My 15 year old daughter and I are still floored by the loss of Carlos. I brought her up on Il Divo and she still listens to them on her own. I miss Carlos. He was so blessed vocally and a beautiful man. It's great hearing Steve singing his parts.

No es así, no se olvidaron, pero "el espectáculo debe continuar", son una empresa que tiene que rendir frutos. Ya han expresado su dolor y han manifestado cuánto sienten la pérdida de Carlos, y saben que nadie va a llenar el vacío que deja, no solo en sus corazones, porque son una familia, sino dentro del cuarteto, pues el público va a comparar al sustituto y va a ser juzgado duramente...al final nadie podrá ocupar su lugar.

I admired Carlos and am so sad for his loss, but that doesn't prevent me from admiring Steven, too.
It takes great courage to Sing in his place and Battle the unconscious comparisons.
It just isn't the same without Carlos. He was truly one of a kind. My heart still breaks over his passing. 😢

I just read today that 2016 was the year when Carlos’ father passed away. This song seems emotional for him & have seen another video that shows him very deep in thought during this song. What irony that this became the song in tribute to him just a few years later. There will never be another voice or personality like him. We have lost a treasure. Magnificent Carlos Marin. 💔🎼💔🎶🌹

Bestimmt sehr schwer für David...Urs und Sebestien man merkt es sehr wohl an ihren Stimmen. IL DIVO ohne Carlos Marin ist nicht mehr IL DIVO...das schmerzt die Konzerte mit Carlos Marin Esten pure Magie er war der absolute Favorit auf der Bühne.

I was so shocked and deeply saddened , I had seen them on their debut UK TV on Parkinson and got goose bumps I knew then they would be enormously loved. Carlos was playing the role of "the rude/naughty one" to delight the ladies. No offense..but noone can replace him...but his spirit is still on stage with the group, so awful for his friends and family. This was NOT meant to happen. RIP Carlos, gone but never forgotten.
