This is the Wade Black version of the album. World Asylum is the Wade Black version, New World Asylum is the Michael Olivieri version.

Wade's vocals on this version is way better than the later recorded with original singer

As much as we all love Michael Olivieri's vocals on the 1987 & 1989 albums, Wade Black's vocals here obliterate Olivieri's 2007 re-dubbing of the same song. It's not even close.
