Most obviously, a population of our prestigious Kingdom of Cambodia has grown from three million people left from Democratic Kampuchea to 16 million people so far.
Logically, technologically, and medically, over 95% of 10 million people aged 18 and above has been already vaccinated and over 50% of two million adolescents aged between 12 and 17 has also been already vaccinated against Covid-19 and its Delta and Delta plus variants in order to harmonize nationally, regionally, and globally.

More than fifty of my family members were barbarly executed by Pol Potistes in the genocide regim, 17-04-1975 to the end of 1978 where the people was liberat by the Front d'Union Nationale pour le Salut du Kampuchea - Ronaksé Rourp Rourm Cheat Sankrourh Kampuchea) leaded by Chea Sim, Heng Samrin, Pen Sovann, Hun Sen and many peoples that's sacrificed even there's life for the nation. My own family was deported at the East zone called Bopear where the local authorities hided the identity of the families members, except the male family's chef. In other zones, whole the family were killed after tortured. M cousin Long Boreth Premier Ministre with family were linked together in front of the Royal Palace and crushed slowly by the tanks. In 02 January 1979, my family was liberated by the FUNSK, with the help of VN Army troups. It's was the rare chance for citadins and intellectuals for surviving. At the middle of 1979, l was interpreter at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, for that, l knew every state of the country situation. Pen Sovann was at the top of the Cambodia State. After 1979, many Vietnameses passed out the border Kampuchea-vietnam. Pen Sovann order to get them out. The second time, the same, but the third time, he order to shut them down, then he was only put in prison at VN, his wife was a families member of a high member of polit Bureau of the VN Party. After, Hun Sen, Minister of Foreign Affairs was also prime Minister.
In this time, the Prince Sihanouk was in the Gouvernement trippartite, Sihanouk, Son San, Pol Pot, Soustainded by the foreigner Puissances.
