2013 HK Film Lifetime Achievement Award

This year, Ng See-Yuen (吴思远) is the recipient. Director of "The Unwritten Law"(法外情), my favorite Andy Lau movie from the 80s. He's done a whole lot more for the Hong Kong film industry. A well deserved award.

One of the legendary producer and film director. The guy who discovered Jackie Chan and gave him the opportunity to star in Snake in the Eagle's Shadow and Drunken Master. Also the brain behind Andy Lau's first famed movie of 1985 The Unwritten Law.
