Thanks for posting this…super helpful! Conductive Labs vids don’t really explain the PC integration very well. 3:40 usb

Routing from the PC to a DIN is still unclear. Meaning I have a hardware instrument I want to send CC signals to from a Hardware Instrument plug-in in a DAW. I have a synth connected to MIDI Out 2. When I set it to the port my MIDI device is connected to, I get no MIDI into it. . How do I do the routing so the computer can send MIDI/CC to MIDI Out 2? I think actually plugging in a real cable as you are explaining this would make it a lot clearer.

The first step is to select the source port, let's say PC Output Port MRCC3 is connected to the DAW, we would press and hold the left PC Port button and while it's pressed we would press the button under DIN Out 3, (The left button selects the source ports and the right is for destinations), the led on that port will light up, then we let go of the buttons. Now we've selected the source, we can route it to any destinations: press the button below any DIN Out ports that we want that sent to for hardware synths. To send to USB you select the right button on any of the host ports, or to send to another virtual PC Port, press and hold the right PC button and pick the destination virtual port with the buttons under the DIN Output ports.
Important to know is that you may only ever pick one port as a source, (selecting another will supersede previous selections) , but you may select more than one destination for a particular source.
