Yes it is nerfed in the sense that you cannot hit it whenever you like previously it was like that but not now. With the introduction of del Piero they changed it a bit. Not fully nerfed my del Piero is hitting a crazy blitz with the pp I use.
Other blitz curler have been nerfed & needs a specific area & angle for correct blitz And then there is son..i have son salah & foden..& son blitz like they are all tapins..unreal card..hope theg dont nerf him 🔥💀

Del piero is a beast and i gave him 91 kicking power and poay him as an ss he is better than my son and chiesa becaue son is heavy and can't dribble dont also have pass to pass to my cf and also speed as well ...note: I'm a division 1 player and I'm in top 200 right now thanks to that piero
Bruhh there's a one thing that called power so its depends on you how much you give power to your shot if you far from post then make 80-100% power if you on edge of the box or close to box then 50-60 % power maybe this gonna help you 🙌🏻😁
