I would love to be involved in the community in that way. I love teaching and making these fun vids. Hopefully people receive them well and find them useful!
Hi Brandon, Heads up love you stuff enjoy you humour your explanations are your real strength I’m 58 have had a drum obsession all of my life, you keep EM coming Australia is listening
I've been thoroughly enjoying your videos for some time now and I almost feel rude for not having said something sooner in the comments but I really love them! the edits, the subjects, the way you present them. Probably my favorite drum channel on youtube.
If I would have my drum set in my house I could take all quarantine to do that XD. I’ll try with my practice pad, but that’s not the same, thanks Brandon
Interesting idea would be to practice 16ths on left and right hands, 2 and 4 accents on snare, and dotted eighth accents on the hats. I think I saw a Thomas Lang independence practice like this before. Awesome vid Brandon!
Dude:) Use this time to make more lessons please:) I have figured out some really cool stuff after watching your videos. Especially the herta video helped me a lot:) You got the stuff! If you upload more often im sure this channel will pop! Thanks!
Thanks for this... My left hand is stubborn and stayed away from practising my ghost notes... Now i have the time and i think its about time i try harder. 😵 Subscribed. 👍✌️
Can you do a Crazy Army snare solo breakdown? You could do the Steve Gadd solo if you want too. I wanted to learn the snare part over the quarantine, but I can’t read music so good and it to hard for me to play by ear.
Good work-out, especially at this pace. But are you crazy man? In quarantine times you shouldn't let any dude come so close to you in your video! Reminds me of a certain song by the Police:) (Don't stand so close to me) I think it should be a hit right now again.
Manhar Sharma In the video, the slow tempo is 60BPM and the fast tempo is 100BPM. That’s the fastest I could take it haha Try at whatever speed is comfortable for you. Just remember to keep it relaxed and controlled. 👊🏼
@@BrandonScottDrums surely! 💯 it's more of the thing which everyone should focus right from the start of drumming...this vid. Is a great reminder for all drummers out there!... Much love from india🇮🇳!
I think you could definitely grow to be a well respected teacher in the drumming community,
and i would love to see you get there!

If I would have my drum set in my house I could take all quarantine to do that XD. I’ll try with my practice pad, but that’s not the same, thanks Brandon
You made it look easy and then I tried it .....Wow great exercise!
It’s SO tricky! Makes you realize how terrible your left hand is!
Great exercise! Hilarious intro, very well done!
Thomas Belknap Thank you!! I’ll let Brandon 2 know you enjoyed it... He’s in quarantine right now though... 😷
Interesting idea would be to practice 16ths on left and right hands, 2 and 4 accents on snare, and dotted eighth accents on the hats. I think I saw a Thomas Lang independence practice like this before. Awesome vid Brandon!
We work in my country, still work! Bleh and I practice, that's really tough but worth of practicing, thanx! 🙏🏻
Nice, finaly left hand drumers aclaration
I was working on this before, but the dotted eight note right hand is very sick, gonna go and try it asap :) Thanks Brandon!
It’s definitely a tricky one! But really helps with the independence of everything!

I was doing this as an exercise for really smooth and clean sound. Try to change also the accent, so you have all the 16th combo. Great content 💪
Checkmate, i am a lefty guy here..

Colin Muir He’s a bigger fan than even my own father!... thanks Colin :)
at last a polyrythm at the end :) great. miss a lot on all drumming...*
It's actual easy for me to play both hands at the same time, probably why I have limb independence issues.
achuuuuuuuuuu!!!🤧🤧🤧 I have Coronavid-19 😨 too Brandon!! opps!
😂😂😂 Awesome bro!
Can you do a Crazy Army snare solo breakdown? You could do the Steve Gadd solo if you want too. I wanted to learn the snare part over the quarantine, but I can’t read music so good and it to hard for me to play by ear.

Mike Tyson Dude... you’re telling me. It’s painful! But the important thing is to try and stay relaxed and loose as well! Don’t strain it too hard. 👌🏼
Just subbed men💓
