishing. Usually, it affects tranquility and relaxation movements. I hope you provide feedback to the design team. Your presentation was nice. Enjoy

Over all a beautiful house but where's utility room for laundry ( putting washer in kitchen despite having so much space is not cool) , where's a drawing or seating room for guests? (A typical Pakistani house requirement) and the TV is super offset in main lounge... should have been in place of fireplace!

Its 1 kanal plot size is 50x90
If you construct 2 floors then its arround 5500to 6500 sft but when u add basement it becomes 7500sft approx .
despite being such a luxurious house but no double glazing glass, this should be minimum.
Almost all sun directing glass windows are double glaze
