I had my nieces over to do some scrapbooking and when my brother drop them off he took a look around my room and just stood there quietly for a minute and he said you got a couple of four wheelers here! I never looked at it that way but I’ve been collecting stuff for 30+ years between my knitting and crocheting and then I moved into Making jewelry and then about 15 years ago scrapbooking and some stamping. It does all add up after a while but I bargain shop and some was given to me by people no longer did those crafts anymore. I love him! He is so creative and organized I’m totally organizing my room with his ideas!! He is by far my fav❤️I wish I had enough Stuff to organize the same way but I’m starting with my few things ❤️🥰
Thank you for the tour, I’ve currently got the builders in converting a bedroom into my creative space or as I refer to it my craft cave, they’ll be finished soon and then I’m off to Ikea for furniture and storage so your tour has helped me with some choice decisions. Thank you once again and good luck for the future. Ceri The Crafter.
Thank you for sharing your fantastic craft room. I got a sone great ideas for when I move into my creative space. A couple of years ago I transferred my stamp sets that were in dvd cases into storage pockets (for 4 x 6 stamp sets) and I couldn’t believe how much more room I had created. A local church took the empty cases to create bible study kits for the youth members. Thanks again for the inspiration.
Thank you for recording this! Still want to see your pen collection and the four ladies under the clock. Katia is my spirit animal and she lives on my desk. Thank you for bringing up the conversation about the filming equipment and lighting. Your AWESOME!

I am just happy they bring the item back. Your craftroom is beautiful.
You are awesome! Love the dresser storage. I think it’s brilliant to choose items that can be multifunctional, not just specifically made for crafting. Using id badges for small sets? Perfect! I, too, get overwhelmed with too much on display, so your minimal decor is on point for me. Thank you SO much for not inserting multiple commercials- may you be blessed ten fold! You have a beautiful relaxed vibe so it was just lovely to watch and listen to you. ❤️
Oh the goodness of it all! So happy for you (and so envious). I started stamping a dinosaur age ago. So, clunky, wood blocks. A binder only of unmounted stamps. But millions (well almost) of embellishments and ephemera. I am successfully ignoring die cuts. My crafting area is in continual flux. Yet there is always a vision and hope of the could be.
I love your space. You have some great solutions and room for transformations as you get ideas from your intuition or other colleagues. I enjoy watching your card making videos because you are so inspiring. Thank you for your vulnerability. You are wonderful teacher and person.
It is looking so good - functional but still elegant. Keep us up to date on how you develop a catalogue system. Wishing you much joy in the ‘new’ space 💕
I love seeing how others make their space functional. I think all of us crafters are always evolving our space. I love the ID badge holder idea and so many of the things that “drive you bonkers” also drive me bonkers so it’s nice to see you owning it and being so real. Can’t wait to go and watch some more of your videos. Cheers!
I can never understand why anyone would NOT be kind. If you can't say anything nice don't say anything at all. LOVE your room - so neat and tidy. Want to come to Australia to help me out????? LOL. Beautifully presented - well sorted and stored. Great job. Thanks so much for sharing.
So awesome! Easily the cleanest, most organized craft room I have seen. And embossing powder residue... ugh! I am with you on that! Don't get me wrong, I love me some embossing powder, but the "leftovers"... dang. I cannot deal. Your space is so soothing to see on this video. You know where everything is at and, obviously, how to use it! Thank you for sharing!

Thanks for sharing your craft room! Just a thought on hanging pictures, you could use the 3M picture hanging hooks that stick on and remove when you are done. I hate putting nail holes in my walls too :)

