if you want to diet easy its kinda easy. all you do is eat stuff like egg and potato for most of the days, then suddenly for only one day eat like all the food you want. then next day go back to eating eggs and yea.. it kinda works.

I wanted my weight loss to be permanent so I didn't rush.Rather I did exercise, cut off carbs and drank 3 liter water everyday. It took me 7 months to lose 15 kgs.I suggest you to try kito diet along with intermittent fasting.Hope it will help you to lose weight and to become more healthy.
