Having defrost problems. Anything I can try before purchasing the board?

I bought the same board with the missing relay and replaced it with the original board that wasn't missing the relay and it works but the defroster does not work so that missing relay is probably for the defroster. You could always replace the board with the same exact model number ending in the letter c.

I added the board and it never went into program mode. I still just get a blue lit up lcd screen. How do I get to program mode

Hold water and the bottom left of the LED screen button, then let go of the water button