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE your craft room. Thank you for showing it. Are the envelope storage bins Ikea's VARIERA Box, white, 13 1/4x9 1/2 " to fit in the KALAX?
Awesome organization ideas! Love your room! For your small stamps could you cut apart hockey card holders? Higher quality ones so they are as thick as your ID sleeves? I organize my flat embellishments in these and love them. I subbed you :) Love your sense of humor! TFS!
Love!!! "You don't need this much"; yes, yes you do! 🤣🤣 My obsession is paper. I have way way too much. But it's all on display and it's the rainbow is so beautiful. Shout out to Kevin! Thanks for being the cameraman!
Loving the craft room!! I think you did a fantastic job making it all you!!! I do believe that a craft room is ever changing to our individual needs!! I keep changing mine up here and there to figure out if something works better for me or not!! 😉 Anyway it looks great and it looks like your really loving it!!💗💗💗
@@BromeroCards I’m going to get real with you but, “Only for a moment, then the moments gone”, I’ve watched many videos on foiling. So when I finally get the courage to try it, I’m not sure which video I should follow. That uncertainty sends me into a TH-cam rabbit hole 🕳 and I see all of these “Easy ways” to do foiling. I just get lost inside myself as to which method I should try. And after spending three hours of searching with nothing to show for it, I’m foiled out. That probably doesn’t make any sense. Idk 🤷♀️ Then the hoarder inside me freaks out because I only have three rolls of foil.😳 What if I use all of my foil and don’t make anything I can use? 😱 What will I put in that empty mason jar? 🤣🤣🤣 (I’m sure I have something😉)
Your room is amazing! I laughed every time you said, "It's ridiculous - you don't need that much". We love our craft supplies. Don't feel you need to justify what you work for.
Ricky!!!!! This room is PERFECT!!!! I love open shelves with baskets and storage bins. I spied some Funko Pop in your room too! Love them! It’s such a great space! ♥️♥️♥️
I have moved several times and each time the size and configuration of y craft room changes! Right now I’ve become so frustrated with my current “ make do” organization systems. ( By make do I mean using the cheap stuff that I’ve collected over the years of my crafting , that doesn’t really work, it I’ve “ made it do” ! Lol! ) For my birthday this year I’m going to drive the 3 hours to my closest IKEA to buy some well planned and thought out storage items. I’m in a frenzy of measuring ( space and existing storage that I’m keeping) and searching the internet for videos about craft space organization and storage ideas! So thank you for this video! I’m also thinking of making some TH-cam videos so info about filming is very useful too. So as a solution for your Copic markers I have this to suggest- I have all of the colors and was really struggling with storing all, these markers in a way that I could use them effectively. So I went on Etsy website and there are sellers who make a laser cut wood, organizer that fits all the Copic marker colors, and it will fit in the top shelf of the IKEA Raskog cart. So now I just roll my Raskog cart over to my work area and there are all my Copics....or I can lift the whole organizer unit out and set it anywhere I’m working ....I have all my Copic colors at my finger tile! So easy to color now! You don’t need to keep it in a Raskog cart , it’s very sturdy and since it can be lifted out to sit on a table, I would think it could be stored on a shelf. Also a tip- Raskog carts make useful, storage solutions if you store them under a stand up style desk, and just pull out a particular car as you need what’s stored on other. I use these for un” most used” supplies. Also ichaels makes a version of the Raskog that’s larger than the IKEA one and larger than the Michael’s copy of the Raskog cart. It’s the same width but is 24 inches long! So offers much more storage! Maybe someone can use this tip. Also, if other pens/ markers are a similar size or smaller, the laser cut wood organizer might work for other pens you have. It’s also just visually pleasing to see all the Copics arranged by color , and it’s a very tactile satisfaction to touch all the markers in their organizer! ( I am visual and tactile kind of artist, I love textures! ) This is really working for me. I can’t remember who I bought my organizer from, but just go onto the Etsy website and search for Copic organizer . Check it out and see if you like the organizers and if they would work for you. I have 7 die cutting machines! And I’m seriously thinking of buying a Brother scan n cut! Lololol! ((I have a Cricut maker but I really dont like it) . And each of my die cutting machines serves a slightly different purpose! So no shame in having a lot of machines, if crating makes you happy , then go for whatever makes crafting more fun and easier!
I will have to check out all your tips! Oh if possible, order your IKEA items online and then pick up, I would have for you to drive three hours for them not to have the items you need!
@@BromeroCards You are so sweet! I’m going to check and see if they have what I’m looking for before I go. ( a huge Kallex unit is the main thing, and some of those small drawers like you have) I live right between 2 IKEA stores, both 3 hours away! If there’s something I can’t live without, and it’s not in stock at one store, I will just order it or go to,the other store ( any excuse for a mini vacation to get out of the house now that we CAN get out of our houses!) It’s sort of a exploring mission also.....to see what they have that I might be able to use beyond the Kallex and drawers. Those things that you wouldn’t have thought to use, until you see them set up at the store .. If you look at Ikeas website and put in “ your store” you can see if an item is in stock. So I’m doing that for items that catch my eye online. And since I’m a visual and tactile person, so I need to see things, how they are used and touch them too. . And I’m going to use the trip as an excuse to explore a city I’ve never visited before, eat good food, visit an art museum , re stock some supplies at new craft stores and artist supply stores , be a tourist ! Best of luck in your newly organized craft space!
I think that you have done a very nice job with your room. I love how organized it is and that you don't have to look at everything you own. Thank you for sharing; I definitely got some ideas from you.
Wow ! That’s an amazing craft room. And I feel like you if people don’t have nothing nice to say ; don’t say anything at all. my parents always said that. Thanks for sharing and I hope you have a blessed day darling 💎♥️💎😍
I love love, love your craft room. I’ve been watching craft room videos for awhile so I can decide how to do my new room and I find yours is the most practical, user friendly and has about the same amount of stuff I have! I was looking at going a totally different way but this is so perfect for me. TFS! Oh yeah, it would be great if you could have someone (or you if you’re handy) put full extension drawer slides on your stamp dresser. You can buy a big pack of them on Amazon for around a hundred bucks. You would get so much more enjoyment out of your stamp drawers if you didn’t need three hands & your knees to hold them while you rifle through them. I’m putting them on the IKEA drawers as I put them together instead of the ones that come with them. So much nicer!!
