Pulling for these 4 star banners isn't wrong, since mira crown demands high level 5 stars, and with 25 pulls of these 4-star banners down the line, you'll collect enough 5-star freebies from them. And yes, it seems the devs really make 4-stars as pretty as 5-stars or more a lot of times.
I really like them! But I’m not 100% sure anymore if I’m going to pull for them. Pink waltz’s recolor is adorable but the design looks a little too similar to the birthday outfit 😔 while daughter of the lake is gorgeous but I already got moonlight oath’s purple evolution which I love more… I don’t know what to do 😫 probably I’ll wait for CNY, these look a little like bait banners to me
The 'glitch' triangle is totally a design choice. I've seen it on RL tights. It's a type of gusset and helps tights/hose not 'ride up' or bunch in the private area. Even though Nikki is an animated character, they use a lot of RL design elements.
Daughter of lake is just so so gorgeous. There are so many elements that remind of North Indian weddings especially those random accessories hanging onto the dress, maybe that's why i love it so much lol. I'm so jealous u got pink ribbon waltz tho, I can barely afford one 😭
I like to collect mostly purple things, and when i saw the purple streaks in the Pink Ribbon Waltz evolution hair and the purple details mixed in the outfit i knew i needed to get it 💜🥹 my first banner 4 star recolour and im obsessed with it

i was not going to pull for ribbon eel as badly as i wanted those pigtails especially the black and purple hair since my hair irl is black and purple. i wasn’t sure if it was worth pulling this whole look twice for the black hair but this video convinced me. all the items individually are so beautiful i went ahead and tried and was able to pull the set twice with 60 pulls!!! thank god the gacha gods gave me 4/8 of the items on my last 10 pulls 😭🙏🏽💕really loving the black and purple pigtails i’m running around like “hey that looks just like me from behind” 🤭 i’m hoping we get more black and purple hair haha

Hello!! Maybe you already know this but I just wanted to suggest that since a 4 star is guaranteed every 5 pulls, once you reach 30 pulls you can start doing singles ^^ because if you do 10 pulls you are guaranteed to get 2 4 stars, but you could also get them earlier if you are lucky, so there is no reason to do 40 pulls, after hitting 30 just do singles and if you’re lucky you can get the whole set in 35 pulls or less. So u can save up ^^
i got pretty lucky with the pulls, for the normal pink ribbon waltz, i got the full set in 20 pulls so 4 per each 10 pull. I was able to get both sets and their recolors which was so awesome since both were really pretty TT
Hi! Pull tip: when your outfit is missing 1 or 2 elements, use the individual 1-gem invocations. With a bit of luck, you'll have the two missing elements in 5 pulls (or thereabouts) instead of 10, so you'll save gems. For example, when you pulled the pink dress, you got the last two elements in 7 pulls, which would have saved you 3 gems 😀
I love pink ribbon waltz, but its literally just bubbly voyage with some shells and pearls and pink , look at the level up clothing screen, they are next to eachother, its such a bummer for me, because daughter of the lake is soooooo good

The skirt is a different shape and so is the bow, those are just the biggest differences. They aren’t the same, but of course they can be too similar for your own personal taste.
Personally these two are my favorite gacha sets we have gotten so far. Match my aesthetic perfectly. Got both of them and the recolor of the Daughter of the Lake. The veil is now a staple on my wardrobe. These are exactly the type of sets i skipped every event since the fairy set for. And i still i have 20 pulls left over!

At 7:50 you did 5 pulls more than you needed to! In the summary it shows you got lucky and got the hair and dress on 4 and 5, but because you did a 10 pull it did 5 more including a third Dancing Ribbon bow which you dont need. Important to do single pulls when you have only a few pieces left because you might get lucky like you did!
I told myself I would get the daughter of the lake recolour if I was lucky while pulling but I literally got every single piece at pity 😭so I guess I'll have to wait for the reveal of the upcoming event before committing to the black veil, I still have 130 pulls but as f2p I need to save for a potential year of the snake 5* 😓

