I have watched countless videos about this in thr last 2 days and this and another were the ones that made me understand. I feel.like Asians have such strong understanding about things and are able to communicate in the most simple way and also, straightforward..no jokes , no unnecessary chatter .

Great video, thanks. what is the right size of pot would you recommend
Serving for 2 people, 6 or 8 qt.?

It depends on what you need it for, in general 6 qt is more than enough for regular cook for 2 people. However, if you need to cook something big, ie turkey, then you need to have a 8 qt. You can check out our tksgiving video, th-cam.com/video/4iI0_AYP0kg/w-d-xo.html

I have seen other people cook the chicken using the pressure cooker first.. and then air fry. i guess you don't have to do that based on your video. Thanks.

Nah, you don't need to precook. if you have a whole chicken, you might want to do that to ensure the whole chicken can get fully cooked. Otherwise, if just wings, or drums, air fry is enough to get them fully cooked.
