Thanks so much Jonathan, the splits on the GoPro arm was the MVP in this, made the job easy as using the distance markers on the course to keep against the time! Just needed Hafi to hold on!! 😜

It really is Donato! I didn't plan to, but the race place was carried over since 2019, it was £59 which MADE ME DO IT! Plus I got to help one of my athletes get a PB so hey why not in the end!

Everyone needs an Amritpal to pace them 👍. You should have worn a vest with “I run London last week” on it as a disclaimer, and you liked seriously worried at the end when Hafi was motoring , congrats to you both 👏

What happened at 04:25? Looks like someone is going to grab one of the runners behind you or something like that….?
It’s just someone trying to cross the road, they really take a chance with how close they get!
Did they not have start pens? It looks like you are passing people constantly, soots started to fast / far forward?
They did, but Hafi was in the blue wave hence we started 16 mins after the start gun and first 2 waves went off. So yeah we had to pass A LOT of people at the start and throughout most of the race!
Thanks - so the first two waves had slower runners than the blue one? It's not exactly wide - kind of put's me off entering
First 2 have faster runners.