How do you farm for diamonds? I feel like I’m not collecting them fast enough 😭 I still need to pull for the wishfin…and the CNY is coming.. I think I have to spend RL money 😭😭 I used all I had for the ribbon walz. I got the full outfit in 4 10x pulls
For farming diamonds, I personally consider anything you can get multiple times as “farming.” The best ways are definitely dailies, event rewards, and monthly cards😭. For quicker, one-time diamonds, I’d suggest crafting set sketches, clearing every mini-game with a perfect score, and hunting treasure chests in the open world. If you’re okay with quests, those give a lot of diamonds too! And don’t forget to put on your Electrician outfit and fix lamps in Florawish, it’s an easy way to get a few extra.💕 Best of luck! I have had some tights with that decorative shape! but the ones i had were a cut-out heart shape, not a triangle, and it was at the front not the aide 😅it can create a pretty shape but the location is weird on the prw tights. but the outfit is super cute! i like the idol dress style and twintails 🥰 are you interested in the next 5* banner? we don't know what it is yet but a lot of people are hoping for something themed for chinese/lunar new year or year of the snake 🙏 I'm waiting to see the next banner before pulling this one 😭
As a f2payer from the start i've pulled only for the first 5 stars outfit (white hair + butterfly = perfection) and the "Marylin" one. Now i'm very conflicted bc the Daughter of the Lake is just SO GOOD (veil, veil, veil) but maybe i have to save :/

do you need every piece for the recolor? Or is it like SN where u technically didn't need all the pieces to get recolors of the same accessory! The recolors are to die for but I'm so broke T-T
Floating bits are very common, you use clear threads or even a more flexible fishing line, jewelry it's most commonly seen in but accessories in general do it. So no that bow is completely normal and "realistic" dispite your thinking otherwise

So I'm pretty sure no one else cares, but I'm playing with a dark skin Nikki and it's starting to make me mad that the devs are obsessed with blonde hair. It looks horrible on my Nikki. Every single banner except one has been blonde hair and I'm seeing this pattern where if I want the darker hair I have have to pull doubles to glow up and get the other color. TO some people it may not be a big deal but it feels like I'm being punished for having a dark skin Nikki. We should be able to upgrade or change the hair a different way

Does anyone have any idea when we might get new pieces from the limited banners? The lower star pieces are my bread and butter because they’re so much easier to make fits out of. The higher star pieces I mostly just use for the styling contests because the theming of each piece is really heavy. I’ve never played a gatcha or Nikki game before this one but like Evie says at 8:05 we haven’t gotten any new 3 star pieces since the game came out while other Nikki games usually do. Personally, I’m less incentivized to pull for these outfits because there are so many “pulls” required to get the 4 and 5 star fits and it just feels like you get nothing in between….tranquility droplets??? Not worth 😂 it basically inflates the price, I want my pulls to do SOMETHING!
Personally I like the darker hair on the recolor. I’m not a fan of the super blonde since it doesn’t have a lot of depth to the color. It washes her face out too much. It needs some low lights in it.

Managed to get daughter of the lake dress + veil in 15 pulls I'm so happy (*´ω｀*) idk if I wanted the full set tho because the stat is pretty low plus there's already so many blue dresses. I kinda want the free bag from 25 pulls but I think I'll wait for other 5 star set to pull. I wish they release more masc set tho hehe
If you mean you got the full set (8/8), that’s insanely lucky!! Congrats!! Normally pulls work more like mine-relying on pity (one 4-star every five pulls). Even getting the hair and dress or your favorite items in the same ten-pull is considered lucky!💕 So happy for you!

The stiffness of the dresses with trains makes it hard to use except in photos is the onnly thing that bothers me. It takes me out of how immersive the rest of the game is.
the outfits are only S Rank it more that i want them and not that there helpful. but why is the new banner on the same timmer as the old banner? getting a outfit within 9 days is unfair! also i guess i stop pulling for the Wings of Wishes which was something i sort of do need
If you actually have a lot of 5 star outfits then you'll be locked into glowing them up for a while. But as of right now, only paying players have too many 5 stars to deal with. But for free player, certain 4 stars are actually good to glow up and work good in the pinnacle tests. Don't need to go crazy, but having a few early maxed out 4 stars for each prime category will get you by until you get more 5 star outfits. So it's a good idea if you are playing the game slower for free. As a key example... if a player hasnt spent on banners to get either of the 5 star sexy outfits, then they're best bet is going to be whatever is currently in the main game. Which would be the cadenceborn 3rd outfit or even the 3 star outfit reward for doing quests during the current star event. So even the 3 star sexy outfits might come in handy if you have nothing else.
Just as an FYI, there are actually four skin tones. There are all the ones you can select and then there's the "default" one that exists if you reclick any of the ones you've selected to "unselect" it. Not the most intuitive so it's easy to miss

