Guessing because you probably just started this game? The first 15 days are beginner events, and you only sync up with the up-to-date banners etc after 15 days in a server
I got lucky on he's weapon and got M attack and crit rate ✌️, I also gave him a crit rate orb and he gets another 12 crit rate from he's gem so he has 38% crit rate🤘
Its when the rate increases for the last few 10-20 pulls before you hit the pity. Not actually sure if there is a soft pity in this game as it doesnt explicitly say, but from my own summons and others i saw, a lot of people do tend to get it in the last 10-20 pulls
