When it comes to BET awards a black person can't even watch without paying to watch on a channel we don't view. I had BET PLUS for what it's was a joke and family I couldn't even watch BET AWARDS show on BET. This is done by design preventing our kids an all people to view our Black Excellent I wished WE MATTERED. SHAME ON YOU
This year’s awards ceremony was kind of dry to me. I would have like to see New Edition perform. Keke Palmer wore a tux and I got lesbian vibes from that. Leslie Jones kept mean mugging and rolling her eyes at Deon Cole making her look unattractive. I know she is joking but I didn’t fine that funny. I like Usher’s speech because he spoke with humility and gave honor to God and his mother. Other than that nothing else stood out. Audra Day’s Minnie Ripleton’s rendition of Memory Lane was awful Mariah Carey or Deniece Williams would have done a better job. I know my opinion sounded negative but there was really no memorable moments from this.