i was not going to pull for ribbon eel as badly as i wanted those pigtails especially the black and purple hair since my hair irl is black and purple. i wasn’t sure if it was worth pulling this whole look twice for the black hair but this video convinced me. all the items individually are so beautiful i went ahead and tried and was able to pull the set twice with 60 pulls!!! thank god the gacha gods gave me 4/8 of the items on my last 10 pulls 😭🙏🏽💕really loving the black and purple pigtails i’m running around like “hey that looks just like me from behind” 🤭 i’m hoping we get more black and purple hair haha

Hello!! Maybe you already know this but I just wanted to suggest that since a 4 star is guaranteed every 5 pulls, once you reach 30 pulls you can start doing singles ^^ because if you do 10 pulls you are guaranteed to get 2 4 stars, but you could also get them earlier if you are lucky, so there is no reason to do 40 pulls, after hitting 30 just do singles and if you’re lucky you can get the whole set in 35 pulls or less. So u can save up ^^

i got pretty lucky with the pulls, for the normal pink ribbon waltz, i got the full set in 20 pulls so 4 per each 10 pull. I was able to get both sets and their recolors which was so awesome since both were really pretty TT
Hi! Pull tip: when your outfit is missing 1 or 2 elements, use the individual 1-gem invocations. With a bit of luck, you'll have the two missing elements in 5 pulls (or thereabouts) instead of 10, so you'll save gems. For example, when you pulled the pink dress, you got the last two elements in 7 pulls, which would have saved you 3 gems 😀
I love pink ribbon waltz, but its literally just bubbly voyage with some shells and pearls and pink , look at the level up clothing screen, they are next to eachother, its such a bummer for me, because daughter of the lake is soooooo good

The skirt is a different shape and so is the bow, those are just the biggest differences. They aren’t the same, but of course they can be too similar for your own personal taste.
Personally these two are my favorite gacha sets we have gotten so far. Match my aesthetic perfectly. Got both of them and the recolor of the Daughter of the Lake. The veil is now a staple on my wardrobe. These are exactly the type of sets i skipped every event since the fairy set for. And i still i have 20 pulls left over!
Ahh so fast, I got really lucky with my pulls, got the full daughter of the lake set quickly, got an extra item the first two 10 pulls 😊 I tried the ribbon pink one because I wanted the hair but didn't get the hair 😅 amazing video, loved it

This game is so fun! I’d recommend giving it a try-but don’t spend if you don’t want to! At 7:50 you did 5 pulls more than you needed to! In the summary it shows you got lucky and got the hair and dress on 4 and 5, but because you did a 10 pull it did 5 more including a third Dancing Ribbon bow which you dont need. Important to do single pulls when you have only a few pieces left because you might get lucky like you did!
I told myself I would get the daughter of the lake recolour if I was lucky while pulling but I literally got every single piece at pity 😭so I guess I'll have to wait for the reveal of the upcoming event before committing to the black veil, I still have 130 pulls but as f2p I need to save for a potential year of the snake 5* 😓

How do you farm for diamonds? I feel like I’m not collecting them fast enough 😭 I still need to pull for the wishfin…and the CNY is coming.. I think I have to spend RL money 😭😭 I used all I had for the ribbon walz. I got the full outfit in 4 10x pulls
For farming diamonds, I personally consider anything you can get multiple times as “farming.” The best ways are definitely dailies, event rewards, and monthly cards😭. For quicker, one-time diamonds, I’d suggest crafting set sketches, clearing every mini-game with a perfect score, and hunting treasure chests in the open world. If you’re okay with quests, those give a lot of diamonds too! And don’t forget to put on your Electrician outfit and fix lamps in Florawish, it’s an easy way to get a few extra.💕 Best of luck! I hope you get super lucky with this banner and the upcoming CNY one!

i think the triangle cut on the pink ribbon socks is on purpose, if you look at the piece itself you can see it in the small icon

I have had some tights with that decorative shape! but the ones i had were a cut-out heart shape, not a triangle, and it was at the front not the aide 😅it can create a pretty shape but the location is weird on the prw tights. but the outfit is super cute! i like the idol dress style and twintails 🥰