Love your craftroom. I have been crafting for 11 years. I have lots of stuff too. I make about 400 cards a year. In 2020, i made in excrss of 1600 cards. I sent cards of thanks to every police station in Philadelphia, New York city, Seattle, , Chicago , Portland, Kenoshia, Washington DC, some cities in NJ. I never expected to hear back from their commanders but i did. Only cities were Philadelphia and overwhelmingly from New York City.
You have a really nice room Ricky! I love that not all of your stamps are in sleeves (yet) and that you're room is still a work in progress. Having a place for everything so everything can be easily put back in it's place is the key to having and keeping an organized room. I had that with my last craftroom and then we moved to a smaller house and now I am back to where you are with working out where everything should go. It's fun but can be frustrating until you get it all figured out. I also really like your lamps on your desk for doing videos. What a great lighting solution! Thank you for sharing the details of your room. Oh and that Elephant clock on your wall is also very awesome!
Awesome...Craft room. I totally understand about the walls but you could use command strips...no holes ever and you could change you photos as often as you would like. 😉😍💜
Just found you and am def a subscriber now! The ID badge idea is fantastic, I have a bunch of those 2 x 3 stampsets and have driven myself crazy trying to store them. Thanks! P.S. What kind of dividers do you use to separate your stamps / dies?
❤️ your craft room. Very well organizad. You also utilize the space so well. Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful paradise where you inspire so many of us !!!
happy to find a new channel to follow. I'm in the middle of redoing my room, because I couldn't find anything anymore and it was just taking the fun out of creating. much more happy now.
Thank you for sharing your creative haven! I'm one of those people who likes things behind drawers too lol having everything out just gets messy and is so overwhelming. Now I just label my drawers, and I love that everything can be tucked away. New subbie! Excited to see more of your cards xx
I use fountain pens and i was just thinking how many bottles of black ink do i need? I have 7 different bottles across a few brands all with all different properties. Its an addiction.
Our rooms have a lot of similarities! I also have a double decker desk...and multiple paper cutters and die cut machines 😜. I use the same embellishments containers too! FYI Brutus Monroe has small stamp pockets that I love. I am glad you have a happy place to create in. I love mine so much. I have 5 grown kids so it took me a long time to have my own space. I am like every crafter...always rearranging to meet my needs. I have several chronic illnesses so it can be hard sometimes. Thank you so much for sharing your space!!!
Just found your channel and this was the first video that came up. I LOVED the craft room tour. Really enjoyed you opening up your space and sharing how you have organized it. I appreciate this video.😊
You didn’t show us your fountain pens! I am also a FP user, lover, collector. You should see my ink storage cabinet! Loved seeing your crafting space and organization. We’re in the process of moving, and I’m finally thinking about how to consolidate all my crafting material into one room and how to store everything efficiently. I’m very interested in your ink pad storage units. I definitely need some of those. Thanks so much for taking the time to create and post this video. Very helpful to me.
Thank you for sharing your craft room with us. It's such personal space, that it must take a lot of courage to be willing to share it publicly. I really like how you utilized your IKEA shelving units to accommodate all different types of storage needs. I find the process of reorganizing feels quite disorienting and I struggle to get started creating again. I am still in the throws of a major reordering of my craft stuff so your solutions were helpful motivation to continue pressing on.
great room! thanks for sharing it. you gave me a couple of ideas for modifications I've been looking for. I'm a life long crafter and have many interest which of a ton of supplies including equipment. Enjoy your awesome and organized space
I’m in the process of recreating my craft room. I was feeling quite overwhelmed with trying to pick new furniture and storage for my space. I’ve gotten some really great ideas from you for maximizing my space.
Thanks so much! 😊 It is also my working monitor so I need to be able to work from my desk and see the TV! That is why it is so big! :) Oh plus I like to play video games !
Just found you. I am addicted to watching organization videos. Love that you have things “just chillin”. Never apologize. People who judge need to chill. I’m in the process of re-doing my space so this was timely for me. Note to self: need things to look pretty (black ink…hop in that box!😂). I stand to card craft too. You handle those unruly Alex units!!! You are the boss! Thank you for sharing. 🎉
Hi! I just found your channel! I really enjoyed your tour. I found your voice very pleasant to listen to. Thanks for sharing your space. Happy Crafting!
If you added a long board on top of your 1x4 United you could still use that for your dye cutters by placing your inks on top of the new shelf. Your studio looks fantastic 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼 thanks for sharing it with us ☺️
I am only half way through this video. Thanks for sharing. You have so many great ideas. I am reorganizing and this is very inspirational. Back to the video.
Super great video and tour. I love the set up and especially how some stamps are not put away in the sleeves. That is so real life right there. I got some good ideas to use and also I don't feel bad that I have stamps that need to be put away.
Love it so organized and tidy. Just got a house always lived in an apartment and had crafts spaces... and now I get to work on my very own craft room, super excited. Bought five piece of Ikea furniture and can't wait to put it together. I've been crafting well over 30 year and I also have a lot. I purged once before but it looks like I need to do another. Thanks for sharing all your ideas, crafty hugs Olga
me too art alcove using a very small dining area in a 1 bedroom condo, I have a love of the PaperArtsy stamp sets that are large 7"x9" currently using a the larger cart from Micheial's until I run out of room, then what no idea?? I think maybe binders?
Omg you have such great organizational skills. What a very talented person you are on so many levels!! Love your studio. What a great happy area to work and play. Peace, Love and Light 🌿💜✨
I really enjoyed your Craft Room Tour. It is interesting to see how others organize and work in their craft space. I laughed because I have that same wooden holder kicking around my craft room, thinking I would use it for my We R Memory Keepers Boards, but nope, never have!
Hi! Thanks for sharing your craft studio and the ideas to help with organization. I especially liked your idea of putting the small stamps in badge holders. I didn't get it when you said that the larger stamps went in "envelopes". Could you be more specific about what you did with each size change? Mine are currently stored in the small-binder size sleeve protectors, but I have to use washi tape tabs to prevent them from falling out. I then store the sleeves in the binders--but that makes for a LOT of binders. It wastes space. Thanks for answering..
Cutting foam board to organize your drawers is genius!
I know right!

