@MichaelRestoration well to be honest I truly loved it. It goes to show you that you take your time to and do your own way to restore. Besides, for what it's worth just be yourself and do what you want to do. And keep doing for what's right for you. You have my full support 👍
jesus, buying a fresh chain is a lot easier and cheaper then bringing it back to life this guy's got hell and deadly serious i mean this man is real. huge respect!
@@randomriddle539 You restore it to a level based on your economic situation. For what these boys have to work with, they did a commendable job for sure.
because this is not a restoration, restoration is the reconditioning of a vehicle to its original shape and condition, whereas this is not an original motorbike but a motorbike that has been made into a costume, He himself doesn't even know what kind of Kawasaki this is?
I know people take criticism personally but sometimes it can be constructive. Replacing the chain and rotors/brake pads is just as important as the tires. Thats just maintenance.
@ you also need to take into account what you restore. A moto chain has a life, if it gets rusted, you need to change it for safety reason. Not everything needs to be restored.
Agree and desagree at the same time , as long as the chain pass the tension test you good to clean , remove any rust and regrease … but is normally more expensive and can damage the bikes like the crowns getting eating by the chain shake
restoration is amazing , props to that. I thought replacing the bushings, chains and chain sprockets as a set would be better since it a matter of safety no? .
I find 2 eplanations. 1.Because there are so many people who never do anything but think they can do it better. Basically idiots, no need for further explanation on this one. 2.Some people are used to watch some other restoration channels where the guy work a lot (A LOT) better than this one. For example, I don't complain about his work, but it really bothers me so much that he didn't give the bike a proper washing before start dissasembling it... not even a quick rinse. So...
Of course, I take my hat off to the author for the work done. But the chain could have simply been replaced with a new one. If the old one was stretched to some extent.
Nice but what’s with the small bursts of loud music and also why is there scrapping sounds when there’s wasn’t any scraping or was fast scraping sounds when it was done slowly. Did the video editor have burst panic attack or something. It was good until a few burst of music kicked in! Then you could see the paint peeling off as the tyres were put on!
I also paint the wheels before making them dent free... And the electrical toothbrush got me really hard. Nice one also the more rusty tool bit to screw back the brake finished me off.
Its an interesting vid for me but u gotta work on the audio man. Some parts were music some were asmr and some part the audio does not tally with the video. And camera was too close to objects some time. Improve them and u would have better vid keep it up
I have no doubt, he is good at Restoration, just one piece of advice, please hire or practice editing video before posting it. So much time wasted on unnecessary details. Good job.

It's called a restoration, not replacement. The idea is to make the old look new again. Effort is used in place of purchasing replacement parts.
True👍🏻
Hermooooosa moto
Good job But this bike is not 20 year old bro this bike is ninja 300 first production year is 2012 😒😒 pls change it your thum nail 😅😅
And they put on a zx-10 r decal. lol

why does it look like zx-10r from aliexpress?
😂😂😂😂 it comes with fake rust and mud delivered
yes your right
Yes, and the zx-10r is an inline-four. This comes with two😂.
It's a Ninja 250R(probably around 2008) with busted ZX10R bodywork badly fitted to it.
And he restore this shit.

Very nice work 👍👍👍
Super 👌
Who restores a chain? Why? That needs to be replaced. This must be the worst resto on TH-cam.
Is a restoration !!in opinion

Super Arbeit weiter so. Gute Aufnahmen und Details.👍👍
this need so much passion ,time & love ,class of professional work.
Pure BS ! Who made a restoration and re-use rust rotors, sprocket and repaint the wheels leaving the balance weights just to mention couple things.
This restoration, if is is any you can call so has so many red flags.
Why did you not rinse all of the dirt from the bike before all the restoration work?
I see this video in 2x speed more satisfying and interesting to see this in 2x speed

I would have removed the weights from the rims. After the refurbishment, the wheels must be rebalanced one way or another.
I've seen it all but this is the first time I've seen anyone but filler over rust. WTF
Good job ❤
Why spry over the bolts and screws? You can clearly see it doesnt get down into the threads so this is a pointless action and a waste.
Of course, I take my hat off to the author for the work done. But the chain could have simply been replaced with a new one. If the old one was stretched to some extent.
If that is a Zx10-R my name is Abraham Lincoln.

Good 👍🏻 job
Thanks for watching
Get rid of WD40. Get some P.B. blaster. P.B. was specifically created as a penetration lubricant. It works better than WD.
Those wheels made in Thailand😮 35:18
Good job bro
Thank you so much 😀
Ninja 250r ?
Is there alloy weels on dt time....20 years before?
The chain is DONE! Replace it.
That’s brand new straight from factory that’s how Kawasaki bikes are made. Lol
Lakukan seperti ini pada motor ku juga bro.. aku sudah terlalu sayang dengan motorku dan tidak mau membeli penggantinya❤
You could have done well with this much work... One layer of paint everywhere.
Поверх ржавчины кладет шпаклю и красит ...😂
stopped watching... had enough of putting filler over rust and paint... you have to get the surface CLEAN first...
Why didn't u replace the new chain? It's not expensive, but make it safety in the road.
In the name of restoration he is only repainting the whole body only
Looks better than it did, but only just!! What a mess
Без пескоструя , это обман следующего владельца. Считаю это не допустимым!
Not many people have access with that. After all sandblasting is very expensive....
Play better 1.25x
What a beautiful machine …. So many memories
good job, but the gearbox must be lubrificated and everything related to roller cages and bearings should have been replaced and lubricated
Trashed ZX10 restored to the 250 it always was

That was shit. 🙈 why do all that crap to the chain and not just replace it with a new one and puttin filler over rust was definitely a red flag.
The least u could have done is use a new drive chain brooo😢
Dude !??paint stripper over dirt
Put washing up liquid in your water when wet sanding, a little trick i picked up from my dad.

Why do you spent so much time showing the screws in a wheel and when it comes the motor, you speed up in 15 sec? Why???
