I get tennis elbow frequently, that’s when I use this device. Been to the Dr. for a couple rounds of shots that provided fast temporary relief, but didn’t want to do that many times. The Armstrong was a longer term remedy. If I can only remember where I put it.

You can't do a review on a product you just pulled out of a box and haven't tried.

It’s not the product….it’s how it works and it isn’t rocket science.

Not to mention arm pump isn’t caused by a lack of mobility (which is what the device should be improving) . So yea. I can review it all day based on what functionality it has vs the challenge it’s supposed to solve.

You're correct it's not rocket science. Arm pump is caused by the fascia covering your muscle becoming tight, when the blood pumps into your arm and swells the restriction from the fascia won't allow the blood to flow back out. The 4Arm strong is a fantastic took not meant to improve mobility but to break up and stretch the fascia. In turn making it easier for blood to flow out of your arms. I've used this device every day for the last 2 months and it has drastically releaved my arm pump.

@@fit4moto doesn’t arm pump surgery just increase mobility in the muscle sheath just like this is doing?
