I’m impressed other people are passing this test, I studied very hard and I have a bachelors degree and generally do well in tests and I passed first try and got a 75% on it.
Hey girl! Congratulations! This is awesome news to hear bc most can’t do it on the first try. I really want to get into understanding the material but I have lots of brain fog. How did you manage to stay focused on studying, what kept you seated and about how many hours per day did you investing studying? I have another job which drains me but I know I’ve set my mind/heart to do this & I will just need extra prayers so mind opens up with clarity. So happy for you!!! Thank you Jesus!
Hi! I wish you all the best! You will make it happen and you will PASS ON THE FIRST TIME. I spend at least 2 hours a day on studying. AT LEAST 2 a day. What really motivated me was I was jobless. I had left one career without any jobs lined up so I was dedicated to passing this exam. This also helped me alot because I wasn't tired or boggled down with a job, kids, a man, nothing. I had lots of time and energy just to study everyday for 3 weeks straight. This is a unique situation. Everyone will not have this luxury. So I say hold on to what motivates you the most and think of that every day when you sit down to study. You can do it!
Hey girl! Loved hearing about your experience. I'm taking my test in a week & I'm excited! How has life been for you since you passed? Did you land a job with a broker? How has business been?
Hi. I hope you rock the test! I would suggest things based on your strengths. If you have a great sphere of influence that you think will bring you possible leads, go with a broker or lender who pays higher BPS but doesn't provide leads.
@@FlightSim745 if not, you may consider a place like Rocket mortgage where they have leads and phones ringing all day. The pay may be less but you learn alot and have leads to work off of.
Hi. I am currently working for a Broker and I'm consistently trying to get leads. Lots of work, trying to build relationships with realtors and community members. So far I'm loving it!
Great Information!! Congratulations-I’m taking all your wisdom when I start studying

Congratulations to you as well! I just wish I got a better score to reflect my hard work.
The test is difficult to begin with, Jason. As long as you passed it shouldn’t matter what your score was, congratulations!
Some people work in the field then take the test
Thanks for the encouragement Sis. I passed my test on the first try. On and upward to better things.😀