As a f2payer from the start i've pulled only for the first 5 stars outfit (white hair + butterfly = perfection) and the "Marylin" one. Now i'm very conflicted bc the Daughter of the Lake is just SO GOOD (veil, veil, veil) but maybe i have to save :/
I pulled for both...and I'm safe to say I'm happy with both of them , I'm not a big fan of the recolors for either outfits , so I'm just gonna save up for whatever is coming up next 😋

do you need every piece for the recolor? Or is it like SN where u technically didn't need all the pieces to get recolors of the same accessory! The recolors are to die for but I'm so broke T-T

Floating bits are very common, you use clear threads or even a more flexible fishing line, jewelry it's most commonly seen in but accessories in general do it. So no that bow is completely normal and "realistic" dispite your thinking otherwise
Ohh, I see! Thank you for the explanation! I only knew about using fishing lines in product photography to hang items and then photoshopping out the lines to create that floating effect. I didn’t realize jewelry uses similar techniques-that’s so cool! Thanks for sharing! 💕
@@EvieGaming Yeah it's the only "easy" way to do it too, photoshop is also not to remove lines but shadows that give away the fishing line. ;)
i haven't even started the video yet but i have to say i loveee daughter of the lake! obsessed with the veil!! and the ankle decorations!! and the dress!! the necklace!! so sad that it clips but i expected it considering that the earlier paid one did... hopefully both will get fixed now

So I'm pretty sure no one else cares, but I'm playing with a dark skin Nikki and it's starting to make me mad that the devs are obsessed with blonde hair. It looks horrible on my Nikki. Every single banner except one has been blonde hair and I'm seeing this pattern where if I want the darker hair I have have to pull doubles to glow up and get the other color. TO some people it may not be a big deal but it feels like I'm being punished for having a dark skin Nikki. We should be able to upgrade or change the hair a different way

Does anyone have any idea when we might get new pieces from the limited banners? The lower star pieces are my bread and butter because they’re so much easier to make fits out of. The higher star pieces I mostly just use for the styling contests because the theming of each piece is really heavy. I’ve never played a gatcha or Nikki game before this one but like Evie says at 8:05 we haven’t gotten any new 3 star pieces since the game came out while other Nikki games usually do. Personally, I’m less incentivized to pull for these outfits because there are so many “pulls” required to get the 4 and 5 star fits and it just feels like you get nothing in between….tranquility droplets??? Not worth 😂 it basically inflates the price, I want my pulls to do SOMETHING!

Why do you not convert your diamonds to crystals before pulling?
Personally I like the darker hair on the recolor. I’m not a fan of the super blonde since it doesn’t have a lot of depth to the color. It washes her face out too much. It needs some low lights in it.

Actually on this banner every five resonances guarantees a piece of the outfit. So 4 pieces in 20 pulls is the pity system.

I kinda want the free bag from 25 pulls but I think I'll wait for other 5 star set to pull. I wish they release more masc set tho hehe

If you mean you got the full set (8/8), that’s insanely lucky!! Congrats!! Normally pulls work more like mine-relying on pity (one 4-star every five pulls). Even getting the hair and dress or your favorite items in the same ten-pull is considered lucky!💕 So happy for you!

the outfits are only S Rank it more that i want them and not that there helpful. but why is the new banner on the same timmer as the old banner? getting a outfit within 9 days is unfair! also i guess i stop pulling for the Wings of Wishes which was something i sort of do need
If you actually have a lot of 5 star outfits then you'll be locked into glowing them up for a while. But as of right now, only paying players have too many 5 stars to deal with. But for free player, certain 4 stars are actually good to glow up and work good in the pinnacle tests. Don't need to go crazy, but having a few early maxed out 4 stars for each prime category will get you by until you get more 5 star outfits. So it's a good idea if you are playing the game slower for free.
As a key example... if a player hasnt spent on banners to get either of the 5 star sexy outfits, then they're best bet is going to be whatever is currently in the main game. Which would be the cadenceborn 3rd outfit or even the 3 star outfit reward for doing quests during the current star event. So even the 3 star sexy outfits might come in handy if you have nothing else.
Just as an FYI, there are actually four skin tones. There are all the ones you can select and then there's the "default" one that exists if you reclick any of the ones you've selected to "unselect" it. Not the most intuitive so it's easy to miss
