Recently I showed a property & also client is ready to buy the property.
The client was married women she liked the property but she told ek bar mere bhaiya foreign se aa jaye unko dikhadu fir meet karege! Aab Aaj unke bhaiya aa gaye aur sidha Brokerage ka pucha,
"Aap ke Brokerage kitna hota hai or kya kya included reheta hai?" Humne kaha "1% + legal fees" to fir vo bolne lage "maine jis broker se flat liye vo to 1% maihi sab kuch karke de raha hai , mai unke pas hi jaraha hu vohi resale flat ke liye , aapse nai Lena vo flat" aur ye sab bat call pe hi kar raha hai vo face to face nai aaraha.. please reply to this problem
