    What models are you talking about? Been rocking the Performer 405 and has been rock steady. The chemical pump diaphrams on it go on it every few years or so. You have to keep up on some simple maintenance like the screen and orifice and checking all fluids and cleaning it. No problems with the motor or Cat pump ever! That Nissan motor itself is a GEM. Very impressed.

    Wow chill out dude. My Prochem 405 from 1999 has been a GEM of a machine. The equipment is very simple to work on. The more bells and whistles any company adds is more problems in the end. IDK about other models but love my 405. The Ford had been good to me too all around. Blows coil packs every few years and heard the GM drivelines are pretty solid. My Tranny has been making some terrible noises lately. But I can tell you the Ford has been in the shop more than the Prochem.

    Also me and my old boss beat on his 98' Performer before I started on my own. He was a idiot about how to winterize it properly. His truckmont is still going strong today. Prochem for me has been spot on and the E250 is good. Just waiting for my tranny to blow out like I heard they all do at 100k. My friends van just went and he said the shop had plenty like it waiting for a replacement. I Like how the Ford van drives than the GM my boss had. No truck is perfect buddy or you are just biased.

    Ha, not so easy to check all those items once installed in a van!.

    I remember when the Bluline machine came out and it was the shit blah blah blah. A engineer that quit Prochem started his own company. I talked to my mechanic all the time when buying my chemicals and products. The components were of auto not industrial standard. Many problems with those thermal wave machines although it had a nice blower.

    How about marine grease ? Do you pump it in the blower or not?

    • @jondoninc
      @jondoninc  6 ปีที่แล้ว

      Yes. There is a zerk fitting right above the blower shaft that you need to pump a bearing grease into. You should also spray the blower lube cup daily.
      For more information or maintenance assistance, please call 800-556-6366 to speak with a Jon-Don representative.
