After updating the firmware to the latest version, I didn't have to change the IMEI, and my LTE connection worked seamlessly with a simple reset to default settings. The new firmware appears to include features that prevent devices from being blocked by cellular networks. Note: My cellular provider had previously blocked my device's IMEI a few weeks ago. However, after the update, it's now connected again, which is quite surprising.

@sauceking4537 whats illegal is selling unlimited service but throttling it if you use it in different devic its my simcard and i stick it in what ever i want thats 1rst. 2nd is in the usa there has be a law pass6 that if you own the property you can use it how ever you want it and do any modifications.
@@YuriyDtvthats how i feel, have you been caught at all?, how long have u done it for, i recently switched to t-mobile, and i cant use it in my netgear, cause i cant change the imei of it.
It isn't illegal in the US. There is confusion about this because in some countries it is illegal. Chuck Schumer did try to get a bill passed 10 years ago, but it failed. I've been doing it for several years and ATT & Verizon don't care. I really don't think they care since so few people are doing this. My question is why are you using this in college? Any university and surrounding area are going to be wired for fiber.

pause the pdf manual and look true at command read the values of your router and what it wants you to use not all the routers want same values also you cannot change iemi of secong simcard if simcard is not inserted
Apparently, on the LT18 the commands are all the same except the write command for sim card 2. yah flip phone imei isnt gana give you fast speed cuz the provide thinking its flip phone and for each imei they have default data speed wich whe you plug in sim card to they alredy know hey this type phone needs 2 migs a most so i would suggest using like a newer smartphone imei whit a good unlimited plans call att or who ever and say hey i wach alot youtube and do lot streaming pulling 50mbs i need plan that can handle it and like i said use newer smarth phones imei like Samsung s9 they pulled 120mbs so priveder has to give this data speed and simcard that can handle it. but yah pretty much if u use shitie old imei youl get shit speed cuz it thinks you dont need all that data using this shitie phone it dont know u using routerr for example i used s20 ultra 5g imei and i get up to 140mps u could get a broken for parts samsung s9 for like 20 bucks and use there iemi. hope it helps and make sense
Visible by Verizon unlimited data 4G LTE 5G plan $25 & unlimited data Ultra UW $45
Thank you! We have tried mint and put a Verizon card from a Nokia smartphone. The mint got 0.2 mbps but we couldn't even get the Verizon sim we borrowed from the phone to connect.
@@LighthouseAngels You need to get an unlimited cellular plan, not data only, because you'll be throttled.
@@migueldominguez1931 Which mobile router are you using for unlimited hotspot with Visible?
Is this set of instructions to avoid getting throttled? I have a friend who is following all this but he has an UltraMobile Sim with 250 mb per month. I don't think UltraMobile is a company that throttles so he is totally not able to use his service after only 5 minutes at 10 mbps speed. What does he need to do?
your answer can be answered by question its self if the company limited him to 250 a month thers nothing he can do because they count usage on theres side he needs to get simcard for a cellphone line thats unlimited and than he can folow this instruction
Hi, congratulations for the video, I wanted to know if the Router can aggregate Band selection since it is a Cat. 12 can aggregate 3 bands to get better speed, this option can be done in the Cellular -> “Band Select” section is under “PDP Type”
yes you can pick bands
Cudy LT4500, Initially the At-command was not to load by entering URL.
Reset the router. The command box loads,
Upon inserting IMEI code(including IMEI of old device, or any other) return is 'ERROR'
Hardware Version: LT450 EU V2.0
Old Firmware Version: 1.14.9-20220610-181805
Updated Firmware Version: 1.15.28-20230410-094349
This product was originally sourced from lost Amazon items and acquired through a vendor who buys bulk Amazon LP Mystery boxes.
@@DiscountLists nice good thing cudy is doing that because there would litterly be no point in buying routers if they would be getting blocked left and right
if you able to get to at comand run the comand for what your router wnats not all router codes are same so do that tha see what it is that it want you to use

Hi Yuri, thanks for the video and info. Very professional. I don't trust myself with these and I don't have access to IMEIs. I was wondering if you'd be able to help me set up my cudy LT18 for a fee? Thanks
@123ablack yah i could do that no problem i could do tru team viewer tru your computer add me on telegram telegram.org/dl
@NorthPortAirsofters
Hey im 18 about to go to college and i am debating on buying the cudy 5g, but am concerned with the risks(when i do change the imei) are they as bad as they seem? Or is it not bad at all?
i dont understand your question
@@YuriyDtv changing the imei is illigal in some countries, but is it easily detectable? Or will i get away with it easily
At the very end of this video you begin to explain something about a second IMEI number and then you say “this is very important” then suddenly the video ends. Please explain what is “very important”
I ordered to program second emei you need to have simcard in it
Does it work for when I am already limited?
no if you have limited sim card its limited by provider this only works for unlimited data simcards
Do you enable SMS ?
i didn't but you can try i dont I'll make a difference
Question I Have it working but, it wont connect with Carrier unless i have the PDP Type IPv4 If i use IPv4/IPv6
won't work with AT&T network, Or is there another Way?
@@YuriyDtv
@nford3347 hmmm interesting. i have att to but it works fine for me. maybe try resetting routed to factory and redo imei and setting again if it dont work than just use ipv4 but litterly i use ipv4/6 not problems
It's very slow, not getting 5g speed, also the network Mode is set 4g only. Ill keep trying, ill keep you posted, Thanks@@YuriyDtv
@nford3347 maybe your att plan is not unlimited cuz i dont have any problems but also this router the 1200 is 4g lte only the higher 5g version is like 600 bucks

I followed this structure to rewrite the IMEI of the second sim slot using: AT+EMGR=1,10,"xxxxxxxxxxxxxx" but got an error result rather than OK. Do I need a different formula for the second card write? Doing this on an LT18, thanks.
pause the pdf manual and look true at command read the values of your router and what it wants you to use not all the routers want same values
also you cannot change iemi of secong simcard if simcard is not inserted
@@YuriyDtv Thanks for the help on this! I had given up a bit before, but back to trying on the LT18. Will keep you posted.
Apparently, on the LT18 the commands are all the same except the write command for sim card 2. I was able to rewrite IMEI to sim card 1, just swapped the old card out to 2, still works since that network doesn't care about IMEI, and was able to change slot 1 same as your instructions. Thanks,@@YuriyDtv
@joethecounselor nice nice glad was ablento help. also am little confused so wore you able to change imei on second sim card and if so how ?
@@YuriyDtv To be clear, I was not able to change sim 2, but your instructions worked for sim 1. I swapped sim 1 and 2 since the sim I had in 1 didn't care about IMEI. I changed the settings for each sim to match, and now everything works. Still a fail at an academic level, but functional success for the lt18.
