    This upper body pilates workout is focused on sculpting and toning the shoulders, triceps and biceps. When you’re performing these exercises in various positions, you’ll be using core strength to maintain stability while you move the arms. Just as in all Pilates movements, core engagement is key whether you are focusing on upper body, or lower body or abdominal strength!
    When done with control and intention, these upper body pilates exercises are an effective way to strengthen the upper body and improve long, lean muscle tone in the arms and shoulders.
    This pilates upper body workout is part of a Pilates Sculpt & Tone 30-Day series, but you do not need to do the series to complete this workout. It’s perfect as a standalone upper body pilates routine as well!
