    wow.. scared to file taxes for the first time in CA now.. Very informative. Good to see this long term view and figure out where it makes the most sense to have the primary residence at!

    We’re taxed in every direction. We’re taxed on money we earn and money we spend. We’re taxed to buy a house and taxed every year to own the house. Then we have to buy licenses and permits to pay for our freedoms and rights.
