Awhh Jessica, I can't begin to tell you the joy I get watching your channel. After falling off my seat laughing watching you and Mark limbo under the bridge, I literally began to joyfully cry. After the pandemic I felt that there was something missing in my life. After watching your first video I realized that I missed seeing other people really living life and enjoying it. Oh how it has motivated me to return to the things that brought me so much joy before the pandemic. Thank you for this breath of fresh air that so many of us needed.
Awwwww Deborah - that is the sweetest comment. It makes me so happy that my videos have touched and inspired you as truly that's exactly what I set out to do when I started this channel. There are many things in our lifetime that we are given the chance to change our lives. For me, it was the passing of my Aunt, and then again during the pandemic. Both experiences really taught me to LIVE and not waste a second of it doing things that don't make me happy. While I wish neither tragic occurrence happened, I am thankful for them as they have truly changed my outlook on life. Thank you thank you thank you for confirming that I'm on the right track. I wish nothing more for you than to get back to doing the things that make you happy. I'll be checking in on you to make sure you're doing just that!!!! And that's a promise!

Hey Jessica! Of course I loved every bite of the pop up dinner and the wine! It looked like a smorgasbord of all the "RIGHT STUFF" I have friends in Sweden who are avid kayakers!!! They are in their 70's and in great shape! There is a lake down the street from where they live and they are out there in the summer 2-3 times a week! I have never been but my grandmother's land has a pond on it and there may be some kayaking in my future. And what better way to eat a hotdog than slathering mustard on it! Oh...Iced coffee...When I was growing up my parents had a percolating coffee pot...When ever there was left over coffee I would make iced coffee! Had I known...I COULD HAVE BEEN RICH!!! LOL...keep living your best life baby gurl! And as always...thanks for the invite! See you next week!
When you and Gab come to visit - we should going kayaking for sure. It’s so calming and I think you both would love it! My dream is to live on the lake so that we can have our kayaks out on the dock ready for us to use whenever we want. Hopefully soon - we’re working towards that goal! Awwww thank you sister! 😘😘😘 That wine was everything - when you come back to visit, we’ll open up a bottle. My favorite treat from Amelie’s is their salted caramel brownie - hands down. But their macaroons are a close second followed by anything they have with lavender and lemon in it. Soooo good! 😋

Like….huh?? 🤷🏽♀️ But clearly we brought the party and the chef loved us!!!! Let me tell you about that cinnamon roll….GIRL! It makes me want to sneak down the road 2.5 hours and get more to freeze and have when I’m having a bad day. It put an instant smile on my face! Oh no no no! Ketchup is used for fries and fries only! Only mustard (and sometimes sauerkraut) belongs on a hotdog. And that’s on period. 🤣
