Nice effort but the chords are pretty much ALL wrong. VERSE chords are Dm7 to Bb, forget the C in the bass (that just adds a layer of confusion). CHORUS is Am7 to Dm7. Then Gmadd9 (Bar the 3rd fret except the high E string which is 5th fret to a C9 chord which is 3rd finger bar on 3rd fret but the D string is the 4th fret. (Teaching songs wrong leads to a lot of confusion for inexperienced players that can't tell that you are teaching the wrong chords).I too was once an inexperienced player.