The Scan N Cut is a pretty great machine. There is a learning curve, but there are so many youtube videos you can learn it easily
I highly recommend Command strips for hanging items on your walls. They're easy and don't leave marks on your walls when you remove them.

Love!!! "You don't need this much"; yes, yes you do! 🤣🤣 My obsession is paper. I have way way too much. But it's all on display and it's the rainbow is so beautiful. Shout out to Kevin! Thanks for being the cameraman!
We LOVE paper!
Loving the craft room!! I think you did a fantastic job making it all you!!! I do believe that a craft room is ever changing to our individual needs!! I keep changing mine up here and there to figure out if something works better for me or not!! 😉 Anyway it looks great and it looks like your really loving it!!💗💗💗
Thank you so much!
I'm so glad to see a man to do crafting, organizing, and to show that a man can create what ever there is.
We are a rare breed! A magical unicorn for sure :-) thanks for watching and your kind words.
Great room. My favorite part is your Copic marker case. Also...Foiling intimidates me too.
Why is it so scary?
@@BromeroCards I’m going to get real with you but, “Only for a moment, then the moments gone”,
I’ve watched many videos on foiling.
Idk 🤷♀️
Then the hoarder inside me freaks out because I only have three rolls of foil.😳
What if I use all of my foil and don’t make anything I can use? 😱
What will I put in that empty mason jar?
🤣🤣🤣 (I’m sure I have something😉)
So well organized. Don’t worry any of us that love things just so are always a work in progress. The colors are lovely and calming.
You are soo inspiring! Thank you, glad I found you!
Thank you!
Your room is amazing! I laughed every time you said, "It's ridiculous - you don't need that much". We love our craft supplies. Don't feel you need to justify what you work for.
Haha, I am a hoarder lol
@@BromeroCards Embrace it! Just don't end up on a reality TV show where you have to get rescued from your craft room. That would suck.
I loved your craft room tour and all of your storage ideas.
Thank you!
Amazing craft room! Very organized! Great ideas!
Thank you!~
Super organized and lovely craft room. Thanks for all the info and ideas! ❤️🇨🇦
Thank you for watching!
Ricky!!!!! This room is PERFECT!!!! I love open shelves with baskets and storage bins. I spied some Funko Pop in your room too! Love them! It’s such a great space! ♥️♥️♥️
Yes, those are the Mean Girls, now I need to get the Golden Girls!
Lol! )
For my birthday this year I’m going to drive the 3 hours to my closest IKEA to buy some well planned and thought out storage items.
Lololol! ((I have a Cricut maker but I really dont like it)
( a huge Kallex unit is the main thing, and some of those small drawers like you have)
I live right between 2 IKEA stores, both 3 hours away! If there’s something I can’t live without, and it’s not in stock at one store, I will just order it or go to,the other store ( any excuse for a mini vacation to get out of the house now that we CAN get out of our houses!)
It’s sort of a exploring mission also.....to see what they have that I might be able to use beyond the Kallex and drawers.
Thank you so much!
Oh thanks for the suggestion!
It is so awesome to see a male crafter. Hello Sir nice to meet ya. Awesome craftroom. TFS Stay safe & Be Blessed
Thank you so much!
Wow that’s awesome. Good job!
BTW- you cracked me up with “Oops- Blooper” when you knocked something onto the floor 😂😂
Might as well keep them in! lol
Well he also got my Vote I'm impressed also.
Thank you so much for watching! I really love that clock :)
Where do you get the sleeves that you store your stencils in? Also did you have the glass cut for the ikea units, or do they sell that size?
The links are on the description of the video and yes Ikea sells the glass shelves for Kallax.
Thank you so much for taking the time to do a tour of your craft room. It looks awesome and very well organized!
You are so welcome!
You craft room looks amazing Ricky! You came up with some really great storage solutions.
You're a sweetheart! Can't wait to have you in it!
I use DVD dividers between the different types of stamps!
❤️ your craft room. Very well organizad. You also utilize the space so well. Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful paradise where you inspire so many of us !!!
Thank you so much.
What an amazing space. So thoughtfully laid out and I love how much you fit in a small area. Are all the desk components from Ikea?
yes, all the pieces are from IKEA! I should have made a video while building it!
@@BromeroCards Can you add the Ikea parts that make up your craft table? I love it. And it's on wheels!
If you watch the video on how I made it, I placed links in that description.
happy to find a new channel to follow. I'm in the middle of redoing my room, because I couldn't find anything anymore and it was just taking the fun out of creating. much more happy now.
Welcome aboard!
I don’t think our craft rooms are ever complete 🤣
💯
Thank you for sharing your craft room. Greatly appreciate storage ideas.
Glad you enjoyed!
New Subscriber! Love your room, but mostly, I love your glasses!!
Thanks for subbing! I love my glasses, you will see tons of different ones!
Thank you for sharing your creative haven! I'm one of those people who likes things behind drawers too lol having everything out just gets messy and is so overwhelming. Now I just label my drawers, and I love that everything can be tucked away. New subbie! Excited to see more of your cards xx
The bags you have pencils and pens in, black and white that you saud you need more of.... Where did you get them?
Yes I’d like to know too please.

