The past decades from 80s was great with DU, but the present context is so worst not only DU but alll the public universities!! As I see, the major and consistent reason for the underscoring of the public universities is nasty politics! Politics has so far changed the basic feature and characteristics of public universities!! I emjoyed this show!! Thank you!!

স্বাধীনতার পর বাংলাদেশে এমন কোন সরকার প্রতিষ্ঠিত হয়নি যারা দেশে বিশ্বমানের শিক্ষা প্রতিষ্ঠান গড়ে তোলার আকাঙ্খা ধারণ করার যোগ্যতা সম্পন্ন ছিলেন।১৯২১ খৃষ্টাব্দে ঢাকা বিশ্ববিদ্যালয় প্রতিষ্ঠিত হয়েছিল বঙ্গভঙ্গের ক্ষতিপূরণ স্বরূপ উপনিবেশিকদের কর্মচারী তৈরির কারখানা হিসেবে।বর্তমানেও লুটেরা শাসক শ্রেণি বিশ্ববিদ্যালয় থেকে তাদের কর্মচারী ও স্তাবক তৈরি করতে চায়।প্রকৃত জ্ঞানপীঠ হওয়া থেকে বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়কে দূরে রাখা কায়েমী শাসক শ্রেণির ইচ্ছাকৃত প্রয়াস।এজন্যই বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়কে জ্ঞান -বিজ্ঞানের গবেষণাগার বানাতে প্রয়োজনীয় বাজেট বরাদ্দে সরকারের এত অনীহা।
