Dear Liz, it was really interesting to listen to your experience. For a couple of years now, my worship has been completely transformed in exactly the way you describe. It has become literally a dance before the Lord. I also notice that these movements happen at other times as well, sometimes while praying, sometimes in response to scripture being read or simply walking along the street or in green spaces. I can always control these movements if I want to but it definitely feels as though something of heaven is being deposited on the earth, as if a barrier has been broken through. I haven't shared these experiences within anyone though people have said that when I worship the atmosphere is transformed so it was good to hear you share your experience as I haven't heard anyone else speak about this.
