For the question why they didn't make an outlaw skin, riot wanted to make users familiar mith the sounds of the outlaw first before giving them a good skin with sound effekts etc.
just to add on there are different sounds for reloading when you only shot 1 bullet or both which is helpful because it takes longer to reload when you shoot 2
Weapon sound effects are only heard by the user though, any skin will sound normal to other people
@@YungMoth well yes but if you use the outlaw with a skin that makes a different noise you would be hearing you reload more than the enemy reload their outlaw so you would get used to ur reload sound and not when you hear the enemy reload

if the *outlaw* wasn't such a western named gun, im sure they wouldve included it in the kuronami but hell even the lobby menu is western sounding. I think thematically it just didnt fit, still doesn't stop me from being upset it wasnt released with the kuronami line lol

As a chamber play we have always been able to do that with the marshal the outlaw doesn’t add a “new” sniper rifle interaction.

They didnt put an outlaw bcs they wanted people to get a feel for the sound of the gun bcs if they put it out as soon as it came out people would be confused with the default skin sound and the new bundle skin sound id you didnt know of course :)
