- We drove by Mont Choisy and Grand Baie on the 1st day of the Lockdown easing. We have met a lot of police checks and we have even been pulled over for "routine checks". Unfortunately the beaches are still closed even the running track on Mont Choisy beach which puzzles me as it is not basically the beach.
