love Mason City airport ive made 4 trips to Ord this year..Most on any flight has been 21. Least was 5. i use to fly out of Sioux Falls but MCW is the same distance as FSD from my home and of course not having to pay for parking saves alot. Air fares are also 70 less on most flights.
People are people, and will be people. They will always complain, no matter what. You give them a Kia and they complain that it's bland, and basic. You give them a BMW, and they will complain that it's too expensive, sporty, or complicated. I don't see why would people complain about a CRJ on a 55minute PSO route, when in most other instances you end up flying on rickety old props like the Cessna Caravan, or the Metroliner. Seriously.
I think a lot of the hate for the CRJ come from people who either try to travel with far to much “hand luggage” and get it taken off them at the gate and put in the hold or people unlucky enough to fly on one for 3 or 4 hours on a long route at a quiet time when the airline can’t get a decent load for a 150 seater.
Love the tiny airports

I’ve never hated the CRJ-200 but if it was over an hour and a half flight maybe I’d understand

When did Mitsubishi buy Bombardier?
Early 2020 I think
@@theplanesguy Oh I see, its not common practice to call them mitsubishi though as they are still made by Bombardier
Ah yes the flying coffin. Never actually been a RJ 200 but I hear they Leave much to be desired.
They’re not as bad as people say they are tbh
