ベランダで育ててますが雨が強いと濡れてしまいます。やっぱり水捌けは大事なんですね。

I had a similar attack of pine aphids which I put down to a very wet winter.
They appeared very early in Spring but soapy water mist clears them.
All my pines have struggled with wet weather this year😮💦💦💦

efectivamente,esa planta tenia un problema de drenaje,espero que se mejore,quizas algo de aminoacidos o complejo de vitaminas para favorecer el crecimiento de nuevas raices,saludos
