I think it's due that Xiangling should get a skin before Chongyun. But since Chongyun's getting a skin, I'd prefer if he getting an out like HSR Imbibitor Lunae. He get's rid of the jacket and looks more celebratory than anything else. Add a scarf and wala! :)