Such a calm atmosphere. You have given me inspiration for my room re-do. Thank you for sharing.
I'm so glad!
I use fountain pens and i was just thinking how many bottles of black ink do i need? I have 7 different bottles across a few brands all with all different properties. Its an addiction.
It sure is. A new video of my fountain pen collection will be coming out soon. ✒️
@@BromeroCards i love fountain pen videos! I just recently found your channel.
That plate holder thing would make a cool bow jig! Love your room!!!!
That would be cool! I can't tie bows becasue of my big ole man hands!
How do you remember all you have?
I use an app called Color My Life. I am still working on cataloging.
Your room is amazing. Great job. I only sew and have just created a room but I always look at others for ways to improve my storage and organization.
I’m glad you enjoyed!
just awesome!!!!! MY room is one happy mess. You did give me some great ideas. Thank you for sharing
You are so welcome!
I need a whole house just for crafting!
Totally get you regarding embossing powder. I have a little vacuum on my desk that looks like a lady bug. Useful and is decorative!🙂
Thanks for sharing!! I want a lady bug vacuum!
Just found your channel and this was the first video that came up.
I LOVED the craft room tour. Really enjoyed you opening up your space and sharing how you have organized it.
I appreciate this video.😊
Thank you so much
You didn’t show us your fountain pens!
I will do a video about my pens! Link in the description for the ink pad storage.
Trust me, starting the reorganization was such a stressful point, because before it can be organized it has to get VERY messy!
great room! thanks for sharing it. you gave me a couple of ideas for modifications I've been looking for. I'm a life long crafter and have many interest which of a ton of supplies including equipment. Enjoy your awesome and organized space
Thank you so much! Glad I could inspire!
I love your area and devices. You have a real talant for your wants and needs. I'm truly inspired.

