I traveled to this hotel with my family, and unfortunately, I had a very unpleasant experience. From the moment we arrived, we faced extremely poor conditions and a lack of responsiveness from the staff. Additionally, the staff’s behavior was extremely rude and racist. After being denied check-in, no one assisted us, and we had to wait outside for hours. None of the officials addressed our complaints or provided any response to our issues. This behavior was not only unprofessional but also insulting. Unfortunately, we still have not received the money we paid for our stay. We were told that the hotel bears no responsibility for refunding our money, which further demonstrates the lack of commitment and professionalism of this establishment. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. If you are looking for a positive and respectful experience, it is better to choose other options. Beware!