I’m in the process of recreating my craft room. I was feeling quite overwhelmed with trying to pick new furniture and storage for my space. I’ve gotten some really great ideas from you for maximizing my space.

Lovely craft room!! Yours is one of the only ones that's facing a TV, love it!!

This was so fun! Thanks for doing the premier! I'd love to see another one of you make changes!
I will update with a new video once I get things switched around and where I want them to be!
If you added a long board on top of your 1x4 United you could still use that for your dye cutters by placing your inks on top of the new shelf. Your studio looks fantastic 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼 thanks for sharing it with us ☺️

Look at you smart one! I may just have to do that!
Such a real-life craft room here, never perfect, ever!

Thank you for showing. Your room is like a paradise to me! I'm dreaming of having my own craft room, now I just have a over stuffed corner.
Thank you! You’ll get there, until then, keeping working in the stuffed corner and keep creating!
me too art alcove using a very small dining area in a 1 bedroom condo, I have a love of the PaperArtsy stamp sets that are large 7"x9" currently using a the larger cart from Micheial's until I run out of room, then what no idea?? I think maybe binders?

I really enjoyed your Craft Room Tour. It is interesting to see how others organize and work in their craft space. I laughed because I have that same wooden holder kicking around my craft room, thinking I would use it for my We R Memory Keepers Boards, but nope, never have!
Thank you so much!
Thanks for the tour. I’d love to see your fountain pen collection too.
Fountain pen collection will be coming out soon!
Thanks for answering..
hi there, I have listed each envelope I place stamps in. They are in the video description.
